Gene, once again, you got your facts wrong: The plans to close Dorthea Dix were made when Democrat Mike Easley was governor, when both the NC House and NC Senate were controlled by the Democrats, and was officially closed in 2010, when Democrat Beverly Perdue was governor, and both houses were still in Democrat control.

If all Liberals are as mixed up as you, there is no wonder why the lot of you, with your 'Group-think' condition kicking in, get so much, so wrong, so often.

I have always wondered why Liberals, such as yourself, who don't believe in information, or the education to process information would have the temerity to believe that they can run things.
