Another big blunder on the Georgia school shooting has just been revealed. The shooter texted his mother "I'm sorry, Mom" well before the shooting. Call logs show she called the school 30 minutes before the kid opened fire and had a 10 minute call with the school. She warned them that it was an "extreme emeergency" and they needed to find her son immediately. There was no lockdown or even apparently any effort to find the kid. It won't bring the dead back, but the injured and the families of the dead are going to have open season in court against the school system for gross negligence.

Yeah, I would say Tim Walz is kinda weird. That Las Vegas newspaper seems to be onto something.

Gun control in Europe has meant a huge increase in knife crime. For example, in Germany, where Hitler's 1938 Reich gun law in still in effect, a new site has been set up to identify knife crime across the country. messerinzidenz.de

The head of Germany's police union says Germany is no longer a safe country because of knife crime, and it is mostly (79%) perpetrated by illegal aliens. There are also mass knifings.

Knife crime is also out of control in other European countries which have gun control. Oh, and gun control does not seem to stop criminals from getting guns, just law abiding citizens.

Some of the Democrat fundraising groups like ActBlue appear to be laundering money, and using random names on contribution forms. That may be what happened here, and they got a dead person. Who knows where the money really comes from, elitists like Soros or maybe the Mexican criminal cartels who are making money hand over fist from the Democrat border policies.

I hope the Ohio election officials, the FEC, or both keeping digging until they get to the bottom of why a person is listed as making two political contributions to a Democrat five months after the alleged contributor died.

A true "liberal" respects the right of due process. The far left, not so much.
Commented: Friday, September 6th, 2024 @ 2:13 pm By: Rino Hunter
The big difference between the far left's "red flag laws" and the laws that have existed for many years in every state to commit mentaly ill people is due process. Hearings for commitment of the mentally ill respect the right of due process. "Red flag laws" do not. Conservativwes have always asked why "red flag laws" are necessary when laws for involuntary commitment of mentally ill persons already exist, and the snswer is simple. The far left wants to take guns without affording their owner the right of due process of law.

If someone really is mentally ill, they should have lots of restrictions. They should at least have some in-patient care in most cases, and if let out into the world, they need restrictions on all types of weapons, or things that could be used as weapons, like cars.
Commented: Friday, September 6th, 2024 @ 1:47 pm By: Rino Hunter
Wrong, Bolshevik Bob. Mentally ill people, after a hearing with full due process, need to be given appropriate treatment and restrictions. More of them ought to be put is asylums instead of being out on the street. Those who are allowed to stay out of asylums need to have appropriate restrictions, like not be allowed drivers licences or any types of weapons.

What we need is NUT CONTROL, not gun control. Gun control is what every tyrant wants.

And Bolshevik Bob is going full Stalin on guns. Even Lenin did not do gun control. That was Stalin. And, of course, Hitler, too. Bobbie wants us fully at the mercy of and defenseless against those violent illegal alien cfriminal gangs that Biden-Harris is allowing to flood the country.

Your "point" is to try to deflect from the important point here which is free speech, and particularly what our courts have long recognized as the most important part of free speech, which is pplitical speech. You are obviously getting that deflection from far left talking points from groups that oppose free speech, as you yourself also clearly do.

You want to change the subject from the far left's War on Free Speech.

When an aspiting politician prostitutes themselves sexually to someone who is much older and married for the purpose of getting themselves ahead politically, that reflects badly on their character. That is true for a male functioning as a gigolo, too. Kamala Harris is the only politicican on the national level that has done this.

Here is another example of how American "Democrats" hate free speech. The Democrat attorney general in Minnesota, yes Tim Walz home state, is celebrating the fascist attack on free speech in Brazil against Twitter / X.
www.breitbart.com

Democrats want controlled speech, not free speech, and ALL Democrats need to be defeated to protect our most basic right of free speech.

I see where Senator Ted Budd has called for retribution against the Hamas terrorist organization for the murder of this American hostage, but worthless Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are doing nothing at all. Why not put a substantial bounty on the heads of all of Hamas' top leadership, dead or alive and send American drones out to hunt them? These hostages would not have been murdered if it was not approved from the top.

The UN has failed to condemn the murders of hostages by the Hamas terrorists. The UN is beyond worthless. We need the US out of the UN and the UN out of the US.

Among the liberals who really took apart Kamala Harris on her performance in her first media interview since being installed as the nominee was Bill Maher who made a laughingstock of her on his show. Of course, much of the corporate media is in the tank for Kamala and will try to promote her and downgrade Trump any time they can, regardless of the facts. We have a crooked and disgusting media in our country.

Stan - the political hatchet job that Cheeseman connived with Frankie Waters to cut your firm out of the school website contract and give it to an out of state company at a much higher cost to our taxpayers was disgraceful, as were the Cheeseman flunkies on the school board who went along with it. It is just one more reason Cheeseman needs to GO,

Sadly, that is just one of the contracts where Cheeseman has cut out local people and sent school contracts out of the county at a higher cost. Wonder what he gets in return?

Is eliminating the Aurora school part of Cheeseman's campaign against community schools and trying to put everyone in mega-schools? Yes it does seem very odd that this part of the discussion would be censored by eliminating the sound. I still wonder where the rest of the students for his Washington Elementary mega-school will come from, Bath or CHocowinity? We need more school board members who are not Cheeseman sock puppets. Is his gambit to close Aurora, bus those kids to Chocowinity, allowing him to then bus some of the Chocowinity kids to help fill his Washington mega-school?

This abomination in France against free speech is the reason we have to elect a strong supporter of free speech like Donald Trump, not a globalist wimp who goes along with censorship like Kamala Harris. Durov is not an American citizen, but what if this happened to someone like Elon Musk, who has already been threatened by the authoritarian censorship regime in the EU? We would need a very robust response like indicting the foreign officials involved for conspiracy against the civil rights of an American, and cutting off visas for citizens of any country that tries to threaten free speech of Americans. We would need strong, forceful and immediate action to defend free speech.

One should also note that the lefwing fascist Labour government in the UK has asserted it can arrest Americans for things they post on American websites. If they try something like that it needs to be soundly smacked down immediately.

President Trump in his next inaugural address should state that our First Amendment freedom of speech is sacred to America and no interference with that by foreign countries will be tolerated.

Little Bobbie displays yet again how utterly ignorant he is. All public bodies have seating charts, whether it is congress, state legislature, county commission, school board, or whatever. Sometimes the bodies vote on them, but more often they are assigned by the presiding officer.

What is really weird about the Beaufort County School Board is that they seat their top bureaucrat up with the elected members, so Cheeseman can be the big cheese and whisper in board chairman T.W. Allen's ear, telling him what to do. You don't see the county manager sitting up their with the elected members of the county commission or the city manager sitting up there with the elected Washington City Council. Cheeseman thinks he is really special, and our rubber stamp school board majority seems to think so, too.

With rabidly leftwing and partisan Democrat biased outlets like ABC holding the debate, the questions to candidates should come from more neutral sources, or given how difficult to find those are in today's society, at least a balance of moderators. One solution would be two moderators, one chosen by each candidate. Another would be to use the Lincoln-DOuglas format where each candidate chose half the questions.

North Carolina has over 400,000 voters who do not meet the federal HAVA voter standards by having a drivers license number or last four of the social security number on their voter registration. The NC Board of Elections makes no effort to clean this up, even though many of those were registered AFTER HAVA went into effect. We also have a lot of deceased or moved voters, and probably foreign citizens that the state Board is doing nothing significant about, although some counties may be.

A good example of censorship in America is how the information on the Hunter BIden laptop was systematically surpressed. If that information had gotten out, polls showed it would have changed the outcome of the presidential election. But our crooked KGB . . err . . FBI was thick into censoring and suppressing that information.

Anybody on Fakebook knows that censorship is real and has been going on for some time. The Twitter files show it had been going on heavily there, too, before Elon Musk bought it.

Free speech is on the ballot in America. The Biden-Harris regime has been the most hostile to free speech since John Adams, while Trump is a friend of free speech.

What we need is a president who will publicly stand up for free speech and protect American free speech from tyrants in other countries. Those who work against free speech anywhere in the world, including foreign government officials, should be declared "personna non grata" and not allowed to travel to the US. In particularly egregious cases, such as if the EU twits do move against Trump, then foreign goverenment officials should be indicted in the United States criminally for conspiting against the civil rights of American citizens. Enemies of free speech are totalitarians and they should be given no quarter. These French twits are no better than Stalin.

Is BS Bob now trying to claim that Willie Horton was an illegal alien???? Illegal aliens are a crime problem on both sides of the Atlantic, which LEGAL immigrants are NOT. Where they come from is not the problem. The problem is rampant disrespect for the law, whether it is immigration law or criminal law.

The people not to elect to school boards are the woke and those seat warmers who are yes men for the bureaucracy. T.W. Allen, Eltha Booth, and Mack Hodges fall into both of those categories. We need a change. The conservatives are trying to get some reform but the rubberstamps for the bureaucracy have thwarted it so far. They need some reinforcements by getting rid of those three.

Marxist woke troll Little Bobbie is at it again, making up "facts" that don't exist.

The Democrats have been pushing hard the thing that the Jimmy Carter Commission told us was the worst thing for allowing voter fraud - mail in ballots.

Virginia has identified and removed thousands of illegal aliens who had illegally registered to vote from the voter rolls. Texas is certain to be worse. In the 2022 election, the Texas Democrat Party was caught mailing out voter registration cards to Hispanics with the "US citizen" box pre-checked and a leading statewide Texas Democrat candidate was caught emailing for volunteers "to drive undocumented immigrants to the polls to vote."

It is a race because the partisan Democrat leftwing media that styles itself the MSM is carrying water for crazy cackling Marxist Kamala and her Kamunism. They won't ask her the tough questions she cannot answer or report on her far left political record. They want to let her run on vibes instead of issues. They also let the Democrats get away with their palace coup taking out Biden and letting the insiders elite stuff Kamala in his place. We are well on the way to being a banana republic and the crooked media is leading the way. The only way to stop it is to restore Trump to office.

I have been following this saga for a while and regret that the effort did not get any farther, but with that clique of Cheeseman brown nosers on the board, it was always likely.

Van Zant is right about how silly that argument by Cheeseman and his sock puppets was. Teachers are going to be a lot more imtimidated by administrators, especially a control freak like Cheeseman and anyone working for him, than a school board member. The real concern of that group was probably that the presence of a school board member may have lessened Cheeseman's ability to pressure the committee to get what he wanted.

But they have made silly excuses all along to thwart curriculum reform. Another was that Durham shyster whining about the parents community standard committee having to meet Open Meetings standards. Duh! All government bodies have to do that and it is not a big deal at all. It was nothing but a silly excuse to block public input.

I can understand the liberal Democrats like Mac Hodges and Eltha Booth eating out of Cheeseman's hand. They are all peas in a lefty pod. What is appalling is RINO T.W. Allen being Cheeseman's sock puppet. If T.W. Allen wants to function like a Democrat, why is he not honest enough to actually register as a Democrat? If Cheeseman says "jump", Allen asks "How high?"
