Commented on Statement from Stacey DavisMs. Davis needs to be very careful in dealings with Cheeseman. This is the second time he has pulled something like this on her. Back when she was running against Cheeseman's buddy, liberal Democrat Mac Hodges, Cheeseman put on a show to try to disrupt her campaign by making demands about an alleged trademark violation on Davis' campaign signs. That three letter graphic had never been properly registered as a trademark, and if he claims to care so much about it, has not been registered since, either. Yet he went through a big song and dance over it to force her to waste time in the middle of a campaign dealing with it.
Cheeseman showed his true colors then and he is showing them again now.

Commented on Opioid Settlement FundsThis is just another example of Cheeseman wading into politics when he distributed that tape. It is like Cheeseman's frivolous complaints about a campaign sign of an opponent of one of his school board brownnosers or his crybaby crusade against a fundraising letter of his opponents. No wonder Cheeseman has the county chairman of the Durham County Democrat Party as Beaufort County School Board Attorney.

Commented on Opioid Settlement FundsWhile this incident shows some inappropriate actions by the member involved, it looks like the political firestorm has likely been contrived by the Cheeseman clique. The bus driver clearly would have reported this to his manager, how it got from there to those who have been bird dogging the incident is rather questionable. Undoubtedly it was a leak from within the school administration. Then there is the handing over of the videotape. Did the school board approve that or did Cheeseman just do it? If one of Cheeseman's political allies on the board had done it, that tape would still be under lock and key and would stay there. This is a pure political play to hurt that board member. She should have been smart enough not to leave herself open.
I think the member's actions were inappropriate, but she does not deserve the political hatchet job being done on her. She does seem to ask lots of pointed questions and I can see that getting under the skins of Cheeseman and his clique.

Given those slogans engraved on the bullets, there was sure to be a "transgender" in the woodpile somewhere. Now they have found it. This assassination shows that transgender violence also involves those around them. The engravings on the bullets also show that this was not a spur of the moment action but was preplanned.

Brazil is a judicial dictatorship. The strongman is a far left Supreme Court justice, and the country's leftwing president, Lula, little more than a figurehead. It is little wonder that this corrupt Supreme Court usurped the power of Brazil's parliament to attempt to rewrite the law to prosecute this young woman for "misgendering" which as she points out is NOT a crime under their penal code passed by parliament.
Judicial power grabs are a huge threat to democracy worldwide and need to be stopped. One would hope that either the Brazilian parliament or the army would take action to remove this dictatorial "justice" from power and reconstitute the country's court system. This Supreme Court justice was also a major figure in rigging the last presidential election for his puppet Lula, whom he had earlier let out of prison for his earlier corruption conviction. And they just imprisoned the country's last legitimately elected president, Bolsonaro.

Washington, DC should not be manipulating this race to tell us how to vote. The best way to send them a message to stop trying to manipulate our primaries is to nominate Don Brown. It seems clear that Brown would be the best senator, anyway.

North Carolina Democrats are trying to do the same thing with supporting sanctuary counties and keeping the state from cooperating with ICE. Democrats in the legislature have been voting against bills to outlaw sanctuary counties, and both governors Roy Cooper and Josh Stein have kept state law enforcement from cooperating with ICE.
Democrat policy is to harbor illegal aliens in defiance of federal immigration law.

Commented on What is fiscal responsibility and transparency?Bureaucrats only get real power when elected officials allow them to do so. Bureaucrats are supposed to carry out policy, not make it. There is no question that our city council is a pathetic rubber stamp. Heck, Councilman Richard Brooks is even illiterate, unable to read or write. Our present city council are nothing but yes-men. The real question is who is behind the scenes pulling the strings. Is it the mayor or the city manager, or some of both. The mayor has his fingerprints on the police surveillance of his political opponent, although the city manager was probably involved, too. It was the city manager who was lying through his teeth to try to justify the massive tax increase the city just gave us, so that would suggest he may have been the prime mover in that, but the mayor was likely a very willing accomplice.
The main thing we need to straighten out Washington is at least three competent council members who can think for themselves and not dance on the puppet strings of the mayor or city manager.

These out of control Obama and Biden district court judges are playing politics with their unelected politically appointed and unaccountable positions and in doing so they are a threat to democracy. There has to be some effective way to cut them down to size. Our founding fathers openly said the courts were supposed to be the weakest branch of government, but tyrannical leftwing judges are trying to make them the most powerful. Andrew Jackson openly told them he would ignore their rulings. Lincoln did so too, but also took away one of their powers, habeas corpus, and on one occasion issued an order for the arrest of a very senior judge. Maybe that is the way these out of control courts need to be dealt with these days.

Of those who voted for woke math, only one, Terry Williams, is up for election next year. (Stacey Davis, Daniel Hudson, and Steve Rader were not yet on the school board when that was voted on).

It is so good to see this. Michael Whatley is an absolute RINO. He is Tillis 2.0, and had in fact been recruited by Tillis to run for NCGOP chairman. Whatley has spent his life in the DC swamp, first as a junior US Senate staffer, then as a partner in a lobbying and public relations firm inside the DC beltway, prostituting to the special interests such as the solar energy grifters. That is absolutely NOT the background we need in a US Senator.

Commented on Is it Management or Education?Hood Derangement Syndrome is a head problem closely related to Trump Derangement Syndrome, just on a more localized level. It looks like someone could use some professional help.
The Republican-Lite Commissioners oppose DOGE here in Beaufort County to cut down on wasteful and unnecessary spending, which tells you all you need to know about those spendthrifts Waters and Walker. Not only has Trump had great success with DOGE at the national level, but NC Republicans are implementing it in Raleigh, headed by our own Keith Kidwell. But here in Beaufort County, Waters and Walker take the same position on it locally as Schumer and Pelosi and AOC do in DC. How can they call themselves "Republicans" with a straight face? I have never heard of Richardson making a campaign financial contribution to any Democrats while holding office as a Republican elected official. Frankie Waters got caught doing that in the 2022 general election campaign. Frankie is as phony as a three peso bill.

Commented on Is it Management or Education?Republicans have not had real control of the county commission in a long time due to poseurs masquerading as "Republicans". These collaborators have handed over real control to the admitted Democrats for years. Heck, Frankie Waters even supported and contributed to the Democrat nominee for Sheriff in the last election. He is about as much of a Republican as Kamala Harris is. Randy Walker started out in the middle between the real Republicans and the phonies, but he is now firmly in collaborator camp.

Beaufort County Community College is all-in on DEI and the county commission needs to do something about that. Also, our current school board majority adopted a MATH curriculum last year that includes some DEI with two members (Hickman and Shreve) opposed. Cheeseman had previously pushed a social studies curricualum called SAVVAS that was loaded with DEI.

American Indians might have something to say about BLM destroying the monument to Brigadier General Albert Pike. Prior to the War Between the States, Pike was the first attorney in the United States to sue the federal government on behalf of an Indian tribe, the Creek Nation, to try to recover Indian lands confiscated by the federal government. General Pike negotiated treaties with several tribes in what is now Oklahoma but was then known as the Indian Territory on behalf of the Confederate States which expanded the rights of the tribes, including giving each of them a seat in the Confederate Congress. The treaty with the Cherokees even granted them the right to statehood within the Confederate States if the south won.

A radical judge with no legal basis for taking a political action falling back on the race card for an excuse shows what is horribly wrong with our federal courts. The Rule of Law is replaced by the political whims of judges. The only way to save our federal judiciary is to start removing rogue judges like this one from office.
This issue has nothing to do with race. It has everything to do with the excuse for letting these particular nationalities stay in our country is long since over with.

Trump is noted for bad RINO endorsements in the Carolinas, and he is doing it again with RINO Whatley, who is Tillis 2.0. Trump's most famous blunder in that regard was endorsing Tillis himself in 2020 when a substantial conservative was gearing up to challenge Tillis. That Tillis endorsement was loudly booed to Trump's face by his own supporters. Trump has also endorsed some RINOs in congressional primaries in NC.
Trump has also publicly endorsed RINO establishment hacks for NC Republican Party chairman against solid conservative opponents. This year in South Carolina, Trump has endorsed amnesty pusher "Light in the Loafers" Sen. Lindsay Graham, who is nicknamed Lindsay Grahamnesty. Graham is a RINO's RINO. He is being primaried by a first string conservative challenger, former two term Lieutenant Governor Andre Bauer, but Trump goes with the RINO.

Highly partisan Democrat judges have been a problem, not just in the federal courts. Highly political Democrat judges perverted the cases against Donald Trump in New York state courts, and they were so highly political that they should have recused themselves but did not. Those judges were totally unethical in continuing to preside over those cases.
When the Nevada Supreme Court tried to take Trump off of the ballot, which was later unanimously reversed by the US Supreme Court, all of the judges were Democrats. However, in their 4 to 3 ruling, the four who voted to take Trump off the ballot were Democrat political contributors, while the three who voted to leave him on were registered to vote as Democrats but not involved in the party. There should be a rule that if a judge has a history of political involvement, either as an activist or a contributor, they should be banned from handling cases of a highly political nature. That would restore a sense of propriety in our justice system which is presently lacking.

Censorship and the crushing of free speech is the biggest threat to democracy around the world. Europe is eaten up with it. The UN is a hotbed of it. The globalists at the World Economic Forum push it hard. Obama and Biden financed it through USAID. Trump's America is one of the few places still standing up for freedom and democracy. Maybe we should just get out of the corrupt globalist UN entirely, or at least quit paying them subsidies.

Commented on Political SausageThe superintendent and his handpicked out of town leftwing school board attorney, who is chairman of the Durham County Democrat Party, seems to have left this policy totally out of date where it left a Republican seat potentially vulnerable. Both of them have some responsibility for this situation. Someone needs to be held accountable. Whether this was intentional or just incompetence, someone needs to pay the price.
