When your right, your right. And I was guy. After a while, it was easy to be that guy, and trust me on this one, Liberals, like yourself, will never understand that guy.

There is one thing about this guy that many folks don't understand: There was a time when I would relish the opportunity for someone to come at me with a 2x4. If you know what to do, at what instant to do it, and the resolve and power to do it, there is so much damage that one can inflict on an assailant, and in a very short period of time.

You sure have. You missed me.

There is a right way and a wrong way to do everything. I did it the RIGHT way, about 97% of the time.

Conservatives of my ilk are near perfect governing entities, and I have an eighteen year record to prove it. There are others like me, although, we a not the norm.

About 3 to 4% of all my decisions have been mistakes in hindsitght, but there is no hindsight in governing.

What Conservatives like me conserve is foremost: the truth, honor, integrtiy and dignity, then the Constitution, then fiscal soundness, exemplary in math, then fairness in administering government equally, then mapping out a more logical path forward, and I was right 96 to 97% of the time ... a uniquely solid record.

The problem here is that Liberals generally don't like the bona fide Conservative, the wise Conservative such as myself; and then there are the Conservative fakes, the RINOs, which Liberals seem to tolerate openly.

I'm honored not to be tolerated on these governing levels.

The difference is here, now, there are no Liberals, anywhere, who can boast these truths in any governing circles, or at any governing level.

Name one.

Commented on American Sniper

This film has been in the news of late with some repressive college campuses refusing to show the film at their student unions, which is college tradition just before these films go to video.

One does not always know why Liberals and their indoctrinating institutions of middling learning despise the 1st Amendment, but they do.

BCN is all about the First Amendment, so we are proud to serve as a beacon of intellectual enlightenment to Liberal colleges and universities that just can't make the ethical and Constitutional grade.

"Up your (my) but"? This hasn't anything to do with your celebration of gay marriage: Does it?

Thanks Gene.

And thanks for the two possibly new Liberal 'group think' (buzz) words/phrases. Bush / Cheney. Should I list them separately or as one entity

Well then, what ever makes the World happy. the whole World, all the time.

Great foreign policy Gene. Reminds me of Barack Hussein.

Come on Gene ... Well, you did give me my first good laugh of the day.

You are really hung up on those 40 terrorist who got water-boarded. Maybe they should not have been terrorist ... or is it Freedom Fighters for you Liberals.

I have a magic answer: Produce the private server fully intact, which is actually public property at this point. To not do so is theft, which also makes your dear, Liberal champion a thief.

You expect me to sit quietly while you Liberals ask this nation to replace a liar with a thief in the People's executive office.

I don't think so.

How's that for "name calling"?

I reckon one Liberal's "name calling" is one Conservative's perfect descriptor.

Liberty. Freedom. Sanctity of life. The Constitution. The Republic. I could continue, but I haven't the time.

I will not defend Jeb Bush because that is not my "Cross to Bear". If he is directly guilty of any wrongdoing, he should be prosecuted.

Group think and buzz words/phrases are the Democrat way.

I find it interesting that a whole movement of people can be swayed by these words, but what really gets my interest is the coding in these words that have no bases in its etymology.

No, as long as Democrats can be moved so by these Simple things, and, of course, all the free stuff that they did not work for, I will do my anthropological best to understand it and report my findings.

Thanks Gene. You just gave me three more Liberal buzz words: greed, progressive, regressive. I'll add them now.

Any more?
Commented: Thursday, April 9th, 2015 @ 9:40 pm By: Stan Deatherage
Actually, "Koch Brothers" is one of the top 'Group Think' buzz phrases by Liberals, like yourself, but there are more, and I will continue to work on that list that I started a while back here.

To date the Liberals 'Group Think' code words and buzz words/phrases are: racist, gay, "hate", progressive, diversity, empowerment, neanderthal, "Republican War on Women", mean-spirited, social justice, 1%, Koch Brothers, stakeholders, Rush Limbaugh, Faux News, awareness, green, affordable (means someone else pays for it), (just) Hannity, greed, Bush, Cheney (or Bush/Cheney), disenfranchisement, Trickle Down, Halliburton, regressive ...

Let me know if you have anymore?

Actually, you Liberals need to discover Mark Levin as a new buzz phrase for Liberal 'Group Think' speak. He is a concentrated version of Hannity, not quite a Rush Limbaugh, but close.

You have to understand that there will be non Liberals that will embrace Carly's message, right?
Commented: Thursday, April 9th, 2015 @ 11:44 am By: Stan Deatherage
Was it that you don't like Carly, or you just don't like Conservatives as opposed to Liberals that you really do like?

But still, I don't get the whole woman angle, other than it is a presumed issue that Liberals like to talk about, but only in Liberal terms.
Commented: Wednesday, April 8th, 2015 @ 9:48 pm By: Stan Deatherage
"Republican War on Women" or the Republican War on Stupid?

Hmmm. I think I will go with latter. Hillary has sufficiently proven that she has the stupid market cornered: beaufortcountynow.com

Exactly. You just made my point.

This is not about me. It is not about Conservative vs. Liberal. This is not about Bush/Cheney. This is about the stupidity of Liberals negotiating the way forward, when the situation is far beyond their ability to comprehend the reality of it.
Commented: Sunday, April 5th, 2015 @ 8:10 pm By: Stan Deatherage
I know you Liberals are blind to real world events; it is a condition of the Liberal; however, the Middle East is on fire, and that is not good for anybody.

Your president, our golfing, selfie inspired Neville Chamberlain, has surrendered what our good soldiers had so significantly won, and he will be remembered well as the worst president of our time, which speaks very poorly for his low-information electorate.

Real American's will never be able to trust that a Democrat will ever keep them safe again, or run an economy for that matter.

This will all end very badly, even for the low-information Liberal.

Three thoughts here: Quit using the word hate every time you defend favorite president; Israel does not love your president; Surrender is not progress or diplomacy.

The romanticized South, both good and bad, is really no different than anywhere else. We lived, We died, We struggle on.

I will always offer that what is at the core of all people, our People, is the land. That will will always be unique and remarkable.

Good article from a good Democrat publication.

Cruz really shakes up the core Democrats, and I really dig that. I would love to see him debate Ms. Benghazi.

If he had done the foreign policy debate rather than Mitt, who was just too nice of a guy (however a smart guy), he would have put that Heifer Candy Crowley back in her stall, and he would ripped Commander Stupid limb from intellectual limb.

That is the brand of candidate, I will most support right now - one that will fight for my Republic at home and abroad.
Commented: Monday, March 30th, 2015 @ 6:21 am By: Stan Deatherage
As per the Clinton legal machine to the Benghazi Select Committee, Hillary wiped her server clean to avoid any public oversight of her communications as Secretary of State.

If only Richard Nixon could have been so lucky during his Watergate years. What a double standard for this patently dishonest Democrat.

I pray Ms. Benghazi will be the Democrat nominee for president in 2016.
Commented: Sunday, March 29th, 2015 @ 6:45 pm By: Stan Deatherage
We'll be talking about Ted Cruz, and soon. He is at the top of the pack for me.

He is very smart, and I am so tired of stupid.

Talking about stupid, Hillary may have wiped her the hard drive of her server. Nobody does that. It is not like a hard drive on a personal computer that becomes corrupted from downloading stuff.

It's like the "dress". Actually I got the color of the "dress" right immediately.

Regardless of what Photoshop can do to a picture after the fact, I remember that I saw a more lavender hue from the darkening day. I always shoot in average white balance mode, so I would like to think that the camera is sensing the reality of the moment.
Commented: Thursday, March 26th, 2015 @ 4:52 pm By: Stan Deatherage
Actually, I eventually got pretty cold in my fingers, and, as you can tell, it was getting darker fast.

I shot the bulk of these images at about: 400 to 800 ISO, shutter speed of from 1/50th to 1/80th of a second, focal length of about 14 to 20 out of about 4 to 28.

Actually, now, a college education does not mean as much as it use to.

Colleges, like primary and secondary education, have become a mill for the education industry bureaucrats, which really frustrates people, like myself, who need smart young people to learn real stuff, and for the educators, who really do care, and want the same things as people like myself.

Community Colleges work fine as they are; however, if they are to upgrade anything, it is to upgrade their knowledge of what is truly needed out there, and are they truly capable of delivering it.

Some times they are, and sometimes they are not.

"American Sniper" may have won only 1 Oscar out of 6, but it is still the highest grossing film in 2015, with $341,500,000 for the domestic box office since it opened in wide release nearly two months ago in January, 2015, with the most recent weekend total of $2,930,000.
