BCCC Graduation is set for 7 pm on May 11


   Kennon D. Briggs, executive vice president and chief of staff for the N.C. Community College System, will deliver the commencement address at the 45th graduation for Beaufort County Community College at 7 p.m., on Friday, May 11, in the auditorium at Washington High School. Please note that the time has been corrected from the article that ran on Sunday, April 22.


Late registration for Summer Term 2012 is set


   Late Registration for Summer Term 2012 at Beaufort County Community College will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday, May 15. Classes will begin Wednesday, May 16.

   Registration allows the students and the advisors to evaluate progress and plan courses to be taken during the following semester.

   New students must apply for admission before registering for classes. Those with questions about the admissions process should contact the Admissions Office in Building 9 on the BCCC campus, visit the BCCC website at www.beaufortccc.edu or call (252)940-6237. It is also recommended that new students bring copies of placement test scores and/or college transcripts to registration.

   Returning students are asked to advise the Registrar’s Office in Building 9 of any changes – such as name, address, or program of study – since completing their initial admissions application.
