So if I were to drive by my ex-wife's house in Virginia just to see if she's there, for two weeks,that would be surveillance....or stalking?

It has been reported on this platform that one of our City Council members does NOT even live in Washington.
I wonder if the City police were sent to verify that all the Council members live where they say they live?
Its been reported on WITN at www.witn.com that the police were surveilling Ellen Brabo to verify that she actually lived at the B & B.
Shouldnt the police do the same for Council members?

Corrupt Govts are difficult to prosecute. Because as a City official told me:"It means whatever we say it means."
If it werent for th whistleblower, Brabo wouldnt have a leg to stand on, because the corrupt police would simple say, "we had a suspicion." On any connived suspicion, they could snoop around in her backyard whether it was fenced & locked or not & peek n her windows. They could do internet investigations on her,& even sic the other authorities on her, based on their lying talking-point "suspicions." NC lawyers would refuse to take a case against any police dept based on that fuzzy line w/ police authority. Lawyers cant be trusted, because in order to survive they had had to learn to wk jointly w/ th City,police, D.A.,Judges. They consider your civil rights expendable, but their survival must be protected. Under these conditions, whose word would u as a fellow "official" take? The City cabal, or Brabo's?

The City of Washington is corrupt.

As a county commissioner, I will not grant any county money until the corruption is gone, and all debts to the targeted individuals are settled.

Of course, because of the Center /Left - Left Coalition, it does not really matter about what I do or don't do.

Of course, if the City of Washington would police themselves against their abject corruption, that would be a good thing.

What would cut down the backlog even more is to follow the asylum treaties that do not require asylum claims to even be considered when the migrant enters from a safe country. Mexico and Canada are considered safe countries, so all migrants who entered through either of those borders should have their asylum claims summarily dismissed. This is what Hungary does through a very quick procedure in front of a magistrate.

WOW. The chairwoman of the Beaufort County Republican Party has called for the immediate resignation of Mayor Sadler over his ordering the police department to conduct illegal political surveillance on his main political opponent.

What gives Mayor Sadler absolute power as the tin horn dictator of city government is his control of the city council through the Three Stooges of his political machine, three yes men who will follow his orders without question. They are Richard Brooks, Anthony Tyre, and Antwon Horton. Brooks is in his 80s and illiterate. He has to be told what to do because he cannot read or write. Tyre does not even really live in Washington. He only has a mail drop address downtown. It is well known that in the last election, he was really living in Aurora, and he now really lives in Greenville.

If voters want honest and efficient city government, not dictated to by the Sadler political machine, they need to clean house of the Three Stooges of the Sadler machine.

Given that Brabo is running as an Unaffiliated, I do not know if it would help or hurt her for the Republican Party to jump into her race. What Sadler is doing to her reminds me of what those in Russiagate did to Trump. Those things are disgusting and do not belong in American politics.

If what I am hearing is correct, it is not "the local Autocrats (Uniparty)". It is the Democrat leftwing political machine of Mayor Sadler and the local Deep State. They are trying to change the local government rules to shut down the business of Sadler's opponent in the mayor's race, and had the local police follow her around for months to surveil her. Using the police against your political opponents is something one would expect in Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia, or some Third World banana republic, NOT in Washington, North Carolina, but it did happen here. Those responsible need to be tossed OUT on election day.
