Ironically, it the first attempt at secession in early 1861, Zebulon Vance was the leader of the successful anti-secession forces. When Lincoln demanded troops to invade our fellow southern states, Vance switched sides and supported secession. In fact, the story goes that he was in the middle of a pro-Union stump speech when he was handed a note about Lincoln's demand for troops and immediately switched his position and ended the speech calling for secession.

These mindless attacks on our history by the Marxist oriented American left are very similar to Red China's Maoist "Cultural Revolution".

If you read Tillis' statement closely, he only promises to vote against her on the floor. He implies she will get out of committee to have a floor vote, and is silent on whether he will vote to send her nomination to the floor. If Tillis does that, then he is a useful idiot for the Democrats. Republicans need to contact his office and tell him the vote of his that we are watching on this nomination is his vote in committee, and we expect him to vote against sending this awful nomination to the Senate floor.

Wind and solar are the OPPOSITE of energy independence. They rely on raw materials and equipment from Red China. Wind and solar not only mean expensive and unreliable electricity but also dependence on China. McCrory's appointees on the state Board of Education thwarted efforts by parents and legislators to end the failing Common Core Math that was dumbing down our students. Like many of his appointments they were establishment hacks, not good Republicans or conservatives. Putting a CRT advocate in as chairman, before most of the public was even aware of CRT just makes it worse. McCrory is NOT a guy we want as a US Senator.

McCrory was clearly going soft on HB2 before the 2016 election, but he did not fully flip flop on it until after his defeat. His weaseling on HB2 did not help him. His lieutenant governor, Dan Forrest, was a very outspoken supporter of HB2 and won handily. What doomed McCrory was screwing parts of the GOP base on other issues. His support of widely unpopular toll lanes on I-77 cost him more votes in northern Mecklneburg and southern Iredell County than his overall margin of loss, for example. Those Republican voters voted for the rest of the GOP ticket but NOT McCrory. He lost southern heritage voters over his mindless attack on Sons of Confederate Veterans license plates and commercial fishermen over his appointment of radical environmentalists to the Marine Fisheries Commission. McCrory was a multi-faceted disaster as governor, and he would be so as a senator.

A large number of cases involving menstrual changes in women after taking the mRNA COvid vaccines is being studied by European medical authorities. Many women have seen extremely heavy menstruation month after month since taking the vaccine while others have stopped menstruating entirely. Also, there have been many still births and miscarriages of pregnant women who have taken the mRNA vaccines.

Germany is also sending Ukraine 19 armored vehicles and fuel supplies. It has apparently released its block on NATO countries sending German made military equipment. It was allowed the Netherlands to send 500 anti-tank weapons. Germany has also agreed to allow the SWIFT system's for currency transfer to be at least partially blocked to Russia.

France also announced today that they are sending weapons, but it was not announced what they were. Hopefully they will include some of their anti-ship missiles so the Ukrainians can start sinking some of Russia's Black Sea Fleet.

Police in Canberra, Australia's capital have confirmed use of a dangerous and controversial LRAD device at the Freedom convoy rally. The Long Range Accoustic Device (LRAD) can operate in two modes and in one of them can cause permanent hearing loss and brain damage. Some in the protest crowd are claiming injuries. The police were forced to admit under questioning in the Australian Senate that they had deployed the LRAD, but claimed they only used it on the milder setting. A senator from the anti-immigration One Nation Party was instrucmental in drawing this admission out of the police.

Sen. Jim Perry (RINO=-Kinston) is a special interest whore, who is bought and paid for by many special interest groups. He represents the special interests who give him money, not the people of his district. Perry was also a key figure in giving NC the green new deal (HB951) going totally against the NCGOP platform, because he is in the hip pocket of the utility monopoly and wind / solar grifter special interests. He is pushing for the Obamacare Medicaid Expansion because he is in the hip pocket of the big medicine special interests.

Perry was never involved in the GOP until he sold his business and was looking for something to do with his time and decided to go after a State Senate vacancy. He is an opportunist of the worst order and badly needs a primary.

There was a case in Argentina a few weeks ago where a healthy 3 year old had a heart attack and died the day after getting a Covid vaccine shot. The child's mother loudly blamed the government because the only reason she had her daughter vaccinated was a government mandate for her to attend a preschool program.

Giving kids these dangerous vaccines is child abuse.
