Commented on War on free speech hits new levels in US and EuropeThe left in the US is pushing this "hate speech" censorship, too, and one of the big targets where this censorship has taken root is suppressing any criticism of illegal immigration. There have been members of the European parliament from Italy, Belgium, and Romania investigated for "hate speech".

Jake (or should that be "Joke") Tapper is an extreme partisan hack who should not be anywhere near a fair political debate. You can be sure that his questions on illegal immigration, one of the two top issues for voters, will be designed to cover for Biden, as they will on all issues.
There is also little doubt that crooked CNN will give Biden the questions ahead of time, like they got caught doing with Hillary Clinton.

There needs to be a comprehensive plan and it is good that the Trump team are working on it. One aspect should be zero tolerance for criminal law violations - spit on the sidewalk or jaywalk, and back home they go. Much as it goes against the grain to pay them to leave, this can actually be cheaper and quicker for those who will respond. Several European countries and Israel have had success with this technique. They would pay more in welfare and deportation costs than the money they pay them to just leave. Another would be to cut off all welfare to them of every sort.
And, of course, the border needs to be secured so we do not have this problem continue.

It makes perfect sense that Biden would be Obama's sock puppet. Biden often seems so clueless that he does not know where he is or what day it is. Obama started bringing in the "refugees" from places like Somalia in a big way. Biden's open borders are just a massive expansion of that.
Obama has seen the mayhem that masses of Muslim migrants have brought to Europe and so he has manuvered Biden to get the idiots in Congress (including our own moronic Greg Murphy) to approve $3.5 Billion to bring in Muslim migrants to the US as "refugees" He is probably looking mostly at the neo-nazi Gazans.

What really needs prosecution in the next administration is the RICO conspiracy among the Biden apparatus to thwart our immigration laws. Biden and all of those involved with that scheme need to be charged and prosecuted, and that should happen in a place with a very conservative jury pool and conservative judges.

If anything should be punished it should be anyone who calls an illegal alien an "immigrant". This is highly insulting to real immigrants who came here the right way and is very distressing to them. It is also a misuse of the term "immigrant" which under the definitions in federal immigration law ONLY applies to those who came here the right way. An illegal alien should be called what he is, an "illegal alien".

This problem is in a number of European countries, with Scotland just passing a "hate speech" law and Ireland on the verge of one. It is being applied to political speech by elected officials. A Belgian member of the European Union parliament is now under investigation for citing his own national government's statistics on asylum seeker migrants and crime in a speech on the floor of the EU parliament. A member of France's Senate has been charged for posting "Immigration kills" after the brutal rape and murder of a young French girl by an asylum seeker migrant.

There have been sexual assault problems with the thousands of unvetted Afghans that Biden let in to the US after his chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan. Now Biden wants to take in some of the one million Afghan migrants that Pakistan is in the process of mass deportation back to their home country. No wonder that Pakistan does not want them. Why should we?

Sadly, when Panama gets this route shut down, Biden will probably just step up flying them in illegally.

What this really does is put most of the DACA illegal aliens on Medicaid by presidential directive from Biden. The reason is that Obamacare is a continum of programs and for those under a certain income limit, that puts them on Medicaid, which is totaly paid for by taxpayers. Few of the DACA illegal aliens will have an income to put them in any Obamacare category other than Medicaid.
In contrast, LEGAL immigrants are statutorially not eligible for Medicaid or any other welfare program for at least five years after arrival. This is yet another outrage where Biden has by executive directive made illegal changes in laws passed by Congress.

Biden has put a particular focus on bringing Venezuelan migrants into the country, but they seem to be the migrants most prone to crime. 1,000 Venezuelan migrants arrested for crimes in one city in 3 months is very telling. Biden's migrant pipeline has also brought Venezuelan crimimal gangs into our country, including the extremely violent Tren de Araguq criminal gang.

Illegal aliens are a drag on the economy in all western countries. In Germany, for example, 60% of the welfare payments in the entire country go to illegal alien "asylum seekers". If countries would cut off the welfare, they would eliminate a lot of the "pull" factor for illegal aliens.

Muslim jihadi terrorist groups have boasted about using the "refguee" stream to send their fighters into Europe. Biden opening the door to radicalized Gazans will give Hamas and Herzbollah the opportunity to do that here. Who in their right mind thinks they won't? Biden seeks to exchange the safety and security of Americans for a few Muslim votes for his reelection.

Immigration law is complex, and it has been obeyed and enforced by presidents up to lawless Biden. In fact, there are some aspects of asylum treaties which other countries are enforcing but no US president has done so as yet. For example, someone already in a safe country is not entitled to claim asylum in a third country. If we would just enforce those treaty provisions, we could shut down asylum requests coming from those crossing both our southern and northern borders.
If you want to know the complexities of immigration law, talk to a legal immigrant. Those complexities are still enforced as to them, although Biden wavies them for illegal aliens who thumb their noses at our laws.

First of all it is a major LEGAL issue. We have a lawless regime in power that refuses to obey our duly adopted immigration laws. Those who are in the US in violation of those laws need to be rounded up and sent home. Then the lawless politicicans responsible need to be prosecutred for it. The only political issuer is finding politicians with the backbone to obey and enforce the law, like Donald Trump.

That is the way Biden and his handlers operate - totally lawless scoflaws. They have done the same thing with immigration law, refusing to follow what Congress has duly passed and trying to rewrite it with executive orders and regulations that fly in the face of our duly adopted immigration laws. Now lawless Biden is trying to do the same in education. The threat of dictatoship in our country is coming from Biden and his handlers, and it is coming on multiple fronts.

Illegal immigration is a problem all over the western world. Australia's crackdown, Operation Sovereign Borders, is a model of success. Biden's policies are a model of failure. The House has passed months ago a strong border security bill, H.R.2, but the Senate refuses to take it up.
A lot of Democrats are going to lose their seats on this issue in November. Indeed, even AOC has an anti-immigration challenger in her DEMOCRAT PRIMARY. German youth are waking up on the immigration issue, and as time goes on, more American youth will, as well.

The "hate speech" mafia is also going after those who oppose illegal immigration. A French Senator is facing criminal "hate speech" charges for a social media post that "immigration kills" after a young French girl was brutally raped and murdered by an illegal alien "asylum seeker". Three members of the European parliament, from Italy, Belgium, and Romania are also facing "hate speech" complaints over remarks they made on the floor of the EU parliament. The Belgian MEP had quoted statistics from his own national government on the number of asylum seekers arrested for crimes. The Italian MEP had stated her feelings about "honor killings" among Islamic "asylum seekers", the victims of which are almost all women. To the far left, this is now called "hate speech" and they want to punish people for it.

Fortunately, in America our First Amendment protects us from this hate speech malarky. That is not true in Europe, and if you look at where "hate speech" laws have taken root, they ARE being used to suppress a wide range of political ideas. The French senator prosecuted for posting "immigration kills" on social media is not the only example of opponents of illegal immigration being attacked using "hate speech" laws. But it goes beyond that as feminists are also being prosecuted for trying to defend womens spaces against biological men. In Finland, a former member of that country's cabinet has even been prosecuted for "hate speech" for posting a Bible verse online (she was found non guilty).
BTW, saying Hispanics _ illegal aliens IS racist. Being an illegal alien is a matter of violating our immigration laws, NOT someone's ethnic identity.
