On Saturday May 5th, Washington Police Officers arrested Christopher Clevon Freeman, age 19 of Van Norden Street for underage consumption of alcohol. Additional charges of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm by a felon, and possession of a stolen firearm resulted from the encounter
