It seems to me that with the pardons, Congress should continue its investigation of the Biden crime family to get the record out in public. All of them will now have to answer questions without being able to plead the fifth. If they lie now, they can be jailed for that. If they refuse to answer, they can be jailed for contempt. If they inplicate JOe, Joe can be prosecuted. Every tax scam that comes out can result in IRS action to collect tax, interest, and penalties, because that is civil and not covered by a criminal pardon. Maybe there will be enough to make all of these despicable low lifes destitute.

Anyone who truly understands history knows that both Lee and King were great men. Those who want to revere one and denounce the other is a radical ideologue. The rewriting of history is done by the far left such as the leftist 1619 Project, which even its creator admits is not real history.

Leftists tend to ignore that one of their own heavy weights at the time the War Between the States was actually in progrss clearly stated it was NOT about slavery. Karl Marx wrote "the war is not about slavery; it is a war of economic subjugation by the north against the south."

We Conservatives look more to the writings of Sir Winston Churchill who identifies slavery as one of the minor causes of the war or of contemporary British anti-slavery leader novleist Charles Dickens calling the north's claim to be fighting against slavery as "specious humbug designed to disguise their desire for economic control of the south.".

President Dwight Eisenhower kept a portrait of General Lee as an outstanding American on display in the Oval Office. President Eisenhower is a better judge of history than far left internet troll Little Bobbie.

Martin Luther King and Robert E. Lee were born on the same day roughly a century apart, both great men.

"Slavery is an institution of moral and political evil" - Robert E. Lee, 1859

"People should be judged on the content of their character, not the color of thier skin" - Martin Luther King, 1963

"True" is Bozo Bob's Orwellian use of that word means "consistent with the far left narrative", and no, the information in the post above is not consistent with the far left narrative in which all of these scumbags are regarded as heroes.

When it comes to what is factual, the witness tampering criminal referral against Cheney and the Mark Milley admission to telephone calls with Chinese military leaders are solid facts. What Fauci may have done on the gain of unction funding at this point is not totally established, although Dazak's role has been established enough he has just been cut off from federal funding even before Trump took office. Dazak is a longtime close Fauci associate, so there is reason to believe Fauci is likely implicated. As yet, this has not progressed to driminal charges against anyone. but that should have been left open if ongoing investigations support it.

Preparation is the key in any natural disaster. You want to talk about hurricanes, so lets talk about hurricane Helene. The Republican governors of Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina all pre-staged personnel, equipment, and supplies to deal with the storm. The Democrat governor of North Carolina failed to do that. Consequently, the states of Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina had better hurricane response than we did.

Roy Cooper should have known better. North Carolina had a hurricane set up just like Helene back in 1916 and was just as big of a disaster. Yet he failed to take the steps other govenors did. Those other governors showed how to govern. Too bad for our own citizens that our governor was not paying attention.

If you don't care about your fellow liberal Bill, maybe you would think about California Democrat congressman Ro Khanna who also says California needs new leadership and Karen Bass needs to go.

"Right side of history"??? Curious how the modern American far left rehashs the old Soviet slogan "History is on our side". History, however is factual. It has no side.

And as to West Virginia, citizens in that area had a free choice in 1861 when the citizens of the state voted on seceeding from the United States. At that time, everyone could vote and no one was off in the army or refugees from northern occupation. At that time, most of the counties later organized into West Virginia voted FOR secession from the Union.

ANd with your Marxist bent, I wonder why you do not follow Karl Marx's assessment of the War Between the States: "the war is not about slavery; it is a war of economic subjugation by the north against the south."

The problem here is much much deeper than racist DEI, Bigot Bob. Even the DEI hire fire chief functioned on a higher level than the woke mayor and governor. You might want to read what liberal pundit Bill Maher who lives in LA had to say about all three.

If a county is on the type of crazy train that Illinois or Oregon is today, trying to get off makes a lot of sense, but it is extremely difficult. Both states have to agree, and the state losing the tax base is likely to say no.

The reason people are living in "burned out tents" is that California Democrats played politicis - DEI, not funding the basics like fire protection, paying $2.6 billion per year for health care for illegal aliens who are not even supposed to be here while cutting money for fire protection. Their woke ideology meant more to them than doing the very basic things governments are supposed to do like fire protection.

The governance failures by California Democrats have not stopped. Now Gov. Newsom has issued an executive order that will make it almost impossible for homeowners who have lost their homes to sell off their lots. Most of them will need to do that to buy another house to get a down payment. Some speculation is that Newsom is upset that many are planning to move out of California and is trying to keep them tied to the state by being unable to sell their lots now that their houses are gone. Newsome takes what is already a horrible situation for these people and makes it even worse. California really needs to remove that nitwit from office.

Maybe we should just cut off all federal funds to any local or state government that subsidizes and harbors illegal aliens.

Elections have consequences, and this time they are good for the American people and common sense. Not so good for woke idiocy like men in womens sports or pandering to illegal alien criminals.

Los Angeles has 183 fire trucks. At the time of the wildfires, 100 of them were unusable awaiting repairs. This due to Mayor Bass' budget cuts.

Now it is the LA Firefighters union blasting the incompetent city officials. In the past trucks and firefighters were pre-deployed in danger areas when Santa Ana winds caused extreme fire danger. They were not pre-deployed this time because that would have required overtime pay, which the department did not have in its budget due to Mayor Bass' budget cuts.

Bobbie keeps giving us those cult answers. Windmills has nothing to do with the fact that the California Democrats are giving their attention and money to fighting Trump when they should be giving it to fighting wildfires and helping with the recovery.

There have not been criminal enterprises on the Republican side like the Biden crime family and the Clinton Crime Family. Those take corruption to a whole new level. Letting in millions of unvetted illegal aliens is being paid off by somebody. The Mexican crime cartels are the ones making the most money from this scheme.

Actress Justine Bateman was on TV letting the incompetent California politicians have it, telling people to stop voting just for those with a D by their name, and instead vote based on competence to do the job. She accused California Governor Newsome of "being too stupid to even see how incompetent he is." She blasted them for failing to do the most basic things in governance like fire and police protection. She called upon Newsome and Bass to resign out of shame.

Zuckerberg relizes there is a new sheriff in town, a president and a House and Senate majority that values free speech. He wants to get right with the forces of free speech, but if censorship hounds Kamala Harris and Tim Walz had gotten in, I suspect it would have been a different story.

Facebook's censorship in the Covid regime was appalling. The world's oldest medical journal, the BMJ (British Medical Journal) of the British Medical Society published a peer-reviewed scientific article that disagreed with the Fauci narrative, and Facebook censored it. That led to an editorial signed by both the outgoing editor and the incoming editor calling out Zuckerburg by name and denouncing him not only for trampling on freedom of speech but also academic freedom. Zuckerburg never responded. There was also an incident where the director of Oxford University's Center for Evidence Based Medicine made a Facebook post referring to a Danish university peer reviewed scientific study that also disagreed with the Fauci doctrine, and he went ballistic when Facebook censored that post.

Maybe Little Bobbie can tell us which of these policies by Democrat politicians in California he finds commendable or even acceptable: 1) failure to clean the brush and deadfall that is fuel for wildfires, 2) failure to fill the resevoir that feeds the fire hydrants in time for fire season, 3) cutting $17.6 million from the Los Angeles fire department budget a few months ago,, 4) firing scores of experienced firefighters who refused the Covid shots and not rehiring them leaving the fire department undermanned, 5) implementing DEI in hiring in the fire department instead of qualifications to actually do the job. 6) refusing to accept President Trump's offer in his last administration for a program to direct more water resources to California?

Tell us, Bobbie, which of those you find acceptable?

Murphy is a bush league Romney wannabee, totally useless.

The Democrats tried to steer away from the actual instigators. There was a known and identified ATIFA operative on video in Trump gear egging people on and repeatedly yelling "burn it down". There was another operative on tape egging people on at several key points, and even the night before telling people that on the next day they had to go into the Capitol at which point actual Trump supporters started saying "Fed, Fed, Fed!" He was finally slapped on the wrist. Then years after the fact there was an admission finally of dozens of federal operatives present.

As Benjamin Franklin once said, a mob has hundreds of arms and legs but no head. The Democrats knew they just needed a few agitators to whip up a mob mentality. That is also why the Democrats did not want solid security at the Capitol and Nancy Pelosi made sure it was not there.

I see that the far left totalitarian German Green Party (neo-communist) is now threatening Facebook over abandoning political censorship.

I hope Trump will tell these European anti-free speech totalitarians that he will impose huge tariffs on any country that tries to do anything to suppress free speech on any US based platform. A 300% tariff on German cars would bring these totalitarian thugs to their senses.

The MSM is crediting Trump with Trudeau's departure, but they clearly have not been paying attention to what has been happening in Canadian politics over the last 18 months. His former alliance partners the New Democrats want him out and even much of his own party. So do the Canadian people who are tired of him.

The point is that gun rights is consistent with low crime rates but gun control as in Germany or the UK can lead to explosiions of other types of crime like knife crime.

The "American citizen army vet" who "slaughtered innocent people" was Jabbar and Bigot Bob cannot figure out why? Maybe Bobbie missed the ISIS flag on Jabbar's truck? Maybe he missed the martyrdom video Jabbar made in his truck on the way to New Orleans where he talked about joining ISIS and "slaughtering non-believers"? Maybe Bobbie missed that his relatives said that while Jabbar had always been a Muslim, he had become radicalized in the last year? Maybe Bobbie missed the Koran in Jabbar's residence open to the page on martrydom? Everybody else knows why Jabbar did it. Why confuse Bobbie with facts as his little mind is already made up by narratives and agendas?

"Tons of weapons"???? The weapon Jabbar used to kill all 15 people he killed was the blunt force of his EV truck assault vehicle, and yeah maybe it WAS heavy. His homemade IED bombs did not go off. Maybe his bombmaking training was defective? He only got off a few shots with the couple of guns he had before police nailed him.

So Bobbie is stikcing to far left talking points that have been overwhelmed by the actual facts.

Switzerland and the Czech Republic have gun rights comparable to the US. Indeed, Switzerland requires all able bodied men to keep a military rifle and ammo at home. Their crime stats are much better than neighboring Germany, which still has Hitler's draconian Reich Gun Law of 1938 that largely prohibits private ownership of guns in effect. Germnay now has a massive knife crime problem that Switzerland and the Czech Republic do not.

My point was that if you want to classify semi-automatic rifles as "assault weapons" it makes equal sense to deem EV's "assault vehicles". No military in today's world uses semi-automatic rifles any more than they use flintlock muskets.

The information is this post has to do with motive, and if this was his motive as seems likely, then his wife triggered his act by her phone call.

On the New Orleans Muslim jihadist ISIS follower, those who radicalized him alse bear much of the responsibility, and it is possible he had other help as well. How did he accomplish making the IEDs and how did he get the materials, for example.

There is still an investigation to go on this, and I will trust the FBI more once Kash Patel is in place. The comments of their New Orleans leader with the nose ring raises real questions about whether they want to sweep it under the rug for political reasons.

EV's are particularly heavy and do more damage driven into crowds than conventionally powered vehicles. The huge weight of the battery is a large factor in the weight difference. The German Christmas Market terrorist used a conventionally powered vehicle and only killed 5, but using a much heavier and quicker to accelerate EV truck, the New Orleans terrorist killed three times as many. All the deaths in both cases were from blunt force of the vehicle, although both also had homemade bombs that were not exploded. Hmmm! Haybe we should designate EV's as "assault vehicles" and either ban them or highly restrict them?

If bad guys can't get guns, they will use something else for mayhem; a vehicle, a bomb, a knife, etc. There have recently been mass knifings at schools in China and Croatia, for example.
