There have been different viewpoints on how to handle Covid from the beginning. See the Great Barrington Declaration by a group of prominent virologists and epidemiologists, for example, that is the polar opposite of Faucism. The problem is that those viewpoints, the ones that turned out to be correct, were politically suppressed, and that is what is dangerous. There is also a lot of lingering nonsense, like doctors who demonstration their ignorence by requiring masks on patients (but don't require them at medical conferences), and the continued vax requirement for foreign citizens to enter the US legally (that curiously does not apply if you sneak across the border).

Bobbie does not understand the goals of the woke modern education industry. Now they seek to produce ideologically tuned robots who will parrot the narrative of the left. Republicans are supposed to be fiscal conservatives. That means taking a sharp pencil to the budget to keep spending down and taxes down. Republican elected officials who actually do that are what we need in public office, people like US Senator Ted Budd, former Congressman Walter Jones, Jr., State Rep. Keith Kidwell, and Commissioners Stan Deatherage and Hood Richardson. We need more who vote like them. On the other hand, the RINOs who talk a good game but too often vote with the Democrats to spend more money like US Senators Mitch McConnell and Thom Tillis, State Senator Jim Perry, and Commissioner Frankie Waters are the types we need LESS of in public office. Then there are those who just don't seem to understand like commissioner Rebholtz's campaign piece that assured voters he was a "physical conservative".

The Republcian legislative leadership is prostituting itself to the special interests on both of these issues, just like they have on OBammacare Medicaid expansion, the NC Green New Deal, and allowing men into the ladies restrooms and locker rooms. They are stabbing their own Republican voter base in the back to pander to the special interests and that will blow up in their face. Their is an old saying in politics that you do not piss on your base, but Moore and Berger are not only urinating on it, but defecating as well.

Our local state Senator, RINO Jim Perry is now selling us out to the special interests on these leftwing bills, just as he did on the Green New Deal and Obamacare Medicaid expansion. Perry needs to be G-O-N-E in the next primary. He is a total traitor and a whore for the special interests. He needs to mount a red light above his legislative office door.

It is a smart thing for all LAW ABIDING CITIZENS from all ethnic groups to exercise their 2nd Amendment rights, but I would never extend that to all members of all ethnic groups because that would include the criminals, who should not have guns, knivws, explosives, etc.

When schools allow teachers to tell young children such nutty things as "you can choose yourself whether to be a girl of a boy" or "there are more than two genders" they are promoting gender confusion and grooming children for this destructive lifestyle. This should be thoroughly prohibited and teachers who do that should be summarily fired. Even worse is using one of the SAVVAS curriculums that teach such nonsense, as became controversial in Arizona. Parents are being blindsided by schools, including here in Beaufort County and that needs to be stopped.
