Cong. Greg Murphy helps Dems pass porky $1.9T "Covid" bill | Eastern North Carolina Now

Remember, only a small part of the $1.9T goes for Covid aid

ENCNow

Whose side is Greg Murphy on?  When Pelosi moved to ram through her $1.9 Trillion "Covid" bill that contained less than 9% of its money for anything Covid related but lots of pork for Democrats and lots of ideological spending on other things, Republicans put up a motion to adjourn to try to slow down the train.  What did Greg Murphy do?  Instead of joining with the bulk of Republicans to try to put the brakes on Pelosi's train wreck, he voted with a handful of RINOs AGAINST the Republican motion, and thus in support of ramming through Pelosi's outrageous boondoggle.

Murphy will likely try to make the excuse that he was against it after he was for it, as he did vote against it on final passage after it became clear Pelosi had the votes to pass it.

Walter Jones consistently voted AGAINST all budget busting bills and was one of the toughest budget hawks in Congress.  It seems we have the exact opposite in Greg Murphy.

We were warned about a liberal Republican legislator nicknamed "Medicaid Murphy" in the State House trying to pass himself off as a conservative as a Congressional candidate.  Now we are learning.
