Commented on A Question of TitleWashingtonian: I got the point. But the better point is to demand real transparency from those who would deny it.
Make a salient point to place the bright lamp of truth on those that should be removed from governing by the election process.

Not even close. A republican in California is a democrat in NC. Not to worry. Florida is too hot. Yankees move to NC instead turning the state purple.

You miss the entire point Stan. You, collecting data and providing it to the public will do a great deal of good for the public's benefit. They say daylight is a great disinfectant...but we need that daylight to know the truth, so we can organize to make changes...instead we just continue in the dark, and no one on the Board of Commissioners seems to want to make more than a minimal effort to provide any transparency... or to provide any tools/facts for us to digest, to cause the public to believe any of us have any chance of winning over this cabal in the county.

Imagine if that electric bus that burned up in Paris had been a school bus full of kids driving down the road when its battery decided to spontaneously combust and burn up the bus. How many would have made it off? Electric buses are death traps and should not be used as school buses.

The whole idea of foreign aid is to help countries that are struggling like those in the Third World, not pushing woke political agendas in a major industrialized western country in Eueope. What USAID was doing in the UK was preposturous. They also sent a big chunk of US taxpayer money to the left leaning BBC which is funded by the British govenrment. Why? They funded a major international censorship organization there. Why? THey are funding illegal immigration into the UK. Why? What if CHina funded illegal immigration into the US?
Good riddance to the politically corrupt USAID.

If it was not for the the county commissioners, and the NC General Assembly, and the federal offices being majority Republican, we would definitely be a Blue State,

It is great to have a real president again, one who can communicate without a teleprompter and notes, and can actually answer questions from the media. Joe was a joke, a front man for a secretive politburo which really ran the country, and one that we will probably never know all the details about.

Commented on A Question of TitleWashingtonian: I will not ask the Center-Left Coalition, I will ask those bureaucrats that they hire to do their jobs as is their charge a public employees, and if the Center-Left Coalition wishes to stop them from doing their jobs, then that is information the public will have.
You have to understand that this is a public body, and a public body must be forced to act and work for the public. Eventually, I will get the information that is necessary to understand what is real for posterity, but for NOW, me personally collecting data will mean nothing to RINOs and Democratic Socialists, so, I will have to go through the channels, especially since whatever I do NOW will only be for informational purposes since the $500,000.00 has already been wasted by the Center-Left Coalition.

Commented on A Question of TitleSo Commissioner Deatherage, you are saying you wont use your considerable knowledge in Real Estate and Govt, to search through public data bases on behalf of finding answers for the public... you indicate you will only wait until each Commissioner's meeting to ask the "center-left coalition" for answers that you know you'll never get.
How about you, Commissioner Richardson, can you find answers for the public regarding this 4-9 acre boondoggle? Title search? Tax value? Chain of ownership? Isnt it a matter of Public Records? Thank you in advance.

Thanks to Soros funded NC Attorney General Jeff Jackson, our state is the ugly purple/blue spot of the southeastern states. We have become the California of the South, and that is truly disgraceful.

IT was Biden's insane energy policies that drove inflation so high. Energy is a component of the price of most everything. Trump has reversed those polcies, but the impact of that is hardly instantaneous. Expecting it to be is a leftist scam to set up a straw man to knock down.
And I notice Bobbie has nothing to say about the miserable impact on jobs of the Biden economy.

The Democratic Socialist Propagandistic Media, Orwellian in Scope, in alliance with the corrupt to the point of criminal Big Corporate Tech /Social Media, the corrupt and incredibly stupid, unconstitutional administration of Idiot President Biden, and all incompetent Democratic Socialists and RINOs everywhere, including here in Beaufort County, are completely responsible for this attempted destruction of our first amendment's guaranteed right to Freedom of Speech and a Free Press.

Commented on A Question of TitleWill Simmons: You are right about everything, including the purposeful fact that one with a modicum of forensic evaluating skills could figure all of this chain of title out, including myself, who possesses those skills; however ...
From a political /proper governing sense, I believe it wise take a public request path to see just how far, and how deep the incompetence within two Beaufort County governing boards runs ... with the Beaufort County Commissioners possessing the awesome police power to tax with impunity to use as a balancing agent to assuage their incompetence when it comes to managing the People's money. Simply put, the people, the voters here in Beaufort County need to publicly witness to what level these incompetent politicians /bureaucrats will sink to cover-up their inane inability to exhibit any measure of public wisdom within all matters pertaining to good government. For far too long, I have incredulously witnessed, fist hand, this broad measure of governing incompetence by majority vote. Right now, right blessed NOW, the public needs to WAKE UP, become informed and take the initiative to elect smarter politicians to, by a voting majority, hire far more competent bureaucrats ... not only in Beaufort County, but wherever bad governing in the norm, which is far too wide here where we govern ourselves in this Representative Republic.

Commented on A Question of TitleWashingtonian: I have sought answers in open session, and I will continue to do so because of the symbolism in this public affair is of such a sorry nature.
Now, as your county commissioner, I will continue to probe for these answers in public because it is such a public affair, and all that needs to be known, needs to be known by all, and it needs to be known publicly, and as much as can be possible by everyone at the same time. This is how I see the political process.
