On March 3, 2012, Investigator Wesley Waters applied for and obtained warrants charging Robert Manley Narron, age 22, of Jordan Narron Road in Selma and Tracey Matthew Narron, age 38, of Creech’s Church Road in Kenly with one count each of Common Law Robbery and one count each of Larceny of a Dog.

Tuesday Washington police arrested Tracy Lynn Spivey, age 36 of Windsor NC for a Common Law Robbery that occurred in Walmart parking lot on Sunday afternoon as a result an allegation that someone snatched a woman’s purse while knocking her down and leaving the scene.
