When the far left is filing lawsuits over comments on the 2020 election, conservative media have to take defensive measures like this one, Bolshevik Bob. It is really a shame that our country's freedom or speech and freedom of the press is being eroded where media have to take such defensive precautions. But when far left lawyers are suing Gateway Pundit over its comments on the lack of legitimacy of the 2020 election, I understand other conservative media taking these precautions.

The person whose watch this incompetence happened on at RNC was Michael Whatley. On the presidential debates, Ronna McDaniel grabbed the ball and took it into RNC's court, but Whatley wasn't looking and let it go out of bounds and be turned over to the other team. Whatley was asleep at the wheel and drove into the ditch. He should resign for his incompetence.

I am a Reagan Republican. In 2016, Ted Cruz was my first choice to carry the Reagan banner against the Democrats, but Donald Trump got the nod at the convention and did a good job of doing so. This year, I would have been okay with either Trump or deSantis or possibly even Ramaswammy. Trump got the nomination and I am firmly behind him. Biden is an unmitigated disaster for America.

If one looks at the track record of any attorney's office, one looks at that office, not lumping them in with others. If we look at the damage to election integrity from Democrat shyster Marc Elias, we do not need to bring in other WOKE attorneys.

So you have deflected from the Missoui Attorney General's court record to what some far left fruitcake claims to be "MAGA's track record in court" without even any way of defining how they calculated that. That leftwing fruitcake must be very selective in his counting as he seems to have left out a couple of cases from just last week, the dismissal of the far left Nevada AG's "fake electors" case in that state, and the ruling in Wisconsin upholding statutory ballot security measures that the leftwing Democrat Secretary of State had told local election officials to disregard. There are probably lots of others conveniently left out as well.

And that last bit shows Little Bobbie needs to consult a mental health professional ASAP.

The same voter registration shananigans by the Democrats happen in North Carolina, too. In the 2016 election when McCrory narrowly lost, hundreds of fraudulent student voter registrations were found in Durham County. The best piece I saw on this was by American Lens, a photojounalism site run by two NC women, who have since ended their partnership. Their piece showed them driving from the administration building at Duke University where officials would not talk to them to an outlying gravel parking lot with no structures, which was the address that hundreds of Duke students (probably from out of state) used as their residence address to register to vote in Durham County. Then they had shots of the administration building at NC Central University across town which had been given as the residence address of hundreds of NCCU students when they registered to vote. Of course, nobody really lived either on that parking lot or in the NCCU administration building. Yet many ballots were cast in the names of these "voters."

In next door Wake County, the Voter Integrity Project obtained a list of people who had told the court system that they were not American citizens when they were called for jury duty and compared it to the voter registration list. They found hundreds of matches, many of whom were recorded as having actually voted. When they presented this to the Democrat controlled Wake County Board of Elections, that body refused to even conduct their own investigation. They did nothing and the likely foreign citizens stayed on the registration books.

The headline above should identify this as a "Biden rule" not a "federal rule". The actual law as passed by Congress does not cover "gender identity" or "sexual orientation". To legally change it would require going back through Congress. Instead Biden misused the rulemaking process to try to unilaterally amend a law passed by Congress. He really ought to be impeached for such things but he does it all the time.

So Cheeseman is trying to build the largest elementary school ever built in North Carolina. It is easy to see how that benefits Cheeseman's resume but it is hard to see how it benefits education in Beaufort County. The public has been completely ignored in this process. A school board that cared about representing the prople would have sought public input at two stages of the provess. First in asking what the public thought were the top school construction needs, which should have been done early on before any planning was even started. Once a concrete pland was devised, that also should have been submitted to a public hearing. Tnstead this board did everything in secret without any public input. Of course, input from outside experts should also have been obtained and it wasn't

The corrupt DOJ clearly cannot be trusted to handle contempt of Congress cases, because party politics matters to them more than the law. Congress needs to find a different way to prosecute these things. Right now the Attorney General seems to be able to thumb his nose at Congress at will while he prosecutes questionable cases against his political enemies.

I remember when scumbag Eric Holder played the same game and defied a Congressional subpoena, then would not prosecute himself. Some at that time suggested having the Capitol police take Holder into custody and find a room in the Capitol in which to detain him. That os the sort of thinking we need against these arrogant out of control leftist AG's.

It has also been mentioned that there is no statute of limitations on contempt of Congress, so the incoming Trump AG could take up both referrals and prosecute Holder and Garland and jail them. That may be the only way to straighten this mess out.

And stupid Bob is clueless. This is not about winning or losing. Corrupt AG's never even let it go to court on themselves, but they push their enemies into prison prematurely to try to screw up their chances of getting their appeals heard.

Respected law professor Jonathan Turley points out that the federal sentencing guidelines for a first offender convicted of the charges Hunter was call for a 15 to 20 month active sentence, and 90% of first offenders convicted of these charges receive active prison sentences. He also points out that by trying the case instead of pleading it, Hunter blew his biggest chance of probation by being able to argue he accepted he had done wrong, which would justify a deviation from the guidellins.

Unlike the Trump charges which were fabricated solely to go after Trump politically and no one else has ever been charged that way, leaving nothing for comparison, the charges against Biden are regularly tried in court and there is a record his sentence can be compared against to see if his sentence is more lenient than others.

Turley, also thinks Biden tried it to the jury assuming that in Delaware, he would get a politically friendly jury which would let him off regardless of the facts, but it did not work out that way.

The FBI is rotten to the core, but our RINO moron of a Congressman, Greg Murphy, was one of the sellouts who voted to build a huge new building for them. We need to replace Murphy.

The FBI today is little more than a political secret police, like the old East GErman Stasi. They are a threat to democracy given their political actions. They need to be totally shut down and replaced by an honest and non-political law enforcement agency in the next administration. There also needs to be a "fruit basket turnover" at the corrupt DOJ, and with these ex-spies lying, something probably needs to be done at CIA, too. In the old Societ Union, these were called the "power ministries" and the Obama / Biden Democrats are close to making them the same thing in our country. That needs to be stopped.

Unlike the Stormy Danials issue, which would have had no impact on the election, these lying scumbags stole the 2020 election for Biden with their coverup of the Hunter Biden laptop. They need to be VERY severely punished for that. It is unforutunate that there is no criminal charge on which they could face the death penalty, but they need to spend the rest of their miserable lives wearing an orange jump suit.
