Defying the legacy of our longtime fiscally conservative Congressman Walter Jones, who routinely voted against all deficit spending and debt raising bills, current Congressman Greg Murphy just voted for a massive $4 trillion debt limit increase, almost three times what the Democrats originally asked for. Most of the key spending cuts Republicans had originally voted to make conditions for a smaller $1.5 Trillion debt limit increase were cast aside, in what was a cowardly cave in by RINO House Speaker McCarthy and a huge win for Biden. Despire polling that showed a huge majority of Americans supported the Republican position, McCarthy and sell out Republicans like Greg Murphy folded like cheap suits. Kevin McCoward snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.
Murphy's vote is a disgrace, and he badly needs a primary challenge from a conservative.

Greg Murphy has lost my vote and that of my family. We will be looking for a different candidate in the primary. Tillis had already lost our votes and just rubbed it in one more time.

Trump did have some more spending than usual due to the pandemic, but Biden is the all time king of massive overspending in the US, and particularly deficit spending, and mostly for a political agenda. And much of it is for nonsense like dealing with "racist roads" or being CHicken Little on steroids over climate alarmism.
And the very worst of what tyrant Biden is doing is inflicting the IRS tax audit Gestapo on the middle class and small business. That fool McCarthy only cut the 87,000 new IRS aufitors from 87,000 to 85,200. Most middle class taxpayers have to pay their own accountants and go through a terrifying procedure, even if everything is squeaky clean. If the IRS Gestapo does find something to quibble about, the IRS loses a majority of their claims in tax court, so there is another huge expense for a small business or middle class taxpayer. The failure of McCarthy and his flunky Murphy to completely drive a stake through the heart of that monster makes both enemies of the middle class. |

It's not spending. Trump and republicans spent more than anyone and not a compliant. We all know, it's what you spend on, and who you spend on, not the spending.

Or maybe allowing runaway deficite spending and runaway inflation pushing us toward 1923 Germany or current Venezuela is not such a good idea either.

|
Or maybe letting the government default isn't a very good idea?

RINO's made themselves know with their votes. Here are the 149 that voted for this bill. www.thegatewaypundit.com

The problem that Republicans have are the swampy Democrat collaborators like Mitch McConnell, and it is now very clear, Kevin McCarthy. We have the same problem in the General Assembly with collaborators Tim Moore and Phil Berger. We need to deal with them and their lackeys in the primaries, including Greg Murphy and Jim Perry locally. These sellouts are quislings.

Here is my question, if JB is so senile, how come he keeps kicking your butts?
