Normally a "death sentence" means execution, but Mace is talking about something perhaps worse. The corrupt Biden mafia wants to make Trump spend the rest of his life in jail for something that he himself and his crony Hillary both did themselves. Indeed the Presidential Records act protects Trump but not Hillary or Biden. If anyone should be prosecuted for this it should be them.

One was due to widespread election irregularities which were not even properly investigated to determine if they rose to the level of fraud, just swept under the rug. The other was a Marxist insurrection which used the unfortunate demise of a criminal while in law enforcement custody as a trigger. One was violent, although the propaganda media told us is was "firey but mostly peaceful" as a building was being burned down in the background. The other was genuinely peaceful except for some law enforcement brutality, including the deliberate execution of a protester.

The 2020 insurrection was violent and destructive and prolonged. The 2021 protest was a one day, acutally a few hours, event and was peaceful from the protesters side, even though ANTIFA / BLM infiltrators tried to provoke violence and destruction.

But the key on prosecution and punishment should be WHAT THEY DID, not what their ideology was or why they did it. When the 2020 insurrectionists set buildings on fire, all of them present should have been rounded up and charged with felony arson based on the concept of acting in concert.

Lets consider a little real history. One of the most important positive outcomes of World War II was the end of the holocaust, which was horrific. But overall, World War II started as a defense of the sovereignty of Poland, before the worst part of the holocaust, the killings even really got going. And at the end of the war, the allies sold out the sovereignty of Poland to Stalin and the communists, who were as evil as the Nazis.

The United States got into World War II against Germany because Hitler declared war on us immediately after the Japs bombed Pearl Harbor.

IF it "takes a village", Bobbie, then you are the village idiot. But you reflect the collectivist notion of the "progressives" that government should play a role in family decision making. Most totalitarian ideologies would agree with you, but not any real American.

In American our US Supreme Court has ruled that these decisions concerning their children belong to the parents, not the government. Parents are not limited to "input" in our system. THey are the decision makers, and when school bureaucrats try to interfere in that parental decisionmaking, the school bureaucrats need to be kicked to the curb. That is the reason why the Parental Bill of Rights is badly needed in our state, to put school bureaucrats in their place.
