This is what a dictator does, usurps the legislative powers and seizes them for his own. That is how Adolf Hitler converted the Weimar Republic into the Third Reich, and it is what we are seeing Biden do almost daily in America these days on a wide variety of subjects.
What is even worse here is that Biden has taken an issue that Congress considered and rejected but he goes around Congress and tries to impose it anyway by himself. The risk of dictatorship in America comes from Biden, not Trump. The gun transfers that Biden is trying to punish are usually between family members or friends. Criminals are not going to participate in any such background check arrangement anyway. If a criminal or other evildoer wants a gun, they are probably going to go down to the local open air drug block, where guns are often being sold, too, often with the serial numbers filed off. Punishing family members and friends transfering a gun will not do anything to stop those criminal gun markets.

What I am waiting for are the indictments coming out of the Missouri Attorney General's investigation of election interference. I would love to see a bunch of these crooked partisan DA's and judges doing time in a Missouri prison, Merrick Garland, too.
When there is an election for an office like Governor that is contested, each of the candidates will usually claim to be elected, like Stacey Abrams in Georgia did for years. In a presidential election, on the other hand, voters do not directly vote for president, but vote for a slate of electors pledged to a candidate for president. When the results are disputed, then there are two slates of rival electors who contend they were the ones rightfully elected. 2020 is not the first US presidential election to have rival slates of electors, but it is the first time one side has abused the judicial system to try to prosecute their political adversaries. Who ought to be indicted in Arizona are the election officials in Maricopa County, but with a Democrat AG that is not going to happen. Back to the original topic, any debate handled on CNN with Jake Tapper involved is going to be rigged for the Democrat. There are no two ways about that.

President Trump correctly called out the massive frauds that Democrat shyster Marc Elias was perpetrating on the election process well before the election, and he was on very firm ground to keep calling them out after the election as well. We have had a couple of presidential elections heavily tainted with fraud in the past, back in the 19th century that included rival elector slates, lawsuits, and having to work out a solution at the national level. This is not the first for our country.
Jimmy Carter, a Democrat, headed a commission after the Bush / Gore election to try to keep our election process on a free and fair path. In 2020, the Democrats, with help from Elias, crooked Zuckerburg and others promoted the very things that the Carter Commission said made elections more vulnerable to fraud. President Trump was absolutely correct to stand against those things. Kicking opposing pollwatchers out of the counting rooms is a massive red flag that fraud is likely occuring. The Democrats did that in 2020 not just in one place, but in multiple places, all of them in huge counties with lots of votes in key swing states. Prior to kicking the GOP observers out, Trump was ahead in those states, but not after the Democrats' unobserved counting. Few Third World banana republics are that blatant in their fraud. And the Democrats' MSM propaganda media covered it up.

Far left internet trolls like Bolshevik Bob are just trying to cover up for Democrat election shananigans. Jimmy Carter was pointing out many of the same voting process flaws that lead to fraud as Trump is now doing, such as mail in voting. Democrat "super lawyer" Marc Elias was extremely active in the runup to the 2020 election in filing lawsuits, often using "sue and settle" with Democrat controlled elections boards, to implement the very things that Jimmy Carter pointed out led to more election fraud. To have an honest election system, there is still a lot of that Elias crap we need to get rid of.
Elias is still at it. He recently tried to eliminate the witness requirement on mail-in ballots in a pro-fraud lawsuit in Wisconsin. That was one of the few times sanity won. The judge dismissed his lawsuit saying "it made no sense". The very slanted "moderators" in presidential debates has been a problem for a long time, but it looks like it will be even worse this year. Biden's handlers sure played Trump on that one.

In a fair debate, moderators should be objective and neutral, but I have never seen a presidential debate where they were. Indeed, looking at the background of moderators prior to the debate, that should have been crystal clear to the debate planners but they chose those moderators anyway. Giving thees biased moderators control of the questions asked makes this skew even worse. Trump jumped into this too quickly. Biden will not be his most formidable debate opponent. That will be Jake Tapper.

There ought to be an easy solution to this lawsuit and several others aimed at Biden power grabs. Once a Trump DOJ is in place they can use the old Democrat "sue and settle" trick. Enter into an out of court settlement that says Biden's appointees never had to power to make these rules and declare them void. Once the judge signs the consent judgment, it has the force of law and the rules go away.

This could present a real danger to Beaufort County Schools. We have a superintendant, Cheeseman, who seems to want to go along with whatever the education establishment wants, will not stand up for our students or local desires, and has a rubber stamp majority on the school board. We need to change that in November by changing the school board.

What is even more interesting is that the White House has finally said the quiet part out loud. We have always known it was a political ambush, but now the White House confirms it.

The two tier justice system these days is based on politics, not wealth, and that is a huge threat to democracy.
When DSS snatches three children on this piddling little excuse, they are a threat to our liberty and need to be chopped down to size. It is my understanding that in these type cases, if parents do not have the money for an attorney, they can get a court appointed attorney. This young lady should try to get one if she cannot afford her own.

This sad saga that this young woman faces reminds me of President Reagan's comment that the scariest words in the English language are "I am from the government and I am here to help you." Government's power to take our children should be very, very restricted, and this case seems like a major abuse by government of this family's rights. It appears the Beaufort County Schools colluded with DSS on this overreach.

Commented on House Democrats Vote UNANIMOUSLY to Give Illegal Aliens Representation in Congress and the Electoral CollegeIf the only media you consume are dishonest, your viewpoint will likely be dishonest, too. The American MSM stopped doing real journalism, and moved to what they call "advocacu journalism" some time ago, and that amounts to being propagandists for a particular side instead of journalists. The more liberal media of some foreign countries still do real journalism to a point. And, Bobbie, you only cite the leftwing sources if you cite any sources at all.
Let me give you an example of the difference in US media. The New York Times has never been anything but a propaganda sheet. Before Bezos bought it, the Washington Post on the other hand, while it had a recognizable liberal bias, it still did real journalism where you could get accurate information and a semblbance of both sides. When I travelled to DC, I always bought both the more conservative Washington Times and the Washington Post, but I never bothered with pickiing up even a free copy (as on international flights) of the New York Times. Sadly, since Bezos bought the Washington Post, it has become like the New York Times, so I don't bother with it anymore. On the other hand, when I am in an airport lounge in the UK, I read all of the newspapers across the spectrum that are available, because all of them, in spite of their slant, all still do real journalism.

What Bragg has done is to take two instances that at most would have been minor misdemeanors, and on which the statute of limitations had long run out, and try to gin them up into 34 "felonies". The Federal Election Commission said this was not a violation when it was presented to them, but a crooked local Soros prosecutor, Bragg, who has no jurisdiction over federal law, decides to go after Trump on this.
Michael Cohen and Stormy Danials are serial liars who talk out of both sides of their mouths. And, even if it were true, which it probably isn't, non-disclosure agreements like that are legal in all 50 states. And what billionaire keeps his own business records? They have employees for that. Commented on House Democrats Vote UNANIMOUSLY to Give Illegal Aliens Representation in Congress and the Electoral CollegeTime to debunk Little Bobbie with his broken record assertion, that as usual is false.
If you did primary research on this bill by looking it up on an official Congressional record site and then read the bill and looked at the votes on the bill, everything in the post and the linked article is absolutely true. But I am sure Little Bobbie, instead went to one of those left wing spin sites that call themselves "fact checkers", many of them funded by far left totalitarian money man George Soros. Looking at the bill and the account of it, seeing the straw man those hack sites would set up just to knock down was obvious. I did not look at those spin sites, but the obvious straw man was to say the claim was that this bill would give illegal aliens the vote. That is never claimed in the article, but by spinning it that way, they can then say it does not. What the bill actually seeks to do is limit "representation" to American citizens. Representation is apportioned after every census based on population. The Democrats want that to include illegal aliens, because that would give them more seats in areas favorable to them, while Republicans follow the more Constitutional interpretation that representation should be based on number of citizens. By shifting the number of congressmen among states, that also shifts the votes of states within the electoral college. What this bill involved was whether to count illegal aliens for Congressional representation in the next census. Every Democrat on the floor voted for that and every Republican on the floor voted to limit it to actual citizens. ONce you drill down on the details, it is easy to see the fraudulent spin that lefties like these bogus "fact checkers" can make. And it is easy to understand that the article cited is absolutely correct.

A candidate who keeps loudly claiming to be a conservative at campaign time but has no record on conservative issues before the campaign comes across as a fake, a counterfeit conservative. The more they shout that claim at the top of their lungs, the more suspicious I get. When they start advocating popular conservative issues, that they don't even seem to understand and have no prior record of involvment on, it is clear that they are trying to pull the wool over our eyes.
Always look at the RECORD, not the campaign claims on all candidates. A good example is Bob Brinson, who spent a wad of establishment money in his primary beating his chest that he was a conservative. Late in the campaign, the mother of all special interest groups, the Chamber of Commerce sent out postcards supporting Brinson, making him a "Chamber of Commerce Republican", which is the opposite of a conservative. Brinson's record in public office showed nothing conservative but one red flag of liberalism, voting to raise taxes. Of course, he papered over that in his campaign by putting out postcards that he was for cutting taxes, but that was NOT what he actually did in his own political record. Our outgoing Senator, Jim Perry, was awful, constantly taking the lead on pushing liberal issues, but I do not have much hope of Brinson being much better. The "Repubican" nominee for State Treasurer, Brad Briner, is indeed an example of this. Having voted in the Democrat primary as recently as 2020, he is sure no conservative but sent out postcards claiming he was. He also works for gun controller promoter Michael Bloomburg, which should have made him a non-starter in the primary, but he succeeded in pulling the wool over too many eyes.

I could easily see this happen in Beaufort County Schools. Start with the fact that some of the teachers (what percent I could only guess) are flaming liberals. Add to that a liberal education establishment superintendant and central office. The final problem is that a majority of the school board, including all of those running this year, are seat warmers who are rubber stamps for the liberal superintendant.
I could even name one high school English teacher who would be a prime suspect to start something like this rolling. Parents in all school board races need to go to the polls and throw the rascals out this November. Davidson County, a Republican county, clearly needs that very badly, and it is something we need in Beaufort County as well. Mack Hodges, Eltha Booth, and T.W. Allen are all Cheeseman sock puppets.

On results in criminal cases, the prosecution matters as much as the defense. Targeting of certain groups, like the political right targeted by leftwing prosecutors, such as Soros prosecutors, has a lot to do with outcomes as well. In the case of Alvin Bragg. the Manhattan prosecutor bought and paid for by George Soros, he reduces the felonies of a majority of real criminals to misdemeanors or just dismisses them, but for a top GOP political target like Trump, he does just the opposite, takes what at best are two misdemeanors on which the statute of limitations has run and elevates them to 34 "felonies".
The most inexperienced public defender would have a much easier time getting a good result for his client in front of a politically corrupt Soros prosecutor like Bragg than the most highly paid attorneys representing his political target. The data strongly supports that argument. And the elephant in the room is the judge. A crimimal always has a hard time in front of what people call a "hanging judge" but that is a rare breed in big cities. On the other hand a political defendant is in for a world of hurt when the judge is an extreme political partisan of the opposing side like Juan Merchan.

Commented on West Point Begins Removing Confederate Monuments From Campus; Robert E. Lee Portrait And Bust Cleared OutThe left is trying to cancel our history because they are following the playbook of Chairman Mao's disastrous Cultural Revolution. Its what totalitarians do.
In his novel "1984", George Orwell wrote of the actions to stamp out history from that novel's tyrant "Big Brother": "Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book has been rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And that process is continuing day be day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except the endless present in which the party is always right." Those on the far left who follow the path of Chairman Mao and of "Big Brother" are totalitarians and their agenda needs to be totally rejected.

According to reports today, Biden is delaying arms shipments to Israel to put political pressure on Israel for the same objective as the pro-Hamas college riots. Biden also pressured Israel to reopen a border crossing from Gaza to Egypt, and then Israel knuckled under to Biden's demand, Hamas fired rockets at the Israeli soldiers at that border post, killing three of them.
In his mad rush after the Muslim vote, it looks like Biden is throwing away the Jewish vote. Playing politics for the Hamas terrorists is likely to bite Biden in the ass on election day.

Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and Donald Trump are all among what most of us would call "rich" but got very different treatment over classified documents due solely to political discrimination.
How Republicans get "caught up" in these political prosecutions can be summed up in a quote from the KGB chief to Stalin: "Show me the man and I will find you the crime". This approach sumes up Jack Smith, Fani Willis, and Alvin Bragg.

The politically corrupt two-tier "justice" system is well illustrated by Trump being prosecuted and Hillary and Biden not being prosecutred over these documents cases. To rebuild democracy, we need a fruitbasket turnover at DOJ and FBI. The corruption, however, clearly goes even deeper than that.

Commented on West Point Begins Removing Confederate Monuments From Campus; Robert E. Lee Portrait And Bust Cleared OutHistory can be told as 1) objective history, 2) slanted history that ignores inconvenient facts and glosses over things with generalizations, or 3) all out historical propaganda. Communist countries are noted for the last version, and that is certainly what one would get in communist Vietnam. The ideal standard for history in a democracy is objective history.
A slogan widely used by the communists has been "history is on our side" and the modern American far left has revised that slogan to become "the right side of history". Communists when they are in power constantly try to destroy and rewrite history. Chairman Mao's Cultural Revolution is a prime example and one that seems to be the concept behand the American and European far left's cancel culture. A good example of objective history is compare what a modern German student learns about World War II and what an American student learns. There is very little difference because both countries are democratic and, at least for now, tend to look at history objectively. George Orwell has written extensively about how totalitarian regimes try to rewrite history in their drive to control the present and future. We are now seeing some of the things Orwell predicted being advanced by the far left in American and in Europe. The middle point is slanted history, which sticks to facts but relies on selective facts to skew interpretations. A good example is the history of the War Between the States. Those writing from a northern perspective will leave out things like the Corwin Amendment and the Fremont Affair which call into question the basic northern narrative about the war and are therefore memory-holed. Similarly, there are things that one writing from a southern perspective would gloss over. Mildly slanted history is not so bad as the heavily slanted history that borders on pure propaganda. I prefer objective history, but mildly slanted history is readable if one recognizes the slant they are being presented with. When one gets to some of the left's distorted history like the 1619 Project, its authors are writing through a prism, not a lens.
