We need to eliminate this anchor baby concept, which is a questionable interpretation of the Constitution anyway. The Supreme Court has never directly ruled on that. Most countries base citizenship on the nationality of the parents, not the location where the child happens to be born. For example, if you have an ancestor who was a German citizen in 1871, you are entitled to German citizenship, but just being born there does not automatically make you a German citizen.

The same thing is happening in Europe. Here is a town of 4,000 people in Bavaria where the German govenrment wants to put 500 illegal alien migrants.

Bavaria is the only German state that when the current German Federal Republic was created reserved the right to secede and resume the independence they had prior to 1870. Maybe it is time for them to tell the German government that they might just do that if they send any more illegal aliens to Bavaria.

US immigration law as passed by Congress provides for those wishing to immigrate to apply properly, be vetted, provide assurances they will not become a public charge, and be approved before they come. Those who just crash the border are called "illegal aliens" and are NOT entitled to enter the US. Obama and now Biden-Harris, through unlawful executive orders and rules have perverted our immigration laws passed by Congress. Catch and release, parole pipelines, DACA, etc. are NOT approved by Congress.

The House passed HR2 to tighten up and reform the situation at the border but the Democrats in the Senate refuse to call it up for a vote. Instead, they offered an open borders bill to legitimize Biden's open borders practices, but do not have the votes to pass it. It is an awful bill that just makes things worse. HR2 is what we need to solve the border problem.

The Dmeocrats are trying to fundamentally alter America with their border politics, to bring in more voters for their side. That is who is playing politics on the issue. If we could just get the actual immigration law we already have, as passed by Congress years ago, enforced that would do a lot to help the problem, but HR2 adds even more.

There have been two immigration bills in the current Congress, the tough one that solves real problems is HB2 which has passed the House of Representatives but the Democrats are blocking it in the Senate.

The sellout bill that legitimizes a lot of Biden-Harris regimes illegal actions and power grabs was dead on arrival in the Senate, rejected by virtually all Republicans of all stripes. One of its sponsors was Undocumented Democrat / RINO / Democrat in Drag James Lankford of Oklahoma. Lankford's sellout to Biden and the far left in sponsoring that bill led to the Oklahoma Republican Party disowning him and withdrawing all support from him. He will be dogmeat in his next primary if he even runs, due to his despicable sellout to the far left. That bill was an open borders bill on steroids, but lying liberals want to call it a "tough" bill. The only ones it was tough on were American citizens and taxpayers.

What Biden and Harris have done on the border amounts to high treason. They are refusing to ehforce the immigration laws passed by Congress and are facilitaring an invasion of our country. The most outrageous is their "parole pipeline" where they actually fly illegal aliens who have not even applied for proper immigration from South America to the US. They briefly shut that program down when an Inspector General found rampant fraud in it, but have now reopened it without doing anything to stop the fraud.

The Mexican criminal cartels are getting rich off of the Biden-Harris open border, making a lot more money off of human smuggling than they do from drugs. I wonder how much of that money is being laundered to the Democrats through ActBlue to keep their gravy train rolling.

The difference bettwen legal immigrants and illegal aliens is that legal immigrants are fully vetted to be sure they do not become moochers on American taxpayers.

According to Gov. Abbott's stats, 6,500 non-citizens have already been removed from Texas voter rolls, and that is even before Atty. Gen. Paxton's investigations. In Virgina, is was over 8,000, and the most recent batch in Ohio was over 800. Sadly, our Democrat controlled elections boards in NC are doing nothing on this. We need a Republican govenor to get a GOP majority on those boards so we can straighten out our voter rolls.

New York is cutting police, parks, even education for its own citizens to pay for these parasites. Given the increase in illegal alien migrant crime, cutting the police is particularly serious. PUtting the illegal aliens in nice hotels has driven hotel room prices for business and tourism travel to New York City into the stratosphere. The "parole pipelline" that was just shut down for massive fraud involved Biden-Harris flying in illegal aliens, some previously deported, direct from their home countries at taxpayer expense, at the rate of 30,000 per month for much of the administration. That is certainly bringing them in, and at OUR expense. Otherwise, "catch and release" is letting them in. It ought to be "catch and expell". Ending the Trump policy of Remain in Mexico is also bringing them in.

That bill you bellyache about, Little Bobbie, did nothing to stop illegal immigration, but to the contrary it codified Biden-Harris open borders policies. That "one of their own" was an amnesty hound traitor from Oklahoma, who will be dealt with in his next primary. The Oklahome GOP has withdrawn its support from him.
