Season Premiere of the Joe Dooley Show Airs This Week | Eastern NC Now

The Joe Dooley Show, the Pirates' head coach's weekly radio show, will make its season debut Monday, Dec. 2, live from Logan's Roadhouse on Greenville Blvd. in Greenville.

    GREENVILLE, N.C. — The Joe Dooley Show, the Pirates' head coach's weekly radio show, will make its season debut Monday, Dec. 2, live from Logan's Roadhouse on Greenville Blvd. in Greenville.

    The show will air each Monday night from 6 - 7 p.m. through March 2. The weekly show features the Pirates' head coach along with selected student-athletes with occasional guest appearances from ECU assistant coaches.

    The show can be heard locally on WHRD 94.3 FM as well as tunein.com or the TuneIn app. Audience participation is encouraged from those in attendance as well as those listening on the radio or on-line. To submit a question for the show, call 1-888-477-7234. Questions will also be taken at from those in attendance at Logan's Roadhouse.

    In addition, ECU basketball fans will have the opportunity to gain insight into the Pirates' program each week on The Joe Dooley TV Show. This is a half-hour weekly TV show will debut Sunday, Dec. 8 at 11:30 a.m. and will be televised each Sunday on local CBS affiliate WNCT, the television flagship station of the Pirates, and CW affiliate ENCT at 11:30 a.m. The show also airs Thursdays at 8:00 p.m. on ECN-Suddenlink 25.

    "Voice of the Pirates" Jeff Charles will host both the radio and TV shows. There will be segments with previous game recaps and highlights, student-athlete features, a look ahead to the opposition and more.
