Two Georgia women sued New Yorker Guiliani in Washington, DC for defamation. Why was that? Because DC judges and juries have proven themselves highly partisan. It is a place where one goes for a Stalin show trial. They will nail Republicans just for being Republican, and give a pass to a Democrat just for being a Democrat.

Judge shopping and forum shooping has always been something of a problem in our court system, but in the last few years, it has become a political problem, too. Venue should have been in Georgia, and fair trials for political cases can no longer be had in Washington, DC.

While I haven't followed the ins and outs of that case, I have watched in disgust the way cases with a political aspect are handled in Washington, DC, and it is shameful for American justice.

This was also NOT a freedom of speech case, so you are again trying to deflect. The "actual reality" that applies to freedom of speech is that the corrupt MSM media suppressed critical information in the 2020 election about the material on Hunter Biden's laptop which changed the outcome of the election. It is that corrupt media that ought to be paying out many millions of dollars for what they did or better yet their execs spending many, many years in prison for election interference.

There is also what is called the "court of public opinion". Voters were entitled to know about the indications of corruption which went up to the Big Guy to make up their minds in the election. Voters were denied that by partisan collusion of the MSM media which suppressed the story for political reasons. That is election interference by the MSM. Polls showed it would have changed the results if it had been reported honestly instead of suppressed.

The "standards" of the leftwing MSM Big Media are supporting the leftwing / Democrat narrative. Anything that goes against that narrative they sweep under the rug and they spin the rest of it to fit that narrative.

The Hunter Biden laptop is a good example, something they suppressed because it hurt the Biden campaign if people knew about it. That was a deliberate act of political interference and all the MSM media were in on it. Post election polls show that if it had been reported honestly, Trump would have won. The MSM are the lapdogs of the Democrats and the left.

Al Gore wants to institutionalize that sort of election interference by only telling the "politically correct" side of the story. BTW, that cartoon shows just how much Gore looks like a much older version of Greta Thunberg. Gore himself is a good example of MSM media sweeping things under the rug, like his multiple sexual assaults on women,

I remember when some leftist called Thunberg Joan of Arc, and my first thought was "when's the bonfire?" It has always been known that she has a variety of mental health issues.

But when it comes to the crazy eyes on this junior league dingbat Thunberg, the best comparison I have seen was a large banner of her put up in California posted beside beside a Hitler banner from Nuremburg in the 1930s. The facial expressions and crazy look in the eyes were identical. It was uncanny.

One has to remember that Hitler used environmentalism in his politics, just like Thunberg. Now Thunberg is pushing Hitler's position on the Jews.

What you did, Bigot Bob, was expose your own dishonesty and extremism. The US Supreme Court banned separate but equal in the 1950s and schools could no longer be assinged based on race. One of the things many school systems did in response was to adopt a freedom of choice for parents, as the county I lived in did, that allowed parents to choose any school in the county for their children as long as they provided transportation. High school attendance districts were large enought that all of them included some black students, and I think probably all junior high school districts did, but probably not all of the much smaller elementary school districts. No one was assigned to a school based on race.

The radical case you mention imposed arbitrary quotas on all schools, destroying the concept of meighborhood schools and required the hated massive forced bussing. Whites and blacks alike despised the long bus rides that radical court, which you clearly support, imposed.

If we haven't already learned it on these boards you are a radical far left extremist. You hate white people and you make exsues for the racist war cfimes of the Hamas terrorists against Jewish Israeli civilians.

You might want to sign up for remedial reading. I posted that I was a STUDENT in elementary school in 1964, NOT the principal.

I grew up in a large urban county. The high school attendance zones were large enough that all of them had black students. My high school was 10-12% black when I started, and all other high schools also clearly had black students because we saw some of them on the sports teams when we played them and in the opposing stands. Similarly, there were black students, but a smaller percentage in my junior high school. Again, when we played in other schools in sports, there were blacks on the field and in the stands. Elementary school attendance zones were the smallest and so they may or may not have had black students. In some cases, it may have been only when parents sent them there by freedom of choice.

The American judicial system let us down in 2020. The Democrats had a lawyer going all over the country using Covid as an excuse, and got elections conducted under systems contrary to existing law iw ways that made it easier to cheat. He often colluded with Democrat run elections boards or secretaries of states in a "sue and settle" scam. When challenged, our courts refused to uphold established and duly adopted election law against these scams. The courts failure to stand up for our election laws prior to the election was an outrage and led to the fraud on election day. As expected, they buried their heads in the sand after the stolen election, oo.
