I remember when globalism was much more shadowy. They were mostly called "one worlders" then and their organizations like the Bilderbergers met in secret so people really did not know fully what they did or wanted to do. That led to a lot of speculation and innuendo from groups like the John Birchers, but that was mostly conspiracy theory because whatever they did, most of it was in secret.
Then came Klaus Schwab, son of an arcent Nazi industrialist, and formed the World Economic Forum, which was open and in-your-face globalism. Instead of conducting their affairs in secret like their predecessors, the WEF did much of their work in public. Schwab published his ideology in his "Great Reset" book, which is like last century's "Mein Kampf" or the previous century's "Communist Manifesto". They also put a lot of their stuff out on the internet. Schwab uses an elitist approach to push his agenda, but not every person in the elite gets invited to his confabs, just that either share his ideology or whom they hope to influence. Sometimes people who clearly don't agree with the political tenets of globalism muscle their way in, and it takes someone like the president of a country to do that.

Commented on Birthright Citizenship: Game On!In Europe, they are finding that jihadist extremism is more prevalent in the first generation born in Europe to Muslim migrants than in the original migrants themselves. This is particularly a problem where there are enough migrants that they live in their own migrant-heavy neighborhoods, which often become "no go" zones.

Little Bobbie either has no clue as to what a globalist is or he pretends not to.
A globalist is the opposite or a nationalist or sovereigntist or populist. It is a poltiical ideology that has nothing to do with a person's wealth or personal status. President Trump's "America First" agenda is a nationalist, populist, and sovereigntist agenda that is the polar opposite of globalism. Illegal immigration is a clear example. The globalists want more of it, while the nationalists, sovereigntists, and populists want to shut it down. But there are lots of others. For example, the globalists are pushing censorship, while their opponents counter with strong support of free speech. The globalists push their climate alarmist mantra, while their opponents point out it is nonsense.

Here are some of the things that HAVE gone wrong for western countries from illegal aliens: www.beaufortcountynow.com
We need to do whatever it takes to send these illegal alien interlopers home where they belong. If we need more immigrants, we have long waiting lists of people applying to come legally who are vetted, have medical examinations, and will not be mooching off taxpayers.

Commented on Birthright Citizenship: Game On!"It will also mean asserting that it’s not actually the case that someone whose parents emigrated to America from a foreign country, and whose family has only been here a single generation, is “just as American” as someone who traces their ancestry to the American Revolution. It will mean admitting that America would be much better off not only with zero illegal immigration but with only a very low level of legal immigration, which would help preserve our cultural and community cohesion, and encourage the complete assimilation of all newcomers."

Does BBob say this stupid stuff on purpose or does it come natural? I know he's too politically biased to acknowledge Ted Cruz; most likely doesn't know who Octaviano Larrazola and Richard Cavazos are. Luis Alvarez or Mario Molina? Doubtful, science is not his thing. He should have remembered Rita Moreno or Joan Baez! For me Salma Hayek and Raquel Welch readily come to mind.

Bigot Bob should know that minorities have abilities to soar in a free market economy, and he is taking a racist position to look down his nose at them. Heck, even in the antebellum South, we had black plantation owners and businessmen. Here in Washington, NC, for example, we had a black man who owned a shipyard on the Pamlico River.
As to Davos, these pompous elitists who want to put all sorts of restrictions on normal life for the rest of us keep feeling entitled themselves. This year at the airport serving Davos, which is Zurich, there was a 70% increase in private jet landings for the conference over last year. Bookings of female and "trans women" (transvestite) escorts also set a record. www.breitbart.com

This is the very reason all school boards hire a school board attorney. When major projects like this come along, they stay on top of things legally. Our superintendant has conned our school board into hiring an attorney from Durham, who is not here locally to do things like that. My guess is that to save money, the superintendant did not bring him in on this project like he should have been and that the superintendant himself incompetently played lawyer or had another school bureaucrat do that. Our school board is responsible for that, at least the ones who had a vote on hiring this Durham lawyer. They should have known better but just rubberstamped Boss Cheeseman's wishes.

Washingtonian: A public explanation should be in order.
At the next general meeting, I will ask the new Beaufort County Board Attorney to perform a "simple title search." which will be like closing the barn door after the horse has galloped off ... You see Washingtonian: When the feckless Center-Left Coalition is on to something stupid, they generally stay "stuck on stupid" until the obvious fruition of completing the act of stupid. It would, however, be appropriate in shining a public light on this sorry issue in open meeting.

According to the online Real Property Data webpage, History of Ownership, the first owner was WASHINGTON CITY SCHOOL ADM UNIT, they owned this land from Jan. 01,1753 to July 15,2024, when the land was transferred to City of WAshington. That's according to this webpage. How can this be?
But also if one goes to Book 630 page 53 where this same "ownership history" webpage claims we can find the deed, it shows a deed dated August 15, 1968 between The Redevelopment Commission of Washington and sold to the City of WAshington,NC. It is wrong date and wrong seller. Did the Registrar of deeds lose a deed? Did Registrar also type in the wrong date?? Is anything else missing? Where is the July 15,2024 deed describing the transfer? It doesnt appear to show in the online index of deeds. Even more important, if the school system needed th land, why would it give it to th city? I think the State Auditor should be notified. lrcpwa.ncptscloud.com

Stan: The politics of 4 to 3. Of that 4 majority, 2 are Democrats and 2 are Democrats that changed registration to Republican in order to get elected. Essentially, they are 4 Democrats. But you know that more than most.
The mind-blowing thing about this is, the local Republican Party supports the alliance with the Democrats and opposes the 3 Republicans on the county commission adhering to the Republican platform. In other words, the official local Republicans support the undocumented Democrat commissioners instead of the Republican commissioners. All this personal vendetta politics is costing taxpayers money and worse. It's so crazy it's almost unbelievable. Throw in the familial relations between the various boards and a school superintendent working on his professional resume at local folk's expense and it really gets convoluted. But no worries, it's only hard-earned public money. ![]()

On this day, the compounded incompetence of the Center-Left Coalition won out.

If a state adopted a law to allow bounty hunters to apprehend illegal aliens, I would bet there would be a mass exodus of illegal aliens from that state to sanctuary states. They would probably get rid of most of them without having to pay out many bounties. Texas, for one, should take a look at this.
