District Attorney refused to prosecute. This involves a mother and her children. Hard to geta jury to convict.

We need more participation by real Republicans in Beaufort County Republican precincts and the annual Republican County Convention. RINOs are like Democrats, they only show up for the important votes. Those votes happen at the County Convention.

Mr. Butkus, The Beaufort County Republican Party has the same problems as the State and National Republican Parties. RINOs and liberal Republicans are in leadership positions. The Beaufort County Republican Party broke its back to support Randy Walker and his liberal wife in the 2024 elections. However, Beaufort County votes more than 60 percent MAGA conservative.
Consider the State party is supporting Whatley to replace RINO Tillis in the Senate Race. One RINO replacing another RINO.

Leadership changes will make a big dirrereence inthe RINO population.

With Democrats, the louder they scream about their innocence, the more guilty they are.

Anyone who has been in a House or Senate office more than 4 years has accumulated some of accommodations of the deep state. Accepting the percs of the deep state is like being stuck to the tar baby. It is impossible to get loose and if you do you are tarred.

Trump, with the passage of the big beautiful bill, and threatening to prosecute Obama and Hillary has cut deeply into government. He is now a real threat to the deep state.

I expect to see more strange behavior from these people.

Thank you for this information, John Steed. Whatley is another turd in the Trump punch bowl. Now is the time for MAGA's to push back. Trump is getting some bad advice from these back stabbers. Whatley will be as bad or worse than Tillis. I was at the state Republican convention when Whatley rigged his reelections by having the vote done on cell phones. I will never trust him.

Commented on Stating the Obvious

There is a vast canyon between legal and illegal. I support the illegal getting everything we can throw at them.
However, there is nothing wrong with a work visa program that allows only the worker (not his family) to come for six months and then go home. I do not believe we should pay social security taxes on these people because it allows them to tap into our social security system.

Will Simmons, you landed on what I am trying to say. Charity is a virtue.

There was a lot of closed door dealings. Don Shreve admitted they had "confidential information that could not be disclosed to the public". They violated the open meeting law every time they turned around. This secrecy game allows school management to tell each board member something different to steer their vote because they are pledged to secrecy. This game is against the law.

Rino Hunter you are correct. Terry Williams voted to close Snowden when he voted to start the process to close Snowden.

Maybe Terry can tell what the school board lawyer told him is closed session about his conflict with having relatives in high positions in the school system. That was another violation of the open meeting law.

Where are the ethics at the school board?
Commented: Thursday, July 10th, 2025 @ 12:11 pm By: Hood Richardson
Terry Williams, May I remind you that you voted for the process to close Snowden before you voted to to keep it open. You are on both sides of this issue. RINO Donald Shreve's vote to close Snowden help save your safe vote to appear to want to keep Snowden open.

The Big Cheese would not negotiate with the City to get the land. He did not want the land. If he did not get the land, the shop and service complex area would be used for the stormwater pond. He wanted a new shop and service area at a cost of at least 5 million dollars.

This all looks funny and confusing because the Big Cheese wanted it to be odd and confusing.

There is no management of anything in our public school system. Having a Phd or a Masters degree does not mean one has management ability. It means you are well trained in socialism and indoctrination, not management. We need more business people at all levels of government, then we swill see a change.

Pitty poor misunderstood Don Shreve. He is again seeking our approval for his sins. Nothing more clearly states how unqualified Don Shreve is than this article.
It is not about you Donald Shreve. You failed your most important test. Brains?

Terry, Truth does matter. You voted for the process of closing Snowden. Like a lot of our questionable politicians you are on both sides of this issue. You voted both for it and against it. Mostly you voted voted to save yourself in the 2026 elections, so you can continue to promote your family interests in the school system. Yes honesty does count.

Ceres, have you ever heard of a moving target. Let some of your buddies explain it to you. I think you are having a lot of trouble keeping up.

Ceres, Where did you attend grammer school and where did you graduate from?
As for your zeal to build new schools, do you pay property taxes in Beaufort County?

Ceres, you are working on the wrong end of the horse. Graduate vs kindergarden. Go figure.

This is what he British were doing to us at the time of the revolution. The King's tax collector came every year and took what he wanted. Now we get to vote for the tax frauds.

It is obvious that liberal, left wing, control freak, politics dominate our school system. This only one of the reasons parents are removing children from this brain washing system.

Big Bob, Your observation about MAGA and the new party is very observant. The Democrats will ultimately have to do the same thing to escape the stench of radical socialism.
Commented: Friday, February 21st, 2025 @ 10:27 am By: Hood Richardson
Big Bob, Rainy day funds are dumb butted Republican ideas. Every one that has ever been set up has been spent down to nothing as soon as the Democrats or RINO's got back in control. Government need to borrow for real emergencies like wars, etc. The recent borrowing by Democrats and RINO's is to support welfare and give aways to buy votes. That is why we owe 37 trillion dollars. Bob, here is how it works: It is ok to borrow to buy screw driver but never borrow to buy and ice cream cone. Go figure it out.

Big Bob, Saving for that hurricane, why not set up a fund for that meteorite that is going to hit earth sometime?

The Beaufort County credit rating is excellent. We could easily borrow the 4 or 5 million we may need for a hurricane event. Then tax people on the actual cost.

It is obvious that you have no business experience or common sense.

This became an ethics issue with the lock step voting of these four people to violate the general statutes that require certain things to be done to close schools and allow public participation in the process of providing educational services.

There is no hate involved in this. However, there is something you do not have. Good judgement. Abnormal behavior should not be taught from public institutions. They can meet off campus.

The Community College Board needs to examine its really bad judgement.
Commented: Tuesday, September 24th, 2024 @ 4:33 pm By: Hood Richardson
All of our educational institutions should stick to truth and accepted facts. It is not their job to send wrong signals to young people that this kind of behavior is acceptable. There is no place on any campus for these practices. Let them meet off campus without the blessing of these confused education officials.

Even more distressing is the judgement of the Community College Board in encouraging LGBTQ+ clubs.
