An honest objective federal judge for a change. Remarkable. Our federal courts are a cesspool.

Commented on Tillis blasts Trump’s plan to slash drug pricesTIllis is unelectable. Why does this fool posture on running again? We must take him out in the primary if we are going to keep that seat away from Roy Cooper.

That bill falls way short on the spending cuts America needs if we are going to save the dollar. It also fails to end the tax on social security benefits, which is highly unfair double taxation. What I hear on the radio is that the problem is the congressional leadership. This is a huge blunder if they fail to take this opportunity for needed budget cuts.
Similarly, the recision bill to cut federal programs already approved seems to be stuck in Congress. We should not tolerate these leadership failures.

Counties like this need to be audited for the last four years and any money given to illegal aliens should be clawed back.

Commented on Trumps nuclear deportation optionsMike Davis, Director of the Article III Porject, and a former US Supreme Court law clerk himself, says the actions of radical Democrat judges and inaction by Roberts and the SCOTUS are a threat to the integrity of the courts, and that Roberts is operating from a playbook that will destroy the court system's credibility.

Sotomayor if not removed from the Supreme Court should be forced to recuse herself from any cases involving this administration. After a statement like it is very unlikely that she will up hold her oath to the Constitution.

Commented on Tillis blasts Trump’s plan to slash drug pricesSo Tillis thinks drugs should cost more to Americans than to foreigners? How does he think that will play in the 2026 election, in the primary or the general?
When I worked in eastern Europe, I could buy one of my prescription drugs whose cash price in the US at the time was $120 for a 30-day supply for $10. for a 30-day supply at pharmacies in Moldova or Romania. Why were Americans getting slammed on the much higher price, and why would Tillis condone that? My guess is that it is a dog whistle to get Big Pharma political contributions.

Journalism as it used to be known has been dead in this country for some time. The MSM are little more than propaganda organs of the left wing of the Democrat party. A few years ago a disgruntled member outted "Journo-List" a list serve run by a top writer at the Washington Post, where the liberal media types all collaborated in secret to get their narrative straight. Once it was exposed that one shut down, but there is little doubt another took its place.
The RedState article linked above is spot on as to the politization of our courts and that Sotomayor has stepped a long way over the line.

Commented on Looks Like Another School Flim-FlamI reviewed the public comments of that May 5th commission meeting and Travis Martin from Blounts Creek made lots of sense in his reasoning for keeping Snowden School open. It's too bad that four commissioners and seven school board members just don't want to know.

Our own NC seafood industry in threatened by these awful offshore wind turbines thankts to NC Democrats who are pushing them like Roy Cooper and Josh Stein, and to useless RINOs like Phil Berger who do their bidding. Our "woke" utility monopoly Duke Energy is also to blame to pushing this garbage.

Commented on Trumps nuclear deportation optionsThe problem is not "the courts". It is politically corrupt Obama judges and Biden judges abusing their positions to push a political agenda and this absolutely MUST be stopped if we are to preserve democracy within our Constitutional republic. These partisan Democrat judges are just unelected, unaccountable, political appointees who are trying to attack democracy in their power grabs. There are lots of other solid Constitutionally sound judges out there, and sometimes in appelate courts they have been able to stop the Obama and Biden nutters. But the above article is right that this is all about delay, which they achieve even when a higher court shuts them down.
There are other options than the above. One is impeachment of the politically corrupt judges, with heavy duty subpoenas to seize documents and electronic devices to investigate any collusion in this clearly political campaign of judicial "resistance". A variation of that would be a special committee in Congress to investigate these judges and subpoena them to testify before that committee in a public hearing. Put these tinhorn judicial dictators on the hot seat. Additionally, Congress could use the power of the purse to punish them for their undemocratic acts. What we are seeing is the Judicial wing of the Democrat Party. They are 100% politics and 0% Rule of Law.

Commented on Looks Like Another School Flim-FlamIgnorance is bliss. Willful ignorance is downright disgraceful and disgusting. These commissioners obviously are only concerned with what will benefit them. They are no friend to the Beaufort County citizen as has been repeatedly proven time after time. The new megaschool debacle, the willingness to close Snowden, the backroom deals, secrecy, and overall condescension to WE THE PEOPLE, disregard for true economic development, and an inability to conduct proper research, planning and administrating...the list goes on and continues to grow. Unfortunately, we are stuck with Booth, Langley and Walker for the next few years. We can get rid of Waters this next election cycle and he must go! If you disagree, VOTE FRANKIE WATERS FOR HIGHER TAXES, MORE INCOMPETENCE AND CORRUPTION. It's that simple folks.

Commented on Looks Like Another School Flim-FlamI just got around to watching the May 5th Beaufort County Commission meeting. There was an interesting motion made in that meeting. "Make a motion to ask the school superintendent for the difference in cost or cost savings in closing S.W. Snowden school in Aurora as opposed to the cost or cost savings in keeping the school open."
The vote was Richardson, Dunn, and Deatherage - Yes. Booth, Langley, Waters, and Walker - No. My question is, why would board members NOT want to know that, in order to make a good decision? The answer is, they have already decided, but based on what? Commissioner Booth highlighted the sentiment when he said, I've done all I'm going to do for Aurora. All of Beaufort County should be concerned about what is being proposed for the people in the Aurora area of Beaufort County.

Both Obama and Clinton deported large numbers of illegal aliens. The Democrat judges said nothing about "due process" then. Now it is just a delaying tactic to try to prevent Trump from carrying about the mass deportation of illegal aliens that the polls show that our citizens want. It is a cheap political scam by corrupt judges who ought to be hounded off the bench.
Heck, their poster boy, human trafficker and wife beater MS13 gangster has had plenty of due process. A federal trial court considered the evidence and ruled that he is an illegal alien and MS13 gang member and ordered him deported. He appealed, and on appeal, another federal court agreed with the trial court. This dirtbag has already had two more hearings than he deserved. How much more do the Democrats and their crooked judges want?

From the district court to the supreme court, it appears that Democrat judges no longer even pretend to be objective or follow the Rule of Law. Obama and Biden appointees are brazenly using their offices to push a partisan political agenda. Presidents Lincoln and Jackson just ignored the courts, and maybe Trump should as well, but we ought to remember that Lincoln also issued an order for the arrest of a Supreme Court justice on his own executive authority. We cannot let our democracy be subverted by power grabs by tyrants in black robes, who are after all nothing but unelected, unaccountable political appointees.

This is outrageous. Supreme Court justices are not supposed to be playing politics like this. She is acting just like those rabid leftie district court judges appointed by Biden and Obama. Since she is clearly a partisan hack who is just another Trump hater, she should not be allowed to participate in these politically tinged cases.
Sotomayor is part of the Judical branch of the Democrat Party.
