Under Biden, federal DEI spending exploded, Trump will remedy that | Eastern NC Now

Based on an executive order Biden issued on his first day in office, federal spending promoting the radical left DEI ideology has exploded throughout the federal government.  None of this has gone through Congress for approval.  The incoming Trump administration plans a full reversal of this spending.  DEI promotes the Marxist concept of "equity" based on equality of result instead of equality of opportunity, and a racial exclusionary version of "diversity" and "inclusion".  Implicite in all of this is basing hiring and promotion on race, gender, gender identify, and a host of other personal attributes instead of qualifications to do the job.

Biden DEI spending has included placing DEI political officers throughout our armed forces, which is frighteningly similar to the political officers in the old Soviet Red Army.  It has also imposed DEI into the schools such as training teachers to push this ideology to their students.  It has even interfered with the way FEMA works in disaster relief.  Biden has shoehorned DEI seemingly into every nook and corner of federal government.

But the cavalry is riding to the rescue and will arrive on Jan. 20 when President Trump takes office.
