Very different cases, Little Bobbie. Hunter Biden is charged with a clear violation of a law that is regularly prosecuted against anyone caught doing what he did. Trump was charged with a made-up concocted mishmash that has never been charged against anyone not named Trump. The evidence against Trump was a bad joke while the evidence against Hunter Biden is cleare and convincing. That in spite of a clear attempt by Joe Biden to tamper with one of the prosecution witnesses.

The politics of the cases are also very different. The Trump case was a Soviet-style show trial against a political enemy. The Hunter Biden case is one where daddy's appointees tried to politically protect him, offering him a sweetheart deal with no jail time, that fortunately came before an honest federal judge who rejected it. Biden's appointees to not want to prosecute his son, but that honest federal judge left them no choice.

Hunter Biden is now receiving the same justice an ordinary American would receive. Trump was given a political show trial that no ordinary American has ever faced on similar facts. If the Biden apparatchiks had had their way, Hunter Biden would have been treated with kid gloves.

Will, you clearly are reading a sanitized version. George Soros has admitted being a Nazi collaborator. The "others" he helped were the Nazis looking for Jews. Soros has been linked with totalitarianism his entire life, being currently a kingpin of globalist totalitarianism.

Also, although he was indeed born into a Jewish family, he later became an atheist. He is profoundly anti-Israel, and the Foreign Minister of Isreal has laberled Soros "a threat to democracy". Soros now calls his mother an "anti-Zionist Jew" although there seems to be nothing to prove that.

The Fani Willis hearing is another stinky situation with a political contributor judge. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee, who presides over the Trump case, and his wife are both political campaign contributors to DA Fani Willis. While that raises some questions about his fairness and objectivity in the overall Trump case, it was a blatant conflict of interest for him to be ruling on the motion to remove Willis. Willis at the time was engaged in a serious primary challenge from a fellow Democrat, and McAfee's failure to remove her probably saved her bacon in that primary.

I have not read if Georgia has a specific ethics rule against political contributions by judges as New York, the federal system, North Carolina and most states do. But even if technically legal, which the contribution may or may not have been, it clearly created a huge conflict of interest for him to be ruling on a politically critical motion to the recipient of his campaign contribution. This is yet another clearly crooked Democrat judge.

A good example of how being poltiical contributors corrupts judges is to look at the Colorado Supreme Court trying to take Trump off of the election ballot, which was later unanimously reversed by the US Surpeme Court. The all-Democrat Colorado Supreme court split 4 to 3 to remove Trump. The four who voted to remove Trump were all Democrat campaign contribotors, while the three who opposed that did not make political contributions to anyone. Colorado is in the minority where ethics rules do not restrict judges making political contributions, although from that ruling, clearly they should.

No, Bobbie, it is YOU who do not understand the meaning of the term "banana republic". A good example is a remark by President Bukele of El Salvador, a country that used to be known as a banana republic but now is a vibrant democracy, at his inauguration this weekend. President Bukele, turned to Don Trump, Jr. in front of the media and said "in our country we do not jail our political opponents".

In a banana republic, everything was about maintaining the power of the dictator, who was often called "El Supremo". If you were a significant challenge to the existing power structure you got stepped on. It was all about power in those regimes, just as it is with the Biden regime. Maybe Biden will start calling himself El Supremo, too.

In a banana republic, a guy like Trump, the main challenger to the establishment is target numero uno, and there are no rules in what is done to take him down.

Governor deSantis has a great comeback to the left's "above the law" comments. He said that in America, no one should be below the law. The manipulated charges and the kangaroo court in Manhattan sure put Donald Trump below the law, and that is just un-American.

The truth is that nobody has ever been PROSECUTED for that "crime" they charged Trump with, even as the misdemeanor it technically might be under the statue, and certainly not as a made up felony, or 34 of them, as concocted by the corrupt Soros DA Bragg. As far as non-discloaure agreements themselves, they are very common in American society and completely legal in every state.

The main thing that nobody has done before the Biden Democrats is weaponize the courts to go after a political opponent. That is the biggest threat to American democracy that this country has seen. Putin may do it to his political opponents, as he did to Aleksi Navalny, but it is not supposed to happen in America. Even leftwing CNN's legal analyst has said that Trump's conviction "contorted the law"

But this is New York, and in New York the politics are such that will never happen. Merchan could have done anything and get away with it. That is why either federal authorities or authorities of other states need to get into this fiasco and take action against these bad actors including the crooked judge.

Joe Stalin. . .err, Putin. . .err, Joe Biden got his political show trial, which is a huge threat to our Constitutional republic and to the Rule of Law. This abuse of the juditical system to go after political opponents on frivolous made up charges with corrupt judges should not be tolerated in a democratic country. To stop it there must be very sevvere punishment for the perpetrators.

One possibility is using the federal laws against election interference. The Biden dictatorship has already used them to put a comedian who did a satire of the Democrat voting shananigans in prison. These underhanded DA's and judges deserve it much, much more. Perhaps the new Trump administration will seek a special prosecutor on election interference to indict these politically corrupt individuals.

The other option is state laws on election interference. Since Trump is on the ballot in all states, every one of them can take a bite at this gang of thugs. It is good to see Missouri's Attorney General has already opened an investigation on election interference. From his subpoena's so far, he seems to be concentrating on the Jack Smith circus but he needs to expand this to Manhattan and Fulton County, too.

The best way to stamp this dictatorical behavior out in our republic and see that it never happens again is to send Alvin Bragg, Juan Merchan, Jack Smith, Letitia James, Judge Engeron, and Fani Willis, as well as their close associates to prison for the rest of their lives. Then no one will likely try to do it again.

This is the biggest threat to democracy and the rule of law in American history and firm action is needed to prevent it ever happening again. If they can twist the law like this on Trump for political purposes, all politically active citizens are in danger.

That Attorney General investigation in Missiouri for election interference in these frivolous show trial court cases against Trump would seem to have a lot of material to work from. Alvin Bragg and Letitia James both campaigned on going after Trump, then abused the powers of their offices to do so. Both should have nice comfy cells in a Missouri state prison. Hunter Biden is charged with federal crimes, which are prosecuted by the US Departemtn of Justice headed by Merrick Garland, a capo in the Biden regime. Republicans are not anywhere close to running that prosecution, but it is the woke Biden Democrats.

The corrupt DOJ wants to make the Hunter Biden prosecution go away. They tried to do it with a sweetheart deal to give him a slap on the wrist, but in federal court, judges are assigned at random, and they drew an honest judge who rejected that scheme. Now, thanks to that rejection of the sweetheart deal by the honest judge, they are stuck with having to prosecute the little wonder boy, which they really don't want to do. Expect the DOJ to do everything possible to throw this case, and looking the other way to Joe Biden's witness tampering is probably just the start.

With the fake case against Trump in Manhattan, the corrupt Soros DA took what at best were two misdeanors and converted them to 34 "felonies". The sweetheart deal with Hunter Biden went the other way, converting felonies to misdemeanors. Hunter Biden got an honest judge due to random selection in the federal system. Trump drew a crooked partisan judge due to a corrupt New York system that allowed the DA to habndpick him.

T.he issue in those cases is "infomred consent" or in other words did the doctor fail to tell the patient things he should have and / or did he say things that were misleading. You would know that if you had bothered to read the articles, Little Bobbie. The pain here was the mutilated bodies of these formerly gender confused children, now young adults, and the quack docors need to pay for that. The doctors preyed upon them to try to make a buck and now it is going to cost them.

When the experts say that most gender confused children will naturally grow out of it and become comfortable with their biological gender, is should be prima facia malpractice to start curring off their body parts or giving them drugs that ruin them functionally.

When Governor deSantis took over in Florida, New College was virtually a far left hippy commune, and we he appointed new trustees to move it to a traditional liberal arts college, a lot of those lefties left, and good riddance.

New College abolished DEI and did not have quotas, and the result was an INCREASE in enrollement of minorities. When a college or university accepts students based on them as individuals, as New College does, instead of by racial quota, it is a positive thing for everybody.

I explained it to you seven comments down, Little Bobbie. When voters vote for a Governor, the vote for a person. When they vote in the presidential race, they vote for a slate of electors who will then vote their state for president and vice president. When Stacey Abrams contested her election, she asserted she had been elected. She was the appropriate one to make that objection. In a presidential race, the ones cheated out of election were the actual electors, so they were the ones to assert that they had been elected if the election were held honestly.

This has happened in presidential election before. What has not happened before is one side trying to criminalize this as a political hit on their opponents. That is just part of the weaponization of the judicial process that the Democrats are engaged in.

In short, alternate electors are not "fake" electors. They were the nominees for elector that ran on what the official count shows as the losing side but assert they were denied election through electoral misconduct, and like Stacey Abrams assert that they were the duly elected holders of office.
