Illegal aliens are a huge financial burden to American taxpayers. They are not supposed to get these government handouts, which legal immigrants are also not entitled to. President Trump is to be applauded on cutting them off from these programs, which the previous regime was breaking the law to provide to them. Denmark has long had a policy of limiting welfare to illegal aliens to discourage them from coming, but in next door Germany, 63% of the welfare budget goes to the illegal alien migrants.

The moves by far left groups using radical Obama and Biden judges to overwhelm the system with "due process" for illegal aliens is a classic Cloward-Piven strategy (the Piven involved was chairman of Democratic Socialists of America). The first part was defying our immigration laws to let these millions into the country in the first place. Real immigrants who followed our immigration laws gave us lots of due process on the way in, but these scoflaw illegal aliens did not, so they are owed none on the way out.
www.americanthinker.com The Democrats have schemed for years to deprive American citizens of due process, but now they want to give it to those who should not even be in our country in the first place. What a double standard. The radical judges helping them do it are beneath contempt.

Obama deported 313,000 illegal aliens without the courts demanding all this "due process" Most of those were in his first term. Why are radical judges trying to impose a different standard on Trump? The answer is purely for politics. This political abuse of our courts by corrupt hyper-partisan Democrat judges needs to be brought to a screeching halt or our democracy is over. If we need to start arresting judges, then we need to start arresting judges.

What we are seeing is these activist district court judges playing politics by ignoring the rulings of higher courts. This San Francisco judge is at it again. The US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit unanimously ruled in New York v. Barr in 2020 that the president DOES have authority to cut off federal funds to sanctuary cities and counties. Now we have a lower court judge trying to say the opposite, wholly for political reasons. Such political rulings undermine the credibility of the court system. cdn.cnn.com
But he is hardly the first activist judge to do that is this round of political court rulings. The issue of the Alien Enemy Act was decided by the US Supreme Court in 1948 but these activist district court judges just want to overlook that because it is inconvenient to their political objectives

There was a Democrat judge in Massachusetts who did essentially the same thing back during the first Trump administration, who was also arrested on federal felony charges, and suspended for three years by the state court system. However, her federal criminal case was still pending when Biden took over, and the Biden DOJ dismissed it.

While polls show that a solid majority of Americans want the illegals - all of them - sent home, the out of touch Democrats want to keep them all here, even the criminals, or, heck, especially the criminals among the illegal aliens. Democrat judges seem to be no different from AOC or Schumer or Jasmine Crockett or Bernie Sanders.

Hopefully more of these partisan Democrat judges who pander to illegal aliens will be arrested. Those like Boasberg have done a whole lot more damage than this pair in Wisconsin and New Mexico. It would be nice to see all of them who have participated in the judicial coup d'etat charged with insurrection and treason. There is not a dimes worth of difference in what they are doing and a group of military officers sending troops to seize the White House. These rogue judges need to be punished the same way such a group of military officers would be. It would be nice to see that pompous ass Boasbreg doing the perp walk in his black robe.

Germans deserve a totally new election. Hopefully this exposure of fraud will get them one. Over 60% of German voters cast votes for parties calling for a sharp crackdown on illegal immigration, but now with the Social Democrats pulling all the strings, they will not get one. Indeed, as lame ducks, the Social Democrats were busy flying in every illegal alien they could.
Merz of the CDU talked a very good game on immigration in the campaign, but when he announced that he was only going to deal with the leftist Social Democrats on forming a coalition, he gave them an effective veto on all of his conservative promises, and indeed, he has now backed up on every one of them. The Social Democrats lost the election, getting their lowest vote total since 1887, but they still end up in control of the government thanks to that fool Merz, who has probably destroyed his own party with his rotten coalition deal. CDU party members, party leaders, and elected officials are resigning in disgust from the CDU. Merz has betrayed the German prople and he needs to go.

Commented on Richardson Requests School InformationWill Cheeseman play stall ball? I suspect he will as transparency is NOT his game. As I recall they are calling the new school "Washington Elementary School" so it might be helpful to amend your request using that name to avoid a possible stalling tactic.
Cheeseman has played his whole game behind closed doors as much as he could, even to the extent of refusing to follow state law that required public input. He runs the shcools like a little tin horn dictator, a miniture Mussolini.

One wonders how much of this is going on in Beaufort County schools. We had the "Gender Unicorn" passed out to students at one of our schools. We also had a boy in Chocowinity who was allowed to change at school into girls clothing and then before going home to change back. The staff kept his crossdressing secret from his parents. Cheeseman took no meaningful action against the Gender Unicorn incident and likely condoned what was done in Chocowinity if he knew about it.

The United States is faced with two tier political justice, and unless this is remedied by the Supreme Court, it is a major attack on democracy. Biden was allowed to change Trump policies at will, even those approved by Congress, but partisan Obama judges and Biden judges have tried to block Trump from changing Biden policies that have no basis except executive fiat. That is not how a Constitutional republic is supposed to work. Judges, who are unelected, unaccoutable political appointees are not supposed to have that power. If the Supreme Court refuses to rein in these rogue district court judges, then someone is going to have to come down very very hard on the whole judicial system. I would hope that would be Congress to barbecue them with their power of the purse. The idea of impeaching these rogue judges and then hitting them with a tsunami of subpoenas is also a good idea. If the Supreme Court does not take action, then Congress needs to do so to restore Constitutional norms that are being badly eroded by partisan Democrat federal judges.

There is a clear Supreme Court precedent from 1948 on the Alien Enemy Act, Ludecke vs. Watkins which says that when the president determines someone is an enemy alien subject to removal, the courts have no authority to conduct hearings on the matter. As long as the Supreme Court waffles and fails to enforce this clear precedent, they are undermining their own legitimacy as well as that of the federal courts generally. It is time for them to man up and enforce the Ludecke precedent. supreme.justia.com

Israel used paying illegal aliens to leave as part of a carrot and stick approach to deportation. Up to a certain time they would be paid to leave, but after that the government would come down on illegal aliens like a ton of bricks. I have moral qualms about paying people who deliberately came in illegally to leave, but from a financial perspective, it does make sense.
Of course, another techique is to cut illegal aliens off from welfare and other financial support. Denmark has made welfare scarce for illegals for many years and they are not as burdened by illegal immigration as the countries around them as a result of that policy. Iceland last year lowered the boom on illegal aliens getting welfare last year and it had a big impact. Trump is talking about also paying illegal aliens to leave, and he is cutting off their subsidies. Both of those things should encourage self-deportation. Outside groups that fund illegal aliens should probably be charged with harboring illegal aliens, which has been a felony in our immigration laws for years, but rarely used.

Due process? The Biden regime made a mockery of that with "catch and release" where they gave illegal aliens court dates years in the future, knowing that most of them would disappear into the interior instead of showing up. This made a mockery of our judicial system and we need to take strong corrective steps. After we round up the criminals, which the Democrats are resisting, we need to move on to the other illegal aliens and get them on the way home. If it takes martial law to get around these crooked Obama and Biden judges, then we need martial law to do it and kick out the illegals.

The Orwellian term "illegal immigrant" is an oxymoron. An "immigrant" is defined in our immigration statutes in the United States Code as someone who is lawfully going through the proper statutory immigration process. What Amendus is referring to is defined in our immigration laws as an "illegal alien". Calling the linejumping illegal aliens any type of "immigrant" is a huge insult to real immigrants.
Real immigrants have to undergo a lot of real due process in their application process including a thorough background check and a thorough medical examination. By sneaking in, illegal aliens evade the due process that real immigrants go through on the way in, so they are not entitled to any due process on the way out. Besides, simply sending them home does not deprive them of life, liberty, or property. If an illegal alien who is not a criminal is simply deposited in his home country, that does not deprive him of liberty, and certainly not of life or property. If he is in our country illegally, he does not belong here and his right to come back depends on making a legal application for immigration, not trying to take the law into his own hands by just coming because he feels like it. The Hungarians have a simple hearing for illegal aliens they capture. The illegals are immediately taken before a magistrate and asked their names, countries, and how they entered Hungary. They are also searched. At this point, they usually try to claim asylum, at which point the magistrate informs them they are not entitled to asylum because they entered from a safe country. The magistrate then immediately orders them expelled from Hungary. That is simple and quick. Since Mexico and Canada are both safe countries, that procedure would cover most illegal aliens entering the US.

Amendus: This deportation period is a sticky wicket, since these Illegals were aided and abetted by the Traitorous Administration of Treasonous President Biden.
I am not sure that the American People would agree to give all Illegals your idea of Due Process; however, if the trade off was the prosecution of the entirety of those responsible within the Idiot President's Administration for tens of millions of Illegals allowed to enter this Constitutional Republic, aided and abetted by these Non Patriot Bastards, the American People may consider differently. I would agree with that tradeoff. That would set a fine example for the Non Patriot Left to understand going forward what will come of their extra illegal, and inarguable non patriot actions.

Illegal immigrants in the United States have the right to due process, meaning they cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property without fair legal proceedings. This right is guaranteed by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. While the extent of due process protections may vary depending on the circumstances, all individuals, regardless of their immigration status, are entitled to some form of fair legal procedures.
Fifth Amendment: This amendment states that "No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law". Fourteenth Amendment: This amendment uses the Due Process Clause, which describes the legal obligation of all state governments to provide equal protection of the laws to all persons, regardless of their immigration status.

Concerned Taxpayer: I have NOT voted once in the affirmative on the myriad votes to originate and construct this "boondoggle," except to allow the trade for land to save the Beaufort County taxpayers $500,000.00, which was summarily voted down by the Center Left Coalition, those who always prefer to soak the Beaufort County taxpayer whenever possible, while swapping votes to share power.
My conditional vote at this point would not mean much; however, change in leadership is necessary at this time in so many points of origin here in Beaufort County.
