Oh, yes, they do. Israel has set up tents for them and told them they need to leave and how to do it. Also, Egypt has sent in militia to secure an area across the border in Sinai for civilians from Gaza to shelter temporarily. If they don't go to one of those places, it is on them.

The best way to stop the killing (and associated rape and torture) is to eliminate the mad dog terrorist killers who do it, namely Hamas. What they did on Oct. 7 was NOT "war" it was pure terrorism against civilians. They will do it again if they are not eliminated, so there is no other option besides eliminating them for good.

Now if some people other than the killers themselves want to be accessories by being human shields, they should not themselves be targeted for elimination, but if some of them get killed by getting in the way, that should not stop the elimination of the Hamas terrorists. It is, after all, their choice to be accessories by being human shields.

There are about 14,000 Hamas terrorists in Rafah that need to be eliminated. Hopefuly the human shields will wise up and leave, but it they refuse, nobody should cry over them. The moral duty is to eliminate Hamas.

There is no moral equivalency between the Oct. 7 civilian victims of Hamas terrorism and pro-Hamas civilians in Gaza who are willing human shields for those terrorists. Israel has set up a safe tent camp for any Gaza civialians who do not want to be human shields for Hamas to go to, with food and other supplies. Egypt is sending militia to create a zone in Sinai where Gazan civlians can go temporarily to be safe. Those in Rafah have had plenty of time to leave to a place of safety. If they decide to stay and help the Hamas terrorists by being human shields for them, they are hardly innocent.

Israel should be given all the military assistance Congress voted for so that the campaign can be run efficiently to root out the Hamas terrorists and destroy Hamas once and for all, with the least collateral damage as possible. Not providing that military assistance is going to require Israel to have to use more blunt force leading to more Gaza human shields as well as more Israeli soldiers dying.

Hamas needs to be finished off, and after what they did to innocent civilians on Oct. 7, I have no sympathy whatsoever for anyone who decides they want to be a human shielf for those terrorists.

Even worse Biden's motive for what he is doing on this issue have nothing to do with Israelis or Gazans, but only has to do with Biden trying to get back the Muslim vote in Deerborn, Michigan, which today is more like Dearbornistan.

The biased dishonest political judges are as bad as the corrupt prosecutors, so hopefull they can get indicted, too. Take Juan Marchan in the Manhattan case, who is personally a Biden political contributor and has a daughter who works as a Democrat political consultant with Biden's running mate Kamala Harris as a client and who has actually fundraised off of this very case. Juan Marchan is a walking conflict of interest and should never have been allowed to preside over this case. His rulings are blatantly one-sided, putting a gag order on President Trump while allowing Bragg's witnesses to go on media tours. That is clearly a politically motivated ruling. Then he has allowed Bragg to put in irrelevent and prejudicial evidence while blocking relevant witnesses from Trump. This is a kangaroo court and this crooked judge needs some consequences for it.

Maybe some other state Attorney Generals will jump in with similar investigations and we can get these thugs prosecutors in multiple states for election interference. LOCK THEM UP!

Somebody who went through this nightmare resulting from malicious complaints from a neighbor who was feuding with them, commented to me that is was far more scary to have the DSS gestapo at the door than even having the IRS goons at your door.

This Jones case does not make sense and clearly shows government overrach. If children were being beaten or otherwise abused, it would make sense to get them out of the home temporarily so a quick hearing could be held to look into the facts. But nothing even close to that happened in this case. Two children had very good school attendance, so why were they taken out of the home at all? Since the problem, which was not that bad in itself, only applied to one child, why were not some approriate questions asked then before taking this drastic action which I am sure would be as stressful on the children as physical abuse, but here was inflicted by DSS on these children.

Our DSS and our school system BOTH have some 'splainin' to do.

The important thing is accepting election results is not who wins or loses but whether they were conducted fairly and honestly or not. My hat is off to the people who got a number of unfair and dishonest elections around Europe declared void and re-run. I wish American courts had the gonads to do what European courts have done to insure free and fair elections.

An important thing to check on a candidate is whether they will fight for free and fair elections. I see in the original post that Hal Weatherman takes a strong stand for that, so he has my vote.

The kangaroo court lynching that is going on right now and is a huge threat to our democracy is being run by Merchan in New York City. Lynch in Revolutionary War Virginia may have given his name to this process, but what is now going on in NYC is what we should be concerned about.

If you get your panties in a twist over the origin of the term "lynching" then you might be an idiot. Oh, and it was British loyalist American civilians who were the targets of the original "lynchings" not British soldiers.
Commented: Thursday, May 9th, 2024 @ 9:52 am By: Rino Hunter
The reality is that all kangaroo court proceedings are wrong, and that is a reality, Bobbie, that you are unwilling to face. My point on the white British loyalists is simply that is where the term "lynching" came from.
Commented: Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 @ 7:52 pm By: Rino Hunter
Kangaroo court proceedings against anybody are just plain wrong, especially when people are killed as a result, whether it was the original Lynch doing it to British loyalists in Revolutionary War Virginia, yankee draft rioters doing it to black residents of New York City in 1863, the KkK doing it to blacks in the 20th century, or Biden/Bragg/Merchan/Smith/Willis trying to do it to President Trump now.

Nobody is trying to justify any of this. It is all abhorent.

And I see you put up a link to the (Manchester) Guardian, the UK's leading leftwing newspaper for many, many years, although one that still remembers to do real journalism sometimes, unlike their pure propaganda MSM cousins in the US.
Commented: Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 @ 11:36 am By: Rino Hunter
Hanging was generally the end part of the lynching, following the kangaroo court that authorized the hanging. Lynch's name was associated with the whole process, but the name was applied due to his kangaroo court preceding the hanging.

The case you refer to of bestiality appears to have gone through a more formal and legal court process, although the prosecutors seem to have been of the same ilk as Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg, and Fani Willis, and the judge a forerunner of Merchan or Engoron of New York.
Commented: Tuesday, May 7th, 2024 @ 8:05 pm By: Rino Hunter
Let's look at the history of "lynching". The first victims were white British loyalists in Virginia during the Revolutionary War. A low level judge or magistrate named Lynch began kangaroo court type procedings to hang white British loyalists, and when other anti-British Virginians began doing it, they coined the term "lynching" This is actually a pretty good analogy to what is being done to President Trump right now.

And the first mass lynching of black people? That happened, not in the Confederate States, but in New YOrk City in 1863 at the height of the Draft Riots. Yankee civilians, unhappy that LIncoln was drafting them into his army started a mass riot and took it out on black folks by hanging them. The blacks were targeted by the yankee mob for lynching because LIncoln had changed his narrative from "preserve the union" to "free the slaves".

It would help if you learned some real history instead of your far left narrative, Bobbie. Those narrative often do not give one the full facts.

Deflecting, Bolshevik Bob? Watching the crooked "lawfare" lynch mob that is after Trump and his allies, it is clear in current America the dangerous divid in our legal system is political division, not economic division.

I am waiting for a special prosecutor in the next administration on election interference to start indicting and prosecuting the Jack Smiths, the Juan Merchans, the Letitia James, the Judge Engerons, the Fani Willis, the Alvin Braggs of the country including others who work with them. Election interference through lawfare needs to be so severely punished that it does not tarnish our democracy ever again.
Commented: Tuesday, May 7th, 2024 @ 11:20 am By: Rino Hunter
Your "reality", Bolshevik Bob is what the rest of us would call socialism or Marxism.

I went through your book list and most of the authors are people I have never heard of, but three of them stand out as being of the extreme left. First there is Huey Newton, former leader of the terrorist Black Panthers, who idolized North Korea and had a personal history of violence with deadly weapons, including shooting one police officer to death. Then there is W.E.B. duBois who at various times was a member of the US Socialist Party and US Communist Party, and ran for US Senate on the ticket of the communist-affiliated Workers Party of New York. duBois also made multiple trips to the Soviet Union, including under Stalin and returned praising communism. When duBois died, he was living in Ghana as a supporter of its pro-communist dictator Kwame Nkrumah. Last but not least is the biggest promoter of today's far left "woke" ideology, Kendi. There is not anything by Thomas Sowell or anyone like him on your list, Bobbie. It is an extremely unbalanced list ideologically, but then what does one expect from you?

Then Biden and Buttigieg are clearly idiots because they are pushing the hiring of blind people as air traffic controllers. That is one of the DEI categories right on their list.

Polling by an Arab polling firm in Gaza showed that an overwhelming majority of Gazans support the terrorist group Hamas and also support their Oct. 7 terrorist attack on Israeli civilians. Muslim marchers here have also supported the Oct. 7 terrorist attacks, have raised Palesitnian flags in place of American flags, have chanted "Death to America, have blocked roads, bridges, airports, and other infrastructure, and chant support for eliminating all Israelis in Israel. They are NOT what we need in this country. Not only should we not bring any more in, but we need to send as many as we can that are already here back home. We do not need terrorist supporting scum.
Commented: Sunday, May 5th, 2024 @ 8:45 am By: Rino Hunter
The Biden regime is giving special DEI preferences to categories who cannot function effectively as air traffic controllers. Why would you think they aren't hiring based on those stated DEI preferences? When the "federal government" is the Biden regime, I would not put anything past them, and experience shows they usually do these political things that they say they are doing.
Commented: Saturday, May 4th, 2024 @ 1:37 pm By: Rino Hunter
When a job like air traffic controller is critical for the safety of others, it is irresponsible to put people in that job who are not physically or mentally capable of doing it. That is exactly what the Biden FAA is doing with their DEI policies, and in all likelihood people will die from it. If they want to hire persons with these conditions, surely they can find other jobs for them where their conditions will not endanger public safety.
Commented: Friday, May 3rd, 2024 @ 1:10 pm By: Rino Hunter
DEI is, indeed, an "ism" as I will explain.

The issue here is DEI, not ADA. Nice attempt to deflect, but you are wrong. These are categories that the Buttigieg-led DOT, which is over the FAA has set out as hiring preferences under DEI. It is hard to imagine anyone in most of these categories having the physical or mental ability to properly function as an air traffic controller. Any ADA complaint would be quickly dismissed on that basis. The Biden FAA is trying to recruit people in these categories as air traffic controllers and give them a preference over well qualified applicants. Do you want someone with a severe intellectual disability or a psychiatric disability controlling the takeoff or landing of a plane YOU are on?

But then again, you previously said you thought people with criminal records should be hired in retail businesses.

DEI is an "ism". It is pure Marxism. The "E" in DEI stands for "equity", which in the Orwellian newspeak of today's far left is a term for equality of result. That concept comes straight from Karl Marx's "Communist Manifesto" and is completely contradictory to the democratic American concept of equality of opportunity. If you are for DEI, you are a Marxist.

Only to the extent that it would be rare to find one FAA air traffic controller applicant who checks all those boxes, but it would not be uncommon to check two or three or even four. How are some of these categories even going to function as an air traffic controller? A blind controller who can't see situations out the control tower windows or see the sweep of the radar screen? A deaf controller who cannot hear the radio communications with pilots? And how is someone with a severe intellectual disability or a psychiatric disorder going to appropriately comprehend what is going on? DEI categories like that endanger the flying public. There have already been some near misses, so how long until people die from these insane DEI policies at the Biden FAA?
Commented: Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 @ 10:48 am By: Rino Hunter
Under DEI, the one who checks the most boxes gets the job. For an FAA air traffic controller under Biden that would be a blind one-armed paralyzed pyscho dwarf who is a lesbian and member of a minority group. Is that who you really want directing airplanes where to go at an airport? For me, I will take the most qualified person, not who checks the most DEI boxes.

Bobbie never seems to let us forget that he hates whites and males, especially white males, and even more so if they are straight white males or Christian white males. That is the mark of today's "woke" brand of racism.

I would think a portrayal of Robert E. Lee, a man who wrote in 1859 that "slavery is an institution of moral and political evil" and who freed the hundreds of slaves he inherited from his father-in-law as soon as he closed the estate would be more acceptable to any black cadet who understood history than a portrayal of U. S. Grant who was still a slaveowner when the War Between the States ended and actually remained a slave owner until the end of 1865 when the 13th Amendment finally freed the Grant family slaves.

Inviting these rabid Jew-hating Gazans to come to America would be like inviting die hard Nazis at the end of World War II to come to the US. In both cases, their countries were flattened due to the war crimes of their own governments.

I am appalled at Congressman Murphy and Senator Tillis for voting to fund this abomination. I will NEVER vote for either of them again. That Libertarian challenger to Wrongway Murphy is looking better and better. Murphy and Tillis are nothing but Undocumented Democrats.

Illegal immigration is a huge issue in Oklahoma, as it is in most of America. Their Benedict Arnold style traitor, Senator James Lankford who tries to legislatively approve Biden's lawless acts to bring in illegal aliens in a rotten deal with the left, is a marked man. The Oklahoma Republican Party voted overwhelmingly to withdraw their support from him and he will be a goner in the next primary. The fool Lankford even said publicly that he thought illegal aliens should be treated the same as legal immigrants. Lankford was challenged from the right previously by a Speaker of the Oklahoma state House but survived then. He will not survive the next challenge from the right.

What will schools in North Carolina and particularly Beaufort County do? Truitt is useless at DPI and the Cooper-appointed state school board and far lefties who probably are cheerleading what Biden is doing. That is going to leave it up to each of our counties to fight this. The Democrats are consistent in race baiting and being race hustlers although their perspective has changed through the years. From the turn of the last century for six or seven decades they were race hustlers as white supremists. Now the Democrats race hustling and racism is from a virulently anti-white perspective.

Republicans, on the other hand, have been consistent in treating people as individuals instead of stereotyping people by groups.
