This title could be a record.

I think there is a limit, but there is a pretty wide berth here.

Frank Zappa was one of the most unique characters of my generation.

What kind of long hared habitual teetotaler makes a signature album, entitled "Weasels Ripped My Flesh". A Jazz guitarist posing as an hippie anarchist that's who.

Thanks for fixing them.

It's a good piece.

Trump appears to be a bit more honest than the Democrats and their media give him credit for relative to his "crazy comments".

I've been in politics and watching this stuff for years, and when Democrats get all indignant in their righteous incredulity, and when that starts happening, en masse, they not start making their, and, incredibly, they start believing their mistakes to be true.

I think on some weird, deep level, Trump is playing them for the true fools that they are.

Outstanding post in these Democrat proclaimed "worse than watergate" times.

Me thinks the Democrats' media "crying wolf" may eventually get these TDS victims, and their lackeys, eaten by the political bear.

Thanks for the post B.T. It is a most reflective post riddled with essential history of these great heroes. Like our friend Alex J. Ortolano: beaufortcountynow.com , these were the great heroes of America's most costly war in over 70 years.

It did appear effortless.

Your brother probably has a most settled spirit. Good music does come from the soul.

Great video of your Dad and your Brother having some true quality time.

It is always cool to witness older guy playing lead, just shredding the tune note by note. Is this your brother who loves to play Jerry Lee songs?

Also Booby Tony, I will argue that using your hands on a regular basis, as I am wont to do, which will forestall the ravages of arthritic fingers and palms.

Take a picture and tell us about the Little Martin if you procure it.

I would love to have one of those to teach my grandchildren how to play a whole bunch of chords. I'm also a big fan of G - C - F - Bm - Am - and one of my favorites - Em.

There are so many cool chords, so little time.

Great workmanship, B.T., in arranging the previous comment (I have to show that to some folks), and what a wonderful post on the passing, although sad, of one of the great band leaders of the "Negro Music" that forever shaped Rock 'n' Roll.

Chuck Berry was one of my favorites from the rock'n' 50s and 60s, and Rock would have never been the fabulous musical genre of ages without Chuck.

I agree; "Rock On".

This is funny: Donald Trump / Forrest Gump.

Both became rich, and both were from The South. Wait ... Let me explain that better Forrest Gump was a fictional Southern son, and Donald is an adopted Southern son.

I've trying to start Brand New World, but the writing is so interminably stilted. I am with you 100% on the other two books that are harrowing tales of what could become our future if the Liberals /Socialists continue unabated.

For me writing should flow like water.

I guess that I have become a writing snob.

Dude, as you probably know, I am a huge Orwell fan.

Even when I was an idiot Hippie I got it. I had an advanced English instructor, who swore that I had plagiarized an analysis I had written on the book "1984", but could not prove it; actually said it was one of the best he had ever read on the classic. I kind of understood because I did not fit the stereotype that could write such as a jock-turned-hippie.

Decades later, that English professor called me and apologized for that accusation. He had read some stuff I had written that he really liked, and told me that he knew I was capable of such.

Strange world; and even more strange Orwellian.

We all need help, and thank God for the animals.

I like the line, "The best thing for the inside of a man is the outside of a horse".

Alex, as you and I know, there is no such thing as "free money", but is there somewhere I can contribute to some of these people's relocation off coast?

You're right Bobby Tony. It is a blast. If I not out hustling up business around the 1:30 pm, I tune into the Sean Spicer show on FOX to watch the pansy assed media just try to find some footing that serves their partisan Democrat needs.

I governed for 18 years, and the longer I did it, the wiser I became, and that wisdom did come far faster that my opposition's ability to comprehend the same subjects, I well learned that at some point there is a real, abject ludicrousness to the way we should govern, and the way Democrats, RINOs and bureaucrats did govern.

At some point, I determined not that I was consistently right, what mattered is how the Democrats, the RINOs and bureaucrats sold it, which they could because they had the money and the media, and then came BCN, and we did make some difference - at least we created an alternate and far more accurate record.

America has been in decline for decades, which got ratcheted up to incredible levels during the Hussein years.

Thanks Ryan for breaking it all down, then and now, in this valuable historical perspective.

'Trump is crazy ... crazy like a Fox.'

I'm done second guessing the man. Now, I just pray our President, and I pray for our Republic, and I am becoming nearly sure that God's hand is guiding, using the man as He so wishes.

Great post Alex regarding this impossible adversary to right the American ship.

Little Chuckie Schumer has made a believer out of me that he could fill the narrow shoes left by the former senate Minority Leader - Senator Pansey Voice, Harry Reid.

I just pray that Little Chuckie can, in the future, get his Socialist message made without the squirting and the hyperbolic water works of this new age Democrat, who cares far too much.

Just for future reference, and I speak from experience: There is NO CRYING in governing.

Great Dylan Thomas reference as a metaphor for the obvious state of affairs.

Trump will challenge the status quo between good and evil, life and death, and, I am pulling for him.

Bobby Tony, it had to happen.

I'm not comfortable with it either, but, at this point, there is no alternative.

Trump, because of his nature, has made all the Democrats, and the unprincipled Democrat Media show their hand, and now we know their game plan, and how they collectively just don't care about our Republic ... not one whit.

Until Trump shows me far worse than what I have seen, I am sitting in the front car of the Trump Train.

One more thing B.T.: That last comment of yours is very insightful, and would make another outstanding post on BCN.

Homebrun here Bobby Tony.

You took one of my top 50 favorite movies and used it as a perfect metaphor to explain the incredible behavior of the Democrat party and the Democrat Media.

Thank-you.

I remember that Alex. It was a bold move by Obama that would define his presidency.

This desire to dictate rather than legislate is a big part of why Obama's presidency is one of the most unsuccessful and corrupt ones in the history of the United States.

Remarkably, there are many Americans who lack the real knowledge to know better.

You hit the nail on the head Bobby Tony.

And now we know what it means to patriot: Standing on principle no matter what occurs, on the legacy issues that made this nation great.

You intrinsically know what that means. Diane does too.

I often think we would all be much better off if we still communicated that way in a predominate manner.

Bobby Tony, you have lived a most interesting life.

Actually Congress has a rating in the high 30 percentile now.

Must be the Trump effect, and I'm not talking about TDS. Maybe Trump is making congress look better, for good or ill.

I am nowhere near retired, but I learned how to play the guitar after 60, well enough to play Creedence tunes, some Elton John, some James Taylor, etc. ... can play well enough to write a tune if I want to ... Lord knows, I got plenty of words in me.

If I practiced often, if I had the time, I think I could do better, and push through walls.

What I am saying here is: I don't think I could have done this when I was younger. I was worried about too much, too often. I worried what other people thought of me, and that sure is not a factor with me anymore.

Interesting how all that works. I only need to make me and my Lord happy. Plus, I treat everyone close to me with respect, but, otherwise, I don't care.

We always heard nothing could be done to cut bureaucracy in the Federal government.

Maybe the best way to do it is to get on Mr. Trump's bad side.

Go Trump!

I know I sound like a broken record, but: I really did not like Candidate Trump that much; however, supported him because of the obvious alternative, but ...

I really do like President Trump ... a lot. This guy governs just like I did at the county level when I was a county commissioner for 18 years; however, on much larger level, but the objective is the same: 1) Keep your promises as best you can; 2) cut wasteful spending; 3) limit the scope of government; 4) bust up special interest when you can; and 5) always stand up for the little guy against Liberals and Cronies, who use government like they alone own it, usurping the rights of the People.

Yeah, I like President Trump a whole bunch right now. He is pissing off all the right people.

Outstanding analogy: Canary Trap. There is so much one could do by embedding data, if they know what they are doing.

I'm amazed at just how far some people will go to further the Progressive agenda of Open Borders and Democrat Hegemony.

General Flynn is just the beginning for these Socialists.
