It's interesting. As we watch the Obamacare implementation fiasco play out, the ineptitude of the people who specified, designed and built the site is simply amazing.

Several weeks ago it was Harry Reid threatening to invoke the "Nuclear Option" (i.e. changing the Senate rules so that a simple majority would be all that is required to pass legislation) if the Reps didn't do whatever it was he wanted.
