People are so tired of listening to the ugly, hateful rhetoric of “The Hood”. He calls people names then goes & brags about it afterwards to his pathetic cronies. Even if he had a point to make the people tune him out. No one wants to listen to a nasty, narcissistic bully. Try staying quiet and listen to the people for a change.

When Randy Walker went full left wing cancel culture against the Confederate monument at Arlington Cemetery, I figured he had totally sold out and he has. We now have three Beaufort County Liz Cheneys without the skirt - Walker, Waters, and Rebholz. None of them are real Republicans due to their double dealing with the liberal Democrats.
Hopefully, we will have some more candidates file for county commissioner. I do not see a group capable of changing things, yet. Limited voting makes that hard to do. The Democrats have the whip hand to control our county commission even though there are only two of them. |

Sorry Marie Skon, I just know words, and a whole lot of other real and relevant substantive issues that you quite possibly could not be familiar with, myself preferring not to be dumbed down by pop or cancel culture, which may be topical and foolish, that which clouds the minds of others. Instead, 'what I sleep next to is not a thesaurus,' but the real truth which keeps me warm at night, and bright-eyed in the morning when I awake.

One thing for sure, one HR is representative in a place like BC, however electing a majority of HRs will lead to complete disfunction. Extreme candidates, either right or left, may sound good, but their inability to compromise means they cant govern.
