The "lawfare" attacks on those who disagree with the Biden political agenda are attacks on our democracy. This should not be tolerated in a free country. It goes beyond just Trump. The DOJ and FBI are both corrupt. A majority of Americans in a poll agreed that the FBI iG now Biden's personal Gestapo.

The headline above should identify this as a "Biden rule" not a "federal rule". The actual law as passed by Congress does not cover "gender identity" or "sexual orientation". To legally change it would require going back through Congress. Instead Biden misused the rulemaking process to try to unilaterally amend a law passed by Congress. He really ought to be impeached for such things but he does it all the time.

Hey, don't confuse Little Bobbie with facts because his little mind is already made up. He rejects the latest scientific research because it conflicts with his ideology and its narrative. Let the fool eat all the fake meat and the crickets and mealworms that he wants.
He also has it ass backward as to who wants the government to make all the decisions for people. That would be the left and the Roke. As an example, they want to force us into stinking electric cars that polls show most people do not want. I miss Democrats who used to have some common sense before they all became "woke" zombies.

It is easy to see how that benefits Cheeseman's resume but it is hard to see how it benefits education in Beaufort County. The school board majority is nothing but Cheeseman's useful idiots and Beaufort County voters deserve better.

Commented on More Beaufort County School Board Back Room DealsThe public has been completely ignored in this process. A school board that cared about representing the prople would have sought public input at two stages of the provess. First in asking what the public thought were the top school construction needs, which should have been done early on before any planning was even started. Once a concrete pland was devised, that also should have been submitted to a public hearing. Tnstead this board did everything in secret without any public input. Of course, input from outside experts should also have been obtained and it wasn't

The corrupt DOJ clearly cannot be trusted to handle contempt of Congress cases, because party politics matters to them more than the law. Congress needs to find a different way to prosecute these things. Right now the Attorney General seems to be able to thumb his nose at Congress at will while he prosecutes questionable cases against his political enemies.
I remember when scumbag Eric Holder played the same game and defied a Congressional subpoena, then would not prosecute himself. Some at that time suggested having the Capitol police take Holder into custody and find a room in the Capitol in which to detain him. That os the sort of thinking we need against these arrogant out of control leftist AG's. It has also been mentioned that there is no statute of limitations on contempt of Congress, so the incoming Trump AG could take up both referrals and prosecute Holder and Garland and jail them. That may be the only way to straighten this mess out. And stupid Bob is clueless. This is not about winning or losing. Corrupt AG's never even let it go to court on themselves, but they push their enemies into prison prematurely to try to screw up their chances of getting their appeals heard.

Commented on Politicized Biden FBI is purging conservativesObama and Biden have also politicized the command structure of our military. Obama prematurely retired a lot of traditional generals and admirals and promoted "woke" replacements. Trump did little to change that trajectory. Biden continued promoting the woke and went father by putting DEI officers, much like the "political oficers" of the old Soviet army all through the military. The new Trump team after the election needs to get warfighters insread of woke soy boys back in control of the command structure.

Respected law professor Jonathan Turley points out that the federal sentencing guidelines for a first offender convicted of the charges Hunter was call for a 15 to 20 month active sentence, and 90% of first offenders convicted of these charges receive active prison sentences. He also points out that by trying the case instead of pleading it, Hunter blew his biggest chance of probation by being able to argue he accepted he had done wrong, which would justify a deviation from the guidellins.
Unlike the Trump charges which were fabricated solely to go after Trump politically and no one else has ever been charged that way, leaving nothing for comparison, the charges against Biden are regularly tried in court and there is a record his sentence can be compared against to see if his sentence is more lenient than others. Turley, also thinks Biden tried it to the jury assuming that in Delaware, he would get a politically friendly jury which would let him off regardless of the facts, but it did not work out that way. www.zerohedge.com

The FBI is rotten to the core, but our RINO moron of a Congressman, Greg Murphy, was one of the sellouts who voted to build a huge new building for them. We need to replace Murphy.
The FBI today is little more than a political secret police, like the old East GErman Stasi. They are a threat to democracy given their political actions. They need to be totally shut down and replaced by an honest and non-political law enforcement agency in the next administration. There also needs to be a "fruit basket turnover" at the corrupt DOJ, and with these ex-spies lying, something probably needs to be done at CIA, too. In the old Societ Union, these were called the "power ministries" and the Obama / Biden Democrats are close to making them the same thing in our country. That needs to be stopped. Unlike the Stormy Danials issue, which would have had no impact on the election, these lying scumbags stole the 2020 election for Biden with their coverup of the Hunter Biden laptop. They need to be VERY severely punished for that. It is unforutunate that there is no criminal charge on which they could face the death penalty, but they need to spend the rest of their miserable lives wearing an orange jump suit. FBI = Follows Biden's Instructions

This gun charge was the one that DaddyJoe's corrupt DOJ tried to do a sweetheart deal on for Hunter but an honest federal judge refused to let them do it. That is the other side of the coin of the crooked Manhattan prosecutor cooking up charges on Trump that had never been charged against anyone else.
What Daddy Joe's crooked DOJ also did for Hunter was sit on the most serious of his tax charges, and ones that could have implicated Daddy Joe himself until the statute of limitations ran out. They did the same thing with the charge of failing to register as a foreign agent for Hunter, sitting on that until the statute of limitations ran out. Funny thing how they nail Paul Manafort on that in a much weaker case, but let Hunter Biden slide. The current DOJ and FBI are total cesspools of political corruption that need to be taken apart and rebuilt with honest people in the next administration.

For those who read the article, the US Court of Appeals has ruled that the mRNA jab is NOT a "vaccine". Being cautious about mRNA is NOT being "anti-vax".
mRNA is the hill you might actually die on. Take the statistics in Taiwan, previously linked on this site. They were very strict about recording Covid deaths ONLY of people for whom Covid was the actual cause of death. Unlike the US and some other countries, they did not record deaths from things like motorcycle accidents, gunshot wounds, cancer, falling off a ladder, or similar things as Covid deaths just because the body tested positive for Covid. After several months of giving the mRNA Covid jab "vaccines" they released the mortality rate from the Covid jabs, and during that period slightly more people died from the "vaccine" than died from Covid itself. Then there is the recent whistleblower from New Zealand's medical statistics agency who revealed their government's own statistics on "vaccine" mortality. The government never denied the accuracy of what he released but they arrested him for releasing it as they wanted to keep it quiet. That showed almost a 1 in 100 chance of dying from the mRNA "vaccine" with a few batches having mortality rates from the "vaccine" of over 10%.

You can find bad eggs in any judicial system, but New York seems to have a whole lot more of them than most systems. Worst of all, we have a globalist totalitarian, George Soros spending hundreds of millions of dollars to plant bad eggs within our judicial system. Alvin Bragg in Manhattan was one of those Soros planted, backed by his millions in contributions. Soros should be jailed by racketeering. It was good to see that the Florida Supreme Court just upheld Governor deSantis' removal of another crooked Soros DA in Florida, and a recall election is set to remove another one of them in California.

Paul Manafort and Roger Stone were convicted of failing to register as foreign agents, a law that had rarely been enforced before then but was technically on the books. Now that it is being enforced, what about Hunter Biden? His involvement with a number of foreign interests in Ukraine, China, and other places were much more egregious that what Stone and Manafort were involved in. Where are the charges of failing to register as a foreign agant against Hunter Biden? Daddy Joe's corrupt DOJ isn't touching him. That is just another part of America's two tier justice system based on politics.

Not only did Daddy Joe's political appointees at the Biden DOJ try to do a sweetheart deal for Hunter Biden on the gun charge, but they have let him go on lots of other things, too. Take his failure to pay taxes on millions of dollars in income. Biden's DOJ hacks have deliberately let the statute of limitations run out on several years of that, particularly the Burisma years, when Daddy Joe would likely have been implicated if that ever went to trial. Hunter Biden was clearly also representing foreign interests in Ukraine and China and perhaps other places with registering as a foreign agent. The Biden DOJ has gone after Republicans for grey area cases on that, but Hunter Biden had a blatant case and no charges have been brought.
Compare that with having to make up a crime that nobody else has ever been charged with against Trump by Demcorat operative Alvin Bragg.

According to the polling data, the majority of Americans figured out before the trial even started that Trump could not get a fair trial in Manhattan. The partisan antics of that Democrat hatchet man Merchan as a "judge" at trial just emphasized that point. Only those with a strong Trump Derangement Syndrome do not seem to grasp that reality.
Biden's handlers are probably discussing right now what to direct Merchan to do in sentencing. They are weighing whether to jail him and how that might backfire, or some other option. It will be a political decision and Merchan will receive instructions on what to do. He is a Democrat operative to the core.

Sounds like another Cheeseman cover up, there, Washingtonian. Good catch. I would not be surprised that the Washington Daily News failed to mention this vandalism. The real question is, who will pay for it? The school superintendant is screwing the taxpayers by failing to file a police report and press charges. Those involved could be forced to pay restitution that way, and it would be a deterant to things like this happening in the future. What sort of deterant is the slap on the wrist of missing graduation? We have a liberal wussy as our superintendant. The school board needs to demand a full public report on this vandalism.

Two local GOP officeholders, Randy Walker and Carolyn Walker, both left First Methodist Church when it joined the Global Methodist Church and decamped to a smaller Methodist church that stayed with the liberal United Methodist Church. Apparently there was some animosity involved in their departure. One wonders, now that the United Methodist Church has doubled down on homosexuality, if they are happy with that decision? Henry Hinton, on his show on WTIB this morning played a tape of a roll call at that UMC convention that pushed homosexuality harder, and each delegate gave their name, race, gender identity, sexual preference, and pronouns at the microphone. It was disgusting. Hinton said he understood why so many churches were abandoning that denomination.
It is very odd for someone to be more loyal to their denomination, especially a very liberal one like the United Methodist Church, than to their own local church and congregation. Very odd, indeed.

Commented on The ultimate result of the Trump trial decisionWhen a jury in a highly political case is drawn from a place where only 5% voted for the candidate who is on trial, that candidate is not going to get a fair jury, or one that is of his peers. That is the very reason this case was brought by the Democrats in Manhattan. The legal system has a remedy for that, and it is called a change of venue, which President Trump's attorneys made a motion to get, but it was denied by political-hack-in-a-black-robe Juan Merchan.
There is no equivalence between the phony distortions of the law engineered to charge Trump and the actual straight forward law used to charge Hunter Biden. The Biden DOJ prosecutors tried to do a sweetheart deal to give Hunter a slap on the wrist, but fortunately in the federal system, random selection put an honest judge on the bench who refused to go along with it. Now the Biden DOJ is having to prosecute Hunter, which they really don't want to do. Look for them to do everything possible to throw the case. Hunter Biden is being tried in Delaware, which his father won by a wide margin, so he will not have a politically hostile jury pool. Indeed, his odds of finding one juror to create a hung jury for political reasons are probably pretty good.
