Good news is, it appears from the recent revisions made to the curriculum development policy, any new curriculum must require lessons in cursive and further instruction in the memorization of multiplication tables.

Strange news is, the rewording of the policy seemingly to alleviate accountability regarding the curriculum choosing process.

I agree with the curriculum team that sounds fine but in my opinion all school board members should be active members of this team participating in the process. They are the ones accountable to the voter not teachers or parents. I understand they will vote at the end of the process whether to approve the curriculum or veto it but I feel like they should all take a hands on approach. It is what they were elected to do .

Hite Associates has designed and contracted many of these huge new high capacity schools all over.

Jimmy Hite is a board member of the private Oakwood school in Greenville. This private school boasts about the high performance of their students and contributes some of their success to the small class sizes, where students can get a more personal learning experience.

His actions and his beliefs seem to be in contradiction.

Disgraced superintendent Jeff Moss, who was accused of nepotism, unethical conduct, and cronyism, always seemed to hire Hite no matter what state or school district he was working for.

Cheeseman is also an Advisory Board member to this “RTM Group”, which gave him an award as top superintendent. RTM- meaning “Route to Market” is just about selling digital teaching sewage. They are literally snake oil salesman with no concern about the actual learning of students.

I’m really sick of these conglomerate groupies pooling their collective resources to rip off the taxpayer for millions. They sell big expensive ideas that truly offer nothing of substance. Then once they have sold what they can, they move to another district to do the same.

If we think that 10mil is all the taxpayers will be on the hook for, we may be gravely mistaken. The past shows us Hite Associates tends to go over budget.

Those are your words Bob not mine. I know you are being sarcastic but that last statement was completely ignorant. What is the need to take all issues to an extreme position? Have you no logic?

Oil spilling into the ocean occurs naturally and there is a natural clean up process for this. This doesn’t mean we should intentionally dump oil out willy nilly. We should always be good stewards to our land and water.

In conclusion, we should be able to agree, that we should do all we can to keep the environment clean, but we must do so rationally because not all things are completely avoidable.

Also there is always oil flowing out from natural holes and crevices under the ocean. There are micro-organisms in the ocean that solely consume crude oil. These are then eaten by bigger organisms such as krill, which are the main food for whale and many small fish.

Washingtonitilist might have been worried about the repercussions of using the correct terminology after what had happened to that poor boy in that one NC school. Imagine being a child and learning definitions in school, but when they tell you, “use it in a sentence” your sentence becomes an illegal hate crime. The one sane child is sent to mental health counseling when in fact it is the teachers and administrators who are the ones in desperate need of it.

Talk about traumatizing a child.

The point is that a time will come when unlearned people demand we abstain from eating meats. Certain religions declare that their believers not eat meat of certain animals whether it be beef or pork etc.

The word of God is clear however when it states that all meats are good and were created to be received with the giving of thanks.

Again I tell you look to the scriptures which you refuse and you will find them saying:

“Upon the which when I had fastened mine eyes, I considered, and saw fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.

No one debates that fruits and vegetables are good for the diet, but also is meat. They are all part of the pyramid.

Our election process relies completely on our faith in our institutions. Whether or not the election for the previous president was tampered with unfortunately is irrelevant at this point being it was certified by an elected congress. We must take care in not destroying the constitution in search of the justice of men.

From here on the losing party will always claim the election is rigged. Some claims may be true, but eventually all will lose faith in the system until the system collapses and this is the true goal.

To know the truth we know Satan holds the keys to the Governments and kingdoms of men, but God alone appoints the rulers thereof.

Consider the scriptures saying:
