If this was a murder, and as I recall the courts may still be involved with appeals, then the criminal justice system is the way to handle it, NOT an insurrection in the streets as Nancy Pelosi openly called for, and subsequently happened. Democrats like to throw the word "insurrection" around but it was Nancy Pelosi who actually called for one in that instance, and now her successor Hakeen Jeffries is doing it again.

Yawn, Bigot Bob is still snorting that "white powder".
When peoples lives are at stake from hiring qualified employees, the ONLY thing that should be taken into account is to hire the most highly qualified applicants available. Hirinng air traffic controllers based on racial or other quotas is insane and obsene.

What a bunch of blather by Bigot Bob to promote letting unqualified people be air traffic controllers to endanger public safety just to meet some silly racial quotas.
Racial discrimination is illegal in the US, and DEI is racial discrimination. The FAA should not have followed Obama's and Biden's illegal orders. Here is a "fact check" on just how bad the DEI was on hiring air traffic controllers under Obama and Biden: www.thegatewaypundit.com

There was a discussion on the BO some time back on FAA's DEI program for air traffic controllers, and the concern then was some of the categories they were actively seeking - the blind, the deaf, those with serious mental health problems, and those with intelecctual disabilities. The concern then was that DEI would cause people to DIE, and that may have been a factor here. Dumbing down the requirements and the tests to meet quotas creates a less skilled workforce regardless of whether the specific air controllers on duty were DEI hires themselves.
The air traffick controller clearly gave incompetent instructions to the hellicopter. www.dailymail.co.uk There is also the issue of the air traffic control being shorthanded because one controller who was supposed to be on duty was allowed to leave early. It has also come out now that there was another near miss with a helicopter at this same airport the same night and one the night before. It is out on social media, and we will have to see if this is true, that the pilot who was actually flying the helicopter was a "male to female transgender", and also that the pilot was flying erraticly and almost hit two other planes before this one. If that is true, it begs the question of whether this was a murder-suicide for political reasons. The helicopter was also clearly flying much higher than was allowed.

Typical leftwing twit to want to go after employers before murderers, rapists, burglars, drug dealeers and gang members.
Eventually ALL of those who harbor illegal aliens need to be punished for it, but that is NOT the first priority.

What is needed is a correct interpretation of the 14th Amendment by the Supreme Court to say what Congress said it eeant when they passed it, not what the modern far left wants to claim it means. When it went through Congress it was explained that "subject to the jurisdication thereof" did not include people who were not legally in the country. The left wants to twist and distort much of the Constitution, not just the 14th amendment.

Commented on Beaufort County School Board, Pomp and CeremonyOur schoolchildren would have "had a better outcome" if that quarter of a million dollars of school funds could have been used on their education instead of fixing an unforced error by incompetent Cheeseman when he was opperating without using an attorney. Not to mention the quarter of a million dollars of county taxpayer money that also went up in smoke due to Cheeseman's blunder.

Leave it to the far left to blame people who were not even alive at the time for something their ancestors did. Should we hold modern Italians responsible for some of the genocidal acts of ancient Rome? Should modern French people hang their heads in shame over the Reign of Terror? "Inherited guilt" is total bullsh!t. The actual Nazis were punished at the Nuremburg trials, as they should have been for what they did. It is insane to punish people who were not even born at the time.

Bigot Bob should know that minorities have abilities to soar in a free market economy, and he is taking a racist position to look down his nose at them. Heck, even in the antebellum South, we had black plantation owners and businessmen. Here in Washington, NC, for example, we had a black man who owned a shipyard on the Pamlico River.
As to Davos, these pompous elitists who want to put all sorts of restrictions on normal life for the rest of us keep feeling entitled themselves. This year at the airport serving Davos, which is Zurich, there was a 70% increase in private jet landings for the conference over last year. Bookings of female and "trans women" (transvestite) escorts also set a record. www.breitbart.com

I am not surprised what this rubber stamp city council did. Four of its members, one of whom does not even live in the city,.are sock puppets for the mayor, just like several school board members are sock puppets for the liberal superintendant. I wish we had true public servants who can think for themselves, but we do not.
What is mind boggling is why those idiots on the county commission establishment majority agreed to pay an inflated price in cash for this property instead of turning over school property they had little use for in the old P.S> Jones land. They screwed the taxpayers to the wall.

Bobbie, I don't know if your stupid or if you think readers here are stupid, but your comment is nonsense. DEI does a lot more than just assure someone an interview. Lets look at actual facts on how DEI impacted college admissions from supreme court cases on the subject, and lets even leave out your bugaboo about white people. The facts showed that under DEI admissions procedures, Asian-American students with much higher scores were being denied college adminission, while black students with lower scores were admitted. Racial preferences like that are totally un-American and un-Constitutional, and the supreme court disallowed them.
Wait until you see the Trump DOJ start going after corporations that play those racial preferences games. Why do you think so many of them are suddenly dumping DEI and ESG? Racial preferences are simply wrong, no matter what race is on the receiving end.

It seems to me that with the pardons, Congress should continue its investigation of the Biden crime family to get the record out in public. All of them will now have to answer questions without being able to plead the fifth. If they lie now, they can be jailed for that. If they refuse to answer, they can be jailed for contempt. If they inplicate JOe, Joe can be prosecuted. Every tax scam that comes out can result in IRS action to collect tax, interest, and penalties, because that is civil and not covered by a criminal pardon. Maybe there will be enough to make all of these despicable low lifes destitute.

Anyone who truly understands history knows that both Lee and King were great men. Those who want to revere one and denounce the other is a radical ideologue. The rewriting of history is done by the far left such as the leftist 1619 Project, which even its creator admits is not real history.
Leftists tend to ignore that one of their own heavy weights at the time the War Between the States was actually in progrss clearly stated it was NOT about slavery. Karl Marx wrote "the war is not about slavery; it is a war of economic subjugation by the north against the south." We Conservatives look more to the writings of Sir Winston Churchill who identifies slavery as one of the minor causes of the war or of contemporary British anti-slavery leader novleist Charles Dickens calling the north's claim to be fighting against slavery as "specious humbug designed to disguise their desire for economic control of the south.". President Dwight Eisenhower kept a portrait of General Lee as an outstanding American on display in the Oval Office. President Eisenhower is a better judge of history than far left internet troll Little Bobbie.

"True" is Bozo Bob's Orwellian use of that word means "consistent with the far left narrative", and no, the information in the post above is not consistent with the far left narrative in which all of these scumbags are regarded as heroes.
When it comes to what is factual, the witness tampering criminal referral against Cheney and the Mark Milley admission to telephone calls with Chinese military leaders are solid facts. What Fauci may have done on the gain of unction funding at this point is not totally established, although Dazak's role has been established enough he has just been cut off from federal funding even before Trump took office. Dazak is a longtime close Fauci associate, so there is reason to believe Fauci is likely implicated. As yet, this has not progressed to driminal charges against anyone. but that should have been left open if ongoing investigations support it.

Preparation is the key in any natural disaster. You want to talk about hurricanes, so lets talk about hurricane Helene. The Republican governors of Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina all pre-staged personnel, equipment, and supplies to deal with the storm. The Democrat governor of North Carolina failed to do that. Consequently, the states of Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina had better hurricane response than we did.
Roy Cooper should have known better. North Carolina had a hurricane set up just like Helene back in 1916 and was just as big of a disaster. Yet he failed to take the steps other govenors did. Those other governors showed how to govern. Too bad for our own citizens that our governor was not paying attention. If you don't care about your fellow liberal Bill, maybe you would think about California Democrat congressman Ro Khanna who also says California needs new leadership and Karen Bass needs to go.

"Right side of history"??? Curious how the modern American far left rehashs the old Soviet slogan "History is on our side". History, however is factual. It has no side.
And as to West Virginia, citizens in that area had a free choice in 1861 when the citizens of the state voted on seceeding from the United States. At that time, everyone could vote and no one was off in the army or refugees from northern occupation. At that time, most of the counties later organized into West Virginia voted FOR secession from the Union. ANd with your Marxist bent, I wonder why you do not follow Karl Marx's assessment of the War Between the States: "the war is not about slavery; it is a war of economic subjugation by the north against the south."

The reason people are living in "burned out tents" is that California Democrats played politicis - DEI, not funding the basics like fire protection, paying $2.6 billion per year for health care for illegal aliens who are not even supposed to be here while cutting money for fire protection. Their woke ideology meant more to them than doing the very basic things governments are supposed to do like fire protection.

The governance failures by California Democrats have not stopped. Now Gov. Newsom has issued an executive order that will make it almost impossible for homeowners who have lost their homes to sell off their lots. Most of them will need to do that to buy another house to get a down payment. Some speculation is that Newsom is upset that many are planning to move out of California and is trying to keep them tied to the state by being unable to sell their lots now that their houses are gone. Newsome takes what is already a horrible situation for these people and makes it even worse. California really needs to remove that nitwit from office.
