appeal of free speech case against gov't censorship of internet

ENCNow

The Attorney Generals of Missouri and Louisiana have filed a case to prohibit the Biden regime from conspiring with Big Tech companies to stifle and censor the free speech of American citizens.  The federal District Court entered an injunction forcing the Biden regime to stop doing it, and the US Court of Appeals affirmed.  Now Biden has appealed to the US Supreme Court and the appeal was argued this week.  Senator Rand Paul calls it the most important First Amendment case in American history.

Biden SCOTUS appointee Katanji Brown Jackson made it clear whose side she was on, and it was NOT that of the American people or their Constitutional rights. Responding to Louisiana's Attorney General, KBJ said "My biggest concern is that your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the government in significant ways at the most important time".  Duh?  The founding fathers fully intended to "hamstring" the federal government from goosestepping all over frredom of speech.  That is what the First Amendment is all about.

These leftwing court appointees want to make up "rights" that don't exist in the Constitution like abortion but do not want to recognize those that are explicitely set out like free speech.
