Would Biden and his underlings obey any immigration law? They are scoflaws who just arrogantly refuse to obey most duly adopted US immigration laws. I hope the law has some severe penalties for disobeying it.

Biden and his appointees willfully refusing to obey our immigration laws should result in a special prosecutor and indictments of those responsible for this arrogant refusal to obey and enforce our immigration laws.

The nightmare of massive illegal immigration throughout much of Europe is bringing lots of votes to parties of the right, both traditional conservative and populist / nationalist.

Biden and all others in his regime connected to this violation of our immigration laws should be indicted and prosecuted for treason.

There are also bills in Congress to give states authority to enforce federal laws against illegal immigration. The states need to get into the act because Biden has shown that federal law can be perverted by ideologues at the presidential level.

In a cooler weather month, an illegal alien is more likely to start a wildfire by negligence. They start a fire to keep warm, and then don't care enough to make sure it is out when they leave. They are also more likely to build the fire to keep warm around a place they can hide, like around trees or bushes. When illegal aliens start a wildfire in warm weather, it is usually intentional to create a diversion or the like.

I hope those who have these confrontations with invading illegal aliens on their property have enough firepower to deal with the problem. If the cartels have people present, they can be well armed. I don't think the state is going to allow them to set up landmines.

Illegal aliens have been caught both in the US and Europe deliberately setting wildfires. Texas is being invaded big time, and that is likely who is responsible for setting this fire.

Last summer, illegal alien "asylum seekers" were arrested for setting multiple wildfires in Greece. In one case, some farmers happened by while a group of illegal aliens was trying to set a wildfire, and made a citizens arrest, putting out the fire they had started, and locking the invaders in a farm trailer until they could summon the police.

Tillis and Berger both have absolutely terrible records on illegal immigration. I would not trust either or vote for any candidate associated with either. Berger blocking the bill to end it is the reason we still have sanctuary counties in North Carolina.

The Chamber of Commerce has been absolutely HORRIBLE on illegal immigration, amnesty, and open borders for a long, long time. Their backing of Brinson for state senate tells you he is not on the level on his claims to oppose illegal immigration. Brinson also is the creature of the man who stopped the attempt to crack down on sancturary cities in NC, Senator Phil Berger. Berger is responsible for the lions share of Brinson's campaign funds and would thus "own" Brinson if he were to get elected.

Mike Speciale has always been a strong voice against illegal immigration. He has proven where he stands with a voting record in the NC House. Brinson, like his buddy Mark Robinson, is all talk, but with aliiances that raise big questions about whether he is being truthful with his talk.

I wish he were already gone. Mitch McConnell has always worked more for the Democrats and the ChiComs than for Republicans or Americans. He has been awful on immigration for years, a total sellout. It is good to see him on the way out, and his replacement does not need to be another fake Republican who kowtows to the special interests like McConnell always has. McConnell seems to be the role model for Phil Berger in North Carolina who also needs to GO.

Biden is destroying our country and he is doing it deliberately with open borders. He is openly defying duly adopted federal immigration law in a way that makes billions of dollars for Mexican criminal cartels. One wonders if they are skimming some of that grift? It is way past time to bring Trump back to deal forcefully with this extremely serious problem.

Phil Berger arranging the bankrolling of Brinson raises a big question about Brinson's claim to oppose illegal immigration. Berger was the one who stopped legislation to crack down on sanctuary counties for illegal aliens. With most of his money arranged by someone like Berger who is soft on illegal immigration, it is very hard to beleive Brinson's claims that he would do anything at all about it if he got to Raleigh. On top of that, someone I know tried to talk to Brinson about the issue and found Brinson very poorly informed about illegal immigraton as an issue at the state level, not having a clue what powers the legislature had or didn't have to deal with it or any initiatives taken by other states. If he cared anything at all about the issue, one would think he would have looked into those things, especially the way he tries to use the issue in his campaign. IMHO, Brinson is just mouthing what he thinks voters want to hear, without being serious about that or any issue.

Speciale in the House was always a solid and knowledgable vote against illegal immigration and I would expect him to be in the Senate.

With legal immigration, there is a very thorough process to vet prospective immigrants before they ever enter the US for criminal background, health issues, terrorist connections, etc. With illegal aliens, none of that happens, and they are essentially unvetted. We do not even always know their real names or countries of origin. This process unleashed by Biden to just let in these lawbreakers who arrogantly thumb their noses at our immigration laws, creates a high level of danger to America citizens on multiple fronts.

I find it amusing that Tillis candidates like Bill Graham and Berger candidates like Bob Brinson seem to think we will believe their claims to be against illegal immigration when their political godfathers Tillis and Berger coddle illegal immigration. Berger was the legislative leader who killed the attempt to crack down on sanctuary counties for illegal aliens in NC. Tillis has been running interference for Biden's outrageous open borders disaster.

Having people like Leggeri and in Virginia's Senate race, Ron Vitiello, former US Border Partol chief, sitting in legislative bodies will be a massive help in fighting the globalists on illegal immigration. I have already sent a contribution to Vitiello.

Biden's 64 executive orders that thwart and weaken duly adopted US immigration laws are the source of our border problems. Grants to the UN and NGOs, some connected to liberal churchs like the United Methodists and United Church of Christ, help fund the invasion of the United States. These activities designed to undermine our immigration laws should be criminally investigated by a special grand jury and special prosecutor and the miscreants indicted and jailed. UN officials without diplomatic immunity should be among those indicted, and if they have diplomtatic immunity they should be declared persona non grata and kicked out of the US.

Voting is the reason Biden is letting all the illegal aliens into the country. What we need are extremely severe penalties for an illegal alien or any foreign citizen registtering to vote, actually coting, or assisting foreign nationals in registering to vote.

The only border legislation that will stop or even slow down the invasion of illegal aliens is HR2 which has passed the House and is being stonewalled in the Senate. The legislation is there and already halfway through Congress, but the Demcrats, both Schumer and Biden, do not want real border security legislation. Instead they want to faciliate the flow which is what the Lankford bill would have done. Clearly, the American peole are smart enough not to be fooled by the politically corrupt propagandists of the MSM media.

Illegal immigration is another issue where Phil Berger sold us out, and Brinson is owned by Berger but claims to be against illegal immigration. Berger has bought Brinson, lock stock and barrel, with all the campaign money he has dished out. Berger was the one who killed the attempt to crack down on sanctuary counties in the legislature a couple of years ago. Brinson is bought and paid for by Berger, so how would he dare go against Berger if the gets to Raleigh?

I know someone who tried to talk to Brinson about what the legislature can actually do about illegal immigration, as they are really constricted in powers on that, and Brinson was absolutely clueless with no plan whatsoever. All he did was mouth generalities, apparently recognizing that it is a big issue in the polls but never having bothered to drill down into specifics. That is a lot like Mark Robinson being very articulate in mouthing generalities but running away from specifics.

Mike Speciale was there ready for battle on every legislative effort against illegal immigration when he was in the House. He is the only one of the two primary candidates in the Senate race that I trust on actually working against illegal immigration in the Senate. Berger will be a formidable foe to overcome. Berger has sold his soul to the special interests, and the special interests like the status quo on illegal immigration.

These UN agencies which are conspiring in human smuggling need to be defunded, and a grand jury needs to investigate indicting UN officials involved and prosecuting them. Indeed, the US needs to stop funding the globalist UN eniirely.

The citizenship status will be interesting considering that the shooter was recorded as having voted. That will probably make the Biden officials drag their feet even more if the shooter was an illegal alien. They will not want to reveal that. It may end up like the Christian school trans shooter's manifesto which they are still stonewalling on .

The juxtapositioning of the terms "immigrant" and "detained by ICE" are interesting and probably indicative. An "illegal alien" is NOT an "immigrant" although the leftist media likes to misuse that term for them and not follow the definitions in federal law. However, a true "immigrant" is only detained by ICE if they have had very serious violations of their immigration status, which is very rare. Almost all of those who have been "detained by ICE" are illegal aliens rather than immigrants. The shooter was clearly detained at some time prior to the shooting as after the shooting they were dead so no longer would need to be detained. All of this strongly suggests that this was an illegal alien who illegally voted in the 2020 election.

Germans, like most Europeans are furious with illegal immigration. Just as that issue is shaping politics in Europe, it will also do so in America this year.

Actively being "part of a vocal minority" that pushed the liberal position seems to me to be more than being "caught up in this controversy". However, we have freedom of religion in this country and people are free to dress up just about anything as a religion. However the conflict arises when politicians campaign for the liberal position one place and then proclaim how conservative they are during their political campaigns. That does not pass the smell test.

Among a number of the national church bodies, lots of liberal politics, including very active support for illegal immigration, are dressed up as religion. The United Methodist Church is one of the worst offenders on that. Since illegal immigration is one of the top national issues, I would think that the UMC's position on border issues would have entered the discussions, but I was not there and do not know that. Apparently positions on homosexuality were a big driver on both sides.

It is not just the threat of terrorism, but also crime. A number of jihadist terrorist attacks in Europe have already been committed by illegal aliens. Crime of all sorts also goes way up, particularly sex crimes, property crimes, and assaults, when a lot of illegal aliens come in. Many European countries have seen that happen.

When illegal aliens commit terrorist crimes in America, the blood will be on the hands of Biden and the Democrats.

Those who give and receive the federal grants to help bring illegal aliens into the US, both the federal officials dishing them out, and the NGOs whether Soros connected or parts of churches like the United Methodist Church and the Catholic Church, need to be indicted and prosecuted for aiding and abetting illegal migration. Also UN officials that do that.

The United Methodist Church is heavily involved in promoting illegal immigration. Anyone who chooses it over the Global Methodist Church and then tries to tell you they are for secure borders is either 1) totally ignorant of their own church's positions and activities, or 2) lying to you.

WE must not forget ISIS boasting about infiltrating Europe by putting their militants into the "asylum seeker" migrant flow. They and other jihadist groups are undoubtedly doing the same thing across our southern border while the Biden regime sits with their thumb up their ass as useful idiots.

The Lankford bill was much worse than nothing. It legalized one of Biden's most brazen illegal methods of bringing in illegal aliens for the profit of the Mexican criminal cartels, the "parole pipeline". That brought in 1.1 million illegal aliens last year. It also did a lot to create more incentives for illegal aliens to enter the country like the automatic work permits.

When Trump wins, all he has to do is revoke the 64 Biden executive orders that, in effect, suspended and cancelled our duly adopted immigration laws. Trump has most of the tools he needs by simply enforcing existing immigration statutes, something that scoflaw Biden refuses to do. Now that we are prosecuting presidents, Biden and his underlings ought to be prosecuted for that.

Lankfard has been a weak sister on illegal immigration for years. A few weeks ago, he made the asinine statement that he "loved all immigrants, legal and illegal equally". I guess he also likes all who sell drugs, whether in a pharmacy or on the street corner equally.

Your knowledge of this subject or lack there of, is shown, Bobbie by your repeated reference to "the boarder" (actually it is "the border") and to Lankford as a representative when he is, in fact, a senator. Lankford was first elected as a Tea Party guy to the House, but went native inside the Washington beltway years ago and became an establishment swamp dude on a variety of issues some time ago. Even if he had stayed Tea Party, Tea Party has always been a different breed of cat than MAGA.

Where to begin with Little Bobbie's whitewash?

What good is mandating employers to check immigration status? Lankford's folly would have granted withspread automatic work permits to illegal aliens. Besides, its already supposedly "mandated" but how much good is that doing? Those automatic work permits would have just encouraged more migrants to flood into the US.

"narrow executive branch parole authority"? The Biden regime is illegally using it now to let 1.1 million illegal aliens into the country last year. It needed to be ended totally, but instead was being codified into law and allowing at least 5,000 illegal aliens a day to come in under it (and some read the bill at 8,500). That would be over 1.5 million a year (or over 2 million a year)

Border wall construction? This is nothing but an illusion in the bill that was extremely limited and not the tall bollards of the Trump wall but something lower and easier to climb the very limited places it would be put.

"Safeguards for "migrant children"? "Unaccompanied minors" are one of the most corrupt rackets in the current immigration scheme and procedures here need to be severely tightened up, not "safeguarded". America does almost nothing to verify age of those who claim to be children. European countries that have taken steps to verify age have found over half of those claiming to be children were really adults lying about their age and in Norway it was am astounding 90% of "unaccompanied minors" who were really adults. The extremely violent MS13 criminal gang from El Salvador has been using this "unaccompanied minor" loophole to import their thugs into the US.

"Limit asylum in the US"? - If it effectively did that, it would be huge but it doesn't. There are both limits and expansions of asylum in the bill. The most important limitation on asylum as imposed by some European countries is that if a migrant is already in a safe country, they are not entitled to asylum in another country. Mexico is deemed a safe country, so this really needs to be imposed here, but of course it is not in this worse than worthless bill.

Criminalize overstaying a legal visa? It is already criminal, but just not enforced. Since the Mayorkas Mafia is not enforcing most of our immigration laws, who in their right mind would expect them to start enforcing anything new here?

This bill is a total fraud that was intended primarily to codify and legalize Biden's illegal "parole pathway" with a little window dressing thrown in and lots of money to spread the migrants around the country. The term "Invasion Authorization Act" coined by opponents is far more apt for it than the official one used by Biden.

Trump's border policies were working. Biden's are not. Biden is trying to flood the country with illegal aliens for political purposes. The only border bill that Republicans approved of is HR2 in the House. RINOs beholden to the special interests like Lankford, McConnell, and Tillis tried to slip a Biden open borders plan by the Senate, but real Republicans stood up and blocked it. House Speaker Johnson was fighting the Lankford disaster from the begining, and it is good that Trump lates jumped in to help. It is good to see the Oklahoma GOP withdrawing all support from the worthless traitor Lankford and hopefully they will help kick him out of the Senate next election. Sinema's connection with this awful bill probably sinks her re-election chances this year, too.

The GOP never approved of the Lankford bill, only a small cadre of traitors within the party and they will be dealt with. The Lankford bill is an open borders bill, NOT a border security bill, and it is the latter that the American people want.

States need to take the bull by the horns like Texas is doing, but they need to go a step further and start indicting Biden regime officials on state criminal offenses like being accessories to human smuggling. Jail Mayorkas and his underlings.

Republicans are correct in being afraid of Biden's anti-American open border policies, because if you have no border, you have no country.

That would be sweet. Every seat in a state government legislative body occupied by members who wants to crack down on illegal immigration. Wish we could do the same in America, but having a majority should be plenty, and I think that will happen a lot of places this year. And what a message delivered to the globalist national German govenrment!
