UNC business professor describes impact of progressive policies on the poor



    Progressives tend to tout the benefits their policies will have for disadvantaged groups, including minorities and the poor. But Professor Michael Jacobs of UNC-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School has compiled evidence that shows how progressive policies end up hurting those groups. Jacobs discussed his research during a presentation Monday for the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.
