partisan hack Obama and Biden judges are abusing power
Rogue federal district judges appointed by Obama and by Biden's autopen are continuing to play political games to disrupt deportations of illegal aliens by the Department of Homeland Security. They are grossly abusing power to do that in what is a blatant judicial power grab.
Now, the executive branch is fighting back. The US Department of Justice has formally asked the US Supreme Court to put a stop to this abuse of power by rogue district judges.

Our founding fathers said the Judicial branch should be th3e weakest of the three branches of government, Unfortunately, lefty judges have been usurping the power of the other branches, first by legislating from the bench, usurping legislative power and now by trying to seize executive power .Federal judges are unelected and unaccountable, which makes this scheme totally undemocratic .Indeed, it is a threat to democracy.
While the problem of rogue partisan judges has existed for a while, it has become endemic in our judicial system with the Obama and Biden judges. Many id them have been political hacks, Democrat contributors and activists. They sometimes even defy the Supreme Court in their political rulings. |

The American judiciary are, generally speaking, not partisan hacks. This kind of talk reminds me of Germany 1939. Many of you hate the comparison. In response, I would say, stop making it so freaking easy.
