Corrupt Soros DA Alvin Bragg needs to join her there, as do a couple of crooked partisan Democrat judges who abused power in those two Manhattan cases. They all need to be locked up and the key thrown away.

A radical judge with no legal basis for taking a political action falling back on the race card for an excuse shows what is horribly wrong with our federal courts. The Rule of Law is replaced by the political whims of judges. The only way to save our federal judiciary is to start removing rogue judges like this one from office.

This issue has nothing to do with race. It has everything to do with the excuse for letting these particular nationalities stay in our country is long since over with.

Interestingly, two polls after the Whatley announcement with the Trump pre-endorsement both show Don Brown LEADING Michael Whatley. Looks like maybe NC Republicans think for themselves. We do not want another Thom Tillis, and Whatley was a constant Thom Tillis cheerleader. GO BROWN!

Trump is noted for bad RINO endorsements in the Carolinas, and he is doing it again with RINO Whatley, who is Tillis 2.0. Trump's most famous blunder in that regard was endorsing Tillis himself in 2020 when a substantial conservative was gearing up to challenge Tillis. That Tillis endorsement was loudly booed to Trump's face by his own supporters. Trump has also endorsed some RINOs in congressional primaries in NC.

Trump has also publicly endorsed RINO establishment hacks for NC Republican Party chairman against solid conservative opponents.

This year in South Carolina, Trump has endorsed amnesty pusher "Light in the Loafers" Sen. Lindsay Graham, who is nicknamed Lindsay Grahamnesty. Graham is a RINO's RINO. He is being primaried by a first string conservative challenger, former two term Lieutenant Governor Andre Bauer, but Trump goes with the RINO.

Highly partisan Democrat judges have been a problem, not just in the federal courts. Highly political Democrat judges perverted the cases against Donald Trump in New York state courts, and they were so highly political that they should have recused themselves but did not. Those judges were totally unethical in continuing to preside over those cases.

When the Nevada Supreme Court tried to take Trump off of the ballot, which was later unanimously reversed by the US Supreme Court, all of the judges were Democrats. However, in their 4 to 3 ruling, the four who voted to take Trump off the ballot were Democrat political contributors, while the three who voted to leave him on were registered to vote as Democrats but not involved in the party.

There should be a rule that if a judge has a history of political involvement, either as an activist or a contributor, they should be banned from handling cases of a highly political nature. That would restore a sense of propriety in our justice system which is presently lacking.

The superintendent and his handpicked out of town leftwing school board attorney, who is chairman of the Durham County Democrat Party, seems to have left this policy totally out of date where it left a Republican seat potentially vulnerable. Both of them have some responsibility for this situation. Someone needs to be held accountable. Whether this was intentional or just incompetence, someone needs to pay the price.

The superintendent also seems to have sat on the resignation letter for an inordinate amount of time. Why did he do that?

Here is what is actually obvious. There is a correct and proper path to immigration for honest people in foreign countries. It involves filing a very detailed application while still living abroad, paying some substantial fees, having a medical exam by a physician designated by the American government, doing a very thorough background check including a detailed criminal record check, providing an affidavit of support from an American sponsor, and going through a set of interviews before the prospective immigrant is given permission to travel to the US. Even then, many countries may have a lot fewer slots available than people who want to immigrate to America. It may involve applying multiple times. Then after arriving, there are other interviews and paperwork that are necessary. It takes a lot of time and money, but honest people go through that process, not try to break in line in front of those who are doing it the right way. It is the honest immigrants who were screwed the most by Biden's open borders for the scoflaws.

It is immoral to give those who break our immigration laws a preference over those who do it the right way, but that is exactly what the Biden open borders policies have been doing. I know a number of immigrants who went through the process to immigrate to America correctly, and I know they get steamed to see the Biden regime allowing the illegal aliens to, in essence, break into line in front of those doing it the right way.

Presidents Andrew Jackson and Abraham Lincoln simply ignored pushy federal judges who tried to abuse power. Maybe Trump should do that, too, and cite them as precedents. Lincoln even once issued an order for the arrest of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, although the Chief Justice backed down on what Lincoln thought he was about to do, and Lincoln recalled the order. That is how you deal with the tyranny of the judiciary. Unelected, unaccountable political appointees like federal judges should not have the power they try to assert over the elected branches of government. Tha tis highly undemocratic.

THere have been rumblings of the Cheeseman machine running someone against Shreve. Maybe he is trying to protect his left flank from them, but if so, he has exposed his right flank in the process. To be fair, there was not a lot of discussion of school consolidation in the 2022 school board election so no candidates seemed to really be grilled on that. In retrospect, campaign groups probably should have hit that issue, but the big issue has been curriculum. I would hope that Don Shreve at least sticks to his political principles and pledges on those issues. DEI Cheeseman promotes the woke and our students do not need that.

Terry Williams supported a Common Core and woke DEI math curriculum called Bridges for Beaufort County schools and on Snowden, he played both sides. He was against it before he was for it, and both positions were probably politically calculated. Beaufort County can do better on the School Board.
