Muslim migrant tells court he did not know if was illegal to rape daughter | Eastern NC Now

An illegal alien told a court that he should not be convicted of raping his daughter because in his Muslim culture doing that was okay and he did not know it was illegal in western countries.  The illegal alien was charged with raping his older daughter daily for 11 years from the time she was 12 years old.  The court in Paris did not accept that defense.

This comes only a week after a 30 year old Afghan migrant was sentenced to 15 years in prison, also in Paris, for raping a 12 year old French boy.  He had also argued to the court that he should not be convicted because in his culture, "Bacha Bazi" where young boys are turned into sex slaves is accepted and is common.

This problem with Muslim migrants not accepting the norms of western society on sexual activity has been seen all over the world, from Austria, where a Muslim migrant tried to excuse his very brutal rape of a 12 year old boy at a swimming pool by saying he had "a sexual emergency" because he had not had sex in several months and did not understand the child was not consenting because he did not understand German, to a Muslim convicted of raping two young boys in Australia who had also argued to the court that doing so in his home country was legal and accepted and it should be in Australia as well.
