Today, North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory, South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley and Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell sent a letter to Sally Jewell, the Interior Secretary Designate, asking her and the Obama Administration to partner with the states on energy exploration and production.
