A basic management tool:
Where performance is measured, performance improves.

It is very important to forward this information to your email contacts. Not everyone keeps up with what is happening in our local school system. Even though we are turning out students that have very low abilities in math and reading, few people seem to know this.

Remember Trump's story about the snake? Why do we keep voting for them in each election? We know how they are from their past performance.

While marching in the street, it would have been a good opportunity to load them on buses and take them to the airport.

Will, without a disclaimer, Cheesaman is declaring the actual value of this property and would need to produce a certified value to prove his validity. If presented to a bank, this could be a fraudulent action.

The confusing thing is that the School Board has not learned that the Superintendent works for them. He is hired-help. Yet he sits at the front desk with his secretary, alongside the School Board Chairman, and reads the rules for the School Board at each meeting. He is not a member of the board but functions as one. Now Cheeseman is an engineer and didn't even stay at a Holiday Inn last night. Parents need to get involved.

It is a lot to digest in one sitting, but I wonder if we should help them understand that bussing means K students (5 years old) will be riding on their own on a bus. The oldest child will be 8 or 9 years old. Will a five-year-old get off of the bus and run out in the street?

I believe the Chocowinity property has a railroad track running through it. That is like waterfront property for heavy industry. You failed to mention that we are turning out students for our workforce who cannot read a ruler.

Let us hope that one day we will have representation that looks at what is good for the Country instead of the Party.

We have the Hubble telescope and other advanced equipment but cannot identify these objects a few hundred feet in the air. I just listed the bridge at Little Washington for sale. Any takers?

There is a huge list that needs to be taken care of in our health system.
A major help would be the elimination of CON (Certificate of Need) and then Tort Reform. Texas is a good model. They were successful in killing CON and getting reasonable limits on Tort Reform.
Competition always improves service. We do not have sufficient GP’s because the system discourages local practices.

Stan is right. We not only fail to remember but fail to teach this to our children. Once in a while we hear the term “The greatest generation” and most young people have no idea what that means.
I was almost seven years old when I was sitting in my father’s chair in pajamas listening to a re-run of “Jack Armstrong the all-American boy” on that Sunday morning when I heard the announcement that Pearl Harber had been bombed.
In less than a year the Army came to my Dad, while we lived in Blounts Creek, and asked if they could put an Observation Post in our side yard. It did not take an act of Congress or a court action, my Dad said yes. We were at war.
My mother became the Chief Observer, and we spotted airplanes for the entire war.
By the time I was nine years old, I could identify all planes that flew by their silhouette. I thought I was in the Army.

Bob might find "Social Justice Fallacies" by Thomas Sowell a good read. Sowell is a black economist.

It sounds like the School Board needs the newly elected School Board now! How much longer will Beaufort County have to endure this continued bad judgment?
The Superintendent should offer direction, input, requests, goals, and reports but he is not the School Board. To put it bluntly, he is hired help and not the School Board's Vice Chairman. The sooner this board understands this the better educations our children will get.

"He who is without sin, let him cast the first stone."

In 958 I was able to get 12 men to volunteer and I organized the first Rescue Squad that Beaufort County had. I was captain of that group for five years with no pay. We worked wrecks, drownings, heart attacks, fires, Hurricanes, and other emergency calls. There was never a thought about color, creed, political party or status. All were human beings. Our motto was, “What ye do unto the least one of these, ye do it unto me”. When we stoop to party over people, we have reached the bottom of the rot barrel. It looks like some have gotten there.

It would be good if we could stop the inuendoes and CMA comments and get down to what really matters and that is preserving our country and our freedom.

Some people are afraid to wear a Trump cap or put a sticker on their vehicle. Consider the security that has been increased to protect Trump. When we allow a breakdown in our law and order we have Tirrany and Chaos. When we allow the rhetoric that is being promoted in our universities and our public schools, there is less respect for our Country and the rule of law. This is the greatest Nation on the earth, and we should be proud of it and try to preserve the successful parts of this great experiment.

A big thank you to Ray Leary for hours of research and follow-up that should be SOP for the School Board and those making discissions in the Superintendent's office. We should have learned by now that neighborhood schools are better for the lower grades. This means less bussing and better individual help with the opportunity for more parent involvement.

Just for the record. I was in the military in 1957 going through basic and advanced combat training. My captain was black and a number of drill Sergeants. There was nothing woke about the unit that I was assigned to. My introduction was from a black drill sergeant who announced, "Gentlemen you are the chosen few. You are going to Tank Hill. There are two ways you can leave. One is to graduate, and the other is laying down".

I know the woke community does not want to hear this or agree but for the short time that I was in the Army the program was to teach us how to break things and kill people. It is unfortunate, but war is Hell and people have to be trained to face that if we plan to win a war.

I was blocked by three people when I went to vote who explained to me that the amendment for citizen ship was poorly written, and we needed to vote against it. These were all working from the Democrat Tent. They have a right to express their opinion and hand out material, but I was pushing my wife in a wheelchair, and they literally surrounded us and blocked our way while they made their pitch.

We need to help our church friends understand the importance of voting in this election to protect our U.S. Constitution, children, family, right to worship, and protecting the unborn. We will not find a perfect politician but Donald Trump is our best choice. Those concerned about his morals might remember the statement from our Savior, "He who is without sin, let him cast the first stone".

Bob might review the story by Anderson, "The Emperor's New Clothes".
The tale concerns an emperor who has an obsession with fancy new clothes, and spends lavishly on them, at the expense of state matters. One day, two con-men visit the emperor's capital. Posing as weavers, they offer to supply him with magnificent clothes that are invisible to those who are incompetent or stupid.
Washington now has so many con men dipping into the money stream and spreading
Inuendos, stealing and lying that it is now just a way of life. And we just sit back and say, "Thank you sir, may I have another".

We hear from more than one source that Harris lied about 21 or more times.
One quick reply came from one of the moderators, correcting Trump, that no State allowed the killing of a baby after the 7th month. Fact-checkers found more than one and one up to after birth.
Lying has become a way of life for Newscasters and politicians. Where do we find the truth?
What is the yardstick we should use? How about the Bible and the Constitution? They are pretty good handbooks.
