They are if you can prove it when there is a quorum (for BC, 4 or more commissioners).

First, the commissioners never meet unless it is 3 or less commissioners, which is okay. If 4 or more meet and discuss any county business, that is illegal.

The problem here is that there will be some commissioners, like me and Hood, who, like the public, are in the dark.

That is wrong.

Recently, before the reveal of the Mueller investigation, I was engaged by a friendly, but, sadly deranged Democratic Socialist, who asked me in great confidence: "Stan, what would it take for you to finally be done with that sorry excuse for a president, Donald Trump?"

I answered him quickly: "Just two things. First, if the President does not do all within his power to build The Wall, or as much of a wall as he capable of on our Southern Border, for defending the sovereignty of our right to control our borders is paramount. Second, if this President ever stops fighting the Fake News, I will drop him cold; because, I agree with Mr. Trump that "the Fake News is the enemy of the people".

Without one smidgen of comment or debate, this friendly Democratic Socialist threw up his hands and walked away.

I think that was wise of him - to just walk away.

I will be honest here to say that I know some professional schmoozers that play kissy-face with other people's wives as they drink their cocktails.

I kind of got out of that whole cocktail paradigm long ago, so, I have never learned the kissy-face practice.

Though I am not a schmoozer, even though little old ladies tend to like /want the hugs, I weirdly get Joe Biden as a politician, and though I would instinctively think that the Democratic Socialists are making Joe more human, more likable, I fear he may not make it out of the Democratic Socialist's primary.

I seriously do not understand the two persona model for a majority of elected Republicans in Beaufort County.

If we truly are a Democratic Republic: Are these two persona Republicans elected by two persona members of the electorate? Possibly so; however, I will contend that the one persona model might make for a better citizen, a better husband or wife, a better father or mother, a better friend, etc.

I am deeply praying that we are avoiding a Civil War.

My position is that we remain patient, humble, and kind, but, put the bad people down, or, at the very least, shine the bright light of truth on them.

What would Jesus do?

Jesus would want to heal first, but make sure this sin is never committed again at this massive hysterical level.

Justice must be fair and it must be blind.

I still think the people harmed should take some of their money. It's only money.
