As the world seems to teeter on the brink of chaos, many wonder how much longer until reality itself unravels before their eyes.

    But there is hope yet.

In "End of the World," a new series streaming on DailyWire+, French Canadian icon carver and public speaker Jonathan Pageau offers a thoughtful framework to make sense of these confusing times, placing the chaos in historical context and providing a roadmap to lead us out of the clown world and restore order. Episode 1 of the series, titled "State of Chaos," was released Wednesday - delving into how people can interpret "the very strange things" seemingly taking over the world today.

"When you become obsessed with the strange, you are reaching the end of an identity. The main narrative of our world seems to be something like a clown world," Pageau says in the series premiere. "We're moving into a world that is so controlling the assault on all our holidays, the assault on our origin, the assault on all the things which tend to bind us together."

"We can look at history. We can also look at ancient stories in the Bible. Also different myths, you know, ancient stories that can help us understand how together we can survive the end of the world," he continues.

Pageau introduces "End of the World" as a series on "how we can recognize the signs of how a world is coming to an end, how a civilization is coming to its end."

"And so hopefully in the next few hours, I'll be able to give people a little bit of a roadmap to understand what is happening around us today, to get a sense of why it is that most people on both sides of the aisle feel like things are unraveling," he says.

The "end of the world" doesn't necessarily mean the fire-from-heaven apocalypse most people think of when they hear the ominous phrase, according to Pageau. Rather, it could mean the end of a civilization and a way of life.

"Worlds are starting and ending all the time at different scales. People are born and die, you know, families start to fall apart," Pageau says. "But now it feels like it's bigger. The signs are showing us that what's falling apart and what's coming undone is much bigger than these little worlds. So we're seeing the fight for even the narrative of the United States or the narrative of the West. It's going to decide what the story is."

"End of the World" will release an episode every Wednesday beginning December 6 until the fourth and final episode on December 27. The series will stream exclusively on DailyWire+.
