Actually, I am so busy with one thing or another, i just eat whatever she puts before me ... some of it very different that I would have fixed for myself.

She is probably extending my life by years.

Maybe that is what is saving me, just being so damn busy.

Have you tried the Snark device for tuning? Sadly, I don't trust my own ears.

My son-in-law has an electric 12-string and that was quite the experience to try to play.

My advice for novices on such an apparatus: Strum, and use a pick this time if you want any recognizable sound to come from it.

Sadly, there are some that say, we may have to revise the Constitution, which would hit a big brick wall when it would be brought to "Fly-Over-Country".

Can you just imagine what most Liberals and their politicians would try to do to remake our Constitution?

Trust me on this one, Donald Trump is not the only politician that is not exactly a student of the Constitution.

It would be extreme foolishness to do so.

Democrat justices and judges really have a hard time of it gathering the wisdom to make the simplest of decisions.

I have always wondered just how much raw intelligence does it take for a Democrat judge or justice to be appointed to serve at the pleasure of the Democrat cause.

Vietnam was political FUBAR; fighting a war that we were not prepared to win, employing good military principles that we were unprepared to defend.

Can you imagine if a U.S. President had turned a General Douglas MacArthur, or a George S, Patton loose on Charlie?

It would have saved lives, and the World would be far safer today.

What if Ronald Reagan had been president with both or either of those two generals?

But Lyndon Johnson was no Ronald Reagan.

Even William Westmoreland and Curtis LeMay would have flourished under better political leadership.

The first thing I learned, once it finally sunk in with Beaufort County's voters that I was a tested and true Conservative, was that there would be two sets of standards: One for the more conventional dishonest Beaufort County commissioner and then one for the two far more Conservative, and brutally honest commissioners, of which I was one.

This tore the local Republican party out of its frame, for the party was growing, but unable to handle that shock of prior Conservative representatives as the party grew in a conventionally moderate area, with big batches of Liberals.

Hence, Beaufort County became known as a unequaled center for RINOs, desperately seeking community approval.

There are two sets of standards that we all must bear, but, on the positive side, it made me a better man, a more principle politician (as if that was even possible), and a better communicator.

This may sound a bit crass, but when I read well researched and written posts such as Russell's fine post, I am reminded of a titular line from an old Alice Cooper song: "Dead babies can't take things from the shelf."

That is the Abortion on Demand reality, which is a major plank for promiscuous Liberals everywhere.

I found Russell under a Granville County rock, just miles from the Piedmont fall line. He is capable of a whole lot more than research and writing what he knows to be true.

Russell is right in the middle of the Millennial pack, and went a long way to restore my waning confidence in a generation that, as a whole, spends far too much time whining, pitching and moaning than moving quickly forward to accomplish great things.

If there are any other Millennials out there that want an opportunity here at SNI, we are hiring, but ... you better bring your A game.

Do you realize that it is a misdemeanor to destroy the public record.

Do you realize that it is a felony to destroy the public record after you receive a subpoena for that public record. it is called Obstruction of Justice.

Do you know that is a felony to mishandle national secrets?

Do you know that is a worse felony to mishandle national secrets in a premeditated manner?

Do you know that it is a felony to lie to congress under oath?
