Those targets are EU imposed, and as long as Sweden is in the EU, they are subject to them. The previous Swedish government was all-in on this stuff. What they are really addressing is EU mandates, specifically the EU Green Deal, which Poland's prime minister denounced as "the expensive climate policy of the EU". If you are compelled by the EU to deal with it, nuclear is a much better way, as Poland itself is also doing. But Poland is using coal as long as it can. Poland's coal fired electricity was some of the cheapest in Europe, until the EU Green Deal came along. Now France's nuclear power is some of the cheapest. Wind and solar powered Germany? That is the most expensive electricity in not only Europe, but the world and has been since Merkel got seriously into the Energie Wende.

I like the fact that those eco-extremists are getting more and more pushback. There was an incident in the UK recently, where they were blocking school children getting to class on time and the school children didn't want to be punished for being tardy so they used force to make their way through the eco-mob. I have also enjoyed some videos in the Uk and Germany of motorists picking up the eco-mob members and none too gently removing them from the road. There was a case in Germany where eco-mob members called the cops on motorists doing that and were told by the cops that under German law the motorists had a right of self defense to remove them from the road. The classic was a video from the UK where the eco-mob had glued itself to the pavement so they could not be removed easily. The video showed a motorist unzipping his fly and then a stream of what was obciously urine directed all over a protester who was glued to the pavement and could not get away from it.

The way the far left's totalitarian "hate speech" laws work is that people are fully free to hate the "disapproved" groups and individuals but not to say anything remotely negative about any of the "approved / protected" groups and individuals. They are designed to impose an ideological agenda by bully tactics.

I am not at all fond of groups like the Proud Boys, but their level of actual violence is much less than that of Antifa, and Antifa is engaged in violence around the world. A few weeks ago there was an Antifa unit, including an attorney for the far left Southern Poverty Law Center, arrested in Atlanta for domestic terrorism. A couple of months before that, Hungary arrested an Antifa unit that had come into the country to seemingly randomly attack people with extreme violence on the streets of Budapest. Last week in Switzerland, an Antifa gang busted up a restaurant to attack a meeting of young women opposed to illegal immigration, using clubs and knives, injuring 20 of them. Proud Boys are indeed a piece of work, but compared to Antifa, they are almost Boy Scouts.

This is how far our country has fallen. The far left like Bobbie does not care that our justice system has been politicized, and that one side is now trying to arrest the other side. One was due to widespread election irregularities which were not even properly investigated to determine if they rose to the level of fraud, just swept under the rug. The other was a Marxist insurrection which used the unfortunate demise of a criminal while in law enforcement custody as a trigger. One was violent, although the propaganda media told us is was "firey but mostly peaceful" as a building was being burned down in the background. The other was genuinely peaceful except for some law enforcement brutality, including the deliberate execution of a protester.

The 2020 insurrection was violent and destructive and prolonged. The 2021 protest was a one day, acutally a few hours, event and was peaceful from the protesters side, even though ANTIFA / BLM infiltrators tried to provoke violence and destruction.

But the key on prosecution and punishment should be WHAT THEY DID, not what their ideology was or why they did it. When the 2020 insurrectionists set buildings on fire, all of them present should have been rounded up and charged with felony arson based on the concept of acting in concert.
