Illegal aliens present a real threat to democracy, especially in collusion with the Biden Democrats. Some of the NGOs funded by Biden with taxpayer dollars have been caught given out info to illegal aliens while they are still in Mexico about registering to vote when they get to the US. Everyone, in whatever capacity, who has facilitated or promoting illegal aliens illegally registering to vote should be indicted and imprisoned. Trump needs to have a special prosecutor appointed to systematically handle this. Even years before Trump, a poll of illegal aliens in California revealed that shocking number of them admitted haveing illegally voted in American elections. There also need to be very severe criminal penalties on illegal aliens who do this.

Next year, when Trumpr returns as President, they will get what they really deserve, a trip to back where they care from so they will no longer mooch off of Americans.

This is a needed step, but what is really needed is draconian criminal penalties for any foreign citizen registering to vote, and even more severe if they actually vote. Foreign citizens voting in our elections should not be tolerated and should be punished very severely when it happens.

There was a poll in California some years ago among illegal aliens and a shocking number of them admitted to pollsters that they were voting in US elections. The Texas Democrat Party was caught a few years ago doing a mass mailing of voter registration forms to Hispanics with the "American citizen" box already pre-checked, and that same year a major Democrat candidate was caught sending out a mass email asking supporters to volunteer to "give undocumented immigrants rides to the polls".

Here is North Carolina, the Voter Integriry Project in Wake County obtained a list of people who had told the court they were not US citizens when they were called for jury duty and compared it to voter registration lists, finding hundreds of match, many of whom were shown to have actually voted. When they filed a complaint with the Wake County Board of Elections, the Democrat majority on it refused to take any action, even to conduct their own investigation.

Also in North Carolina, pro-Democrat NGOs have been conducting voter registration drives at Catholic Churches that have outreach programs to migrants from Catholic countries. It is not more pro-life "voters" they are targeting. They aren't doing this at Catholic churches that do not have these migrant outreach programs.

Pro-Democrats NGOs have already been caught in the run-up to the 2024 election giving out materials to the migrant stream in Mexico that urged them to register to vote when they reached the US.

There also ought to be very severe penalties for those who seek to register foreign citizens on American voter rolls.

Hispanic voters should be citizens, of course, and as citizens they were either pepole who came in a legal immigrants or descendants of those who did. It is incredibly unfair to those who went through a lengthy and expensive process to come to the US legally for Biden to throw open the doors to riff-raff who thumb their noses at our immigration laws and rampantly lie to justicy their coming.

While there are issues like the rise in interest rates under Biden and general inflation, one of the biggest factors in soaring rents and home prices, as well as hotel prices, is Biden's open borders. This is creating a new demand for housing that is usually paid for by taxpayer money to subsidize these parasites. President Trump's plan to deport these freeloaders back to where they came from will help ease housing costs.

If we had leaders with any backbone, there is an easy solution under the international asylum treaties. If someone is already in a safe country, they are not entitled to asylum in a different country. Mexico and Canada are both deemed safe countries, so we could legally turn every one of these fraudsters and moochers back. That is exactly what Hungary does, and on the basis on those treaties. We could do it, too, and should.

"Illegal alien" is the correct term as defined in federal immigration law for foreign citizens who are in our country illegally. However, federal immigration law defines "immigrant" as only those foreign citizens who are properly going through the legal immigration process.

"illegal immigrant" is a contradiction in terms because if they are here illegally, they are NOT an immigrant under the definitions of federal immigration law. Indeed that term is an insult to real immigrants who are lawfully going through the immigration process.

A president or govenror cannot amend statutory law or the Constitution by executive order, which is what Obama admited he did not have the power to do but then did it anyway, and what Biden is doing repeatedly.

There is a major Supreme Court case expected shortly that is expected to put a stop to this abuse of power by the executive branch by reversing what is known as the Chevron doctrine. The SCOTUS already threw out the bump stock ban on this basis. They did not even get into Second Amendemnt Constitutional issues. They threw it out because the executve branch did not have the power to make law, only Congress.

Hitler established his dictatorship by ruling through executive order and bypassing the elected Reichstag. It is how dictatorship gets establsihed. In the US, the doctrine of Separation of Powers still dictates what can legally be done by executive order, which is limited, and what requires Congressional approval. That is the difference between a democracy and a dictatorship, and Biden has behaved much more like a dictator than Trump ever thought about.

Abusing executive authority and usurping legislative authority to try to make laws, as he did with his illegal DACA progaam in violation of our duly passed immigration laws is a dictatorial act, and whether in some other respect he did not act in a dictatorial manner is irrelevant. Citing it is only a deflectipn. There is no excuse for Obama's abuse of power on DACA. Some years before he did it, Obama HIMSELF admitted he did not legally have that power. He knew he was acting as a dictator when he did it.

Obama, the one who grossly abused power to usurp the lawmaking function of Congress to illegally decree his own version of immigration law contrary to that adopted by Congrees. Yes, that is acting like a dictator. Now Comrade Biden is pulling the same stunt to usurp the power of Congress to make immigration law.
Commented: Tuesday, June 18th, 2024 @ 7:04 pm By: borderhawk
DACA is itself an example of a dictator, Obama, trying to make up the law instead of enforcing what Congress has passed. There is no statutory authority for "DACA" only Obama trying to impose it by executive decree. Biden is now trying to do the same thing for another class of illegal aliens by dictatorial decree instead of properly sending a bill to Congress.

These DACA illegal aliens are not even properly vetted. Obama just took their word for their background, and illegal aliens are notorious liars. For example, European countries that have taken steps to verify the actual age of illegal aliens who claim to be "unaccompanied minors" have found that a majority of them are really adults who are lying about their age. In Norway, they found that ninety percent (90%) were adults lying about their age.

The first step Trump needs to undertake in mass deportation of illegal aliens is to establish zero tolerance for illegal alien crime. Any crime they commit should earn instant deportation, even minor misdemeanors. They may you prioritize getting the worst ones out first. Federal funds should be cut off to sanctuary juridictions to make them comply.

This is great news. A new government in France that will crack down hard on illegal immigration would be a great step forward. This cooperation between traditional and populist right will also put pressure for the same thing in Germany, whose CDU is now the odd man out in Europe on refusing to work with the populist right. Polls show a combination of traditional and populist right would be a shoe-in in Germany.

Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, and much of eastern Europe already have anti-immigration governments, and it looks like Belgium will have one as a result of their recent election. Add France and Germany and deportation is likely to be cranking up big time, and it needs to be.

Here is a question about the Biden crime family. They always try to monetize their actions in office. The Mexican human trafficking / drug smuggling crime cartels are making a killing off of Biden's open borders. Is there any chance at all that the Biden family is not somehow on the take from that activity?

This is just more of the open borders attack on America from Joe Biden and his handlers. He may try to disguise what he is doing to America, but the truth will come out.

In theory, that memo does call for some illegal aliens from the western hemisphere not to be just let in with a promise to appear in the distant future, but in reality this stops only those not briefed ahead of time. Most illegals throw away documents showing who they really are before they cross the border. What name, age, and country of origin they give at the border will be whatever will maximize their situation in getting into the US. They should be polygraphed on all of that but they are not. Countries that have taken steps to varify the age of those claiming to be "unaccompanied minors have found that a majority of them are really adults who are lying about their age, for example.

We may have to force some countries to take back illegal alien migrants. Venezuela, for example, emptied its prisons to send us its criminals and probably does not want them back. In such cases, we could use our military to seize a bit of their territory, deposit their illegal aliens there, and then leave. For example, Venezuela has some islands on their coast. Our navy could seize one and then we could just leave them their illegal alien migrants there for them. After leaving off their migrants, our navy just leaves.

There should be zero tolerance for use of deadly force by illegal aliens against border guards. Deadly force should be responded to immediately with deadly force. That is the only way to stop this nonsense. Poland needs to ditch that globalist buffoon Donald Tusk.

WE know that this is the sort of thing we can expect here in America from Antifa, but are naive if we think that illegal aliens will not be doing the same sort of things here as well. The Democrats are working them up against Republicans.

It is not just homosexuality with the United Methodist Church. They are also heavily involved in promoting illegal immigration into the US. They behave more like a progressive NGO than a real church, putting the leftwing "social gospel" ahead of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The liberal MSM media are notorious liars on immigration issues. Biden has done everything he could to let these freeloaders into our country, starting with halting construction of the border wall. This executive order is just the latest lie on this issue from the dishonest MSM media. It just continues Biden's [open borders policies with a little insignificant window dressing.
Commented: Thursday, June 6th, 2024 @ 10:46 am By: borderhawk
The solid piece of legislation to secure the border is HR2, which has already passed the House of Representatives, but Schumer has let it languish in the Senate. That needs to be passed through the Senate and send to Biden.

The overwhelming majority of illegal alien migrants are military aged males, NOT women and children. Of those who claim to be "unaccompanied minors" the countries which have verified actual age have found that a majoriy of them are really adults who are lying about their age. Norway was the highest, finding that 90% of them were adults lying about their age.

When someone crosses the border illegally, they need to be turned around and sent back like Hungary does. Australia with its highly successful Operation Sovereign Borders, led by a military general, intercepted migrant boats at sea and turned them around, at gunpoint if necessary.

As far as illegal aliens that Biden has let in, all nine million of them, they need to be rounded up and sent home. In the last year or so, Pakistan and Israel have both adopted policies to do that. President Eisenhower did it in the US in Operation Wetback. Multiple polls have shown that American voters support mass deportation of illegal aliens.

What Biden has "offered to do" is just continue his open border policies with a little minor and meaningless window dressing. He is putting a bandaid on a cancer.

Of course it is a deliberate policy by the crooked Biden regime, and, of course, they are bringing in all these illegal aliens for political reasons. Only a blind man would fail to see that. Biden is making a mockery of our immigration laws with executive orders that stand them on their heads.

Today, Biden did another executive order to pander to illegal aliens, while hoping the MSM propaganda media will play it as a "crackdown" which it is not. The Biden policy will allow 1,500 illegal alien migrants who have no right to come into our country to enter daily, and only after that huge number happens every day for a week will they slow it down a bit. That 1,500 does not include the huge and expanding number of "gatoways" nor does it include those who claim to be unaccompanied minors (although many of them are really adults lying about their age) and a list of other categories. This is a sham.

We need our deporter-in-chief Donald Trump to round up the illegals who are mooching off of our taxpayers and deprot them back to their home countries. Biden is a traitor to America and needs to be thrown out of office, then prosecuted.

Soros, father and son, are an extremely evil force in the world today on many fronts, not just their propensity to put in large sums of money to buy District Attorney races for radicals. Their billions are being used to push illegal immigration all over the world. Indeed when Hungary passed a new law a couple of years ago to crack down on NGOs that were helping illegal aliens get into their country, its sponsors titled it the "Anti-Soros Law".

Soros is very anti-Israel, so maybe he will do something that will motivate the Mosad to take him out.

The Biden Democrats are desperately trying to take attention away from their massive failings in office like the hordes of illegal aliens pouring in over Biden's open borders and Biden's rampant inflation. Abusing our judicial system for political prosecution of political opponents is not the way to do that in a democracy.

Sanctuary cities, counties, and states for illegal aliens need to be put out of business. Criminal illegal aliens released in one county may well move to another to commit their next crime. The criminal element is becoming more pervasive among the illegal aliens coming into our country and also Europe in recent years. Legislation to crack down hard on sanctuary jurisdictions for illegal aliens is badly needed.

New York City alone is projected to spend $10 Billion in three years taking care of illegal alien migrants. Because so many hotels are booked out by the city government to house them, rooms for tourists are scarce and very expensive. Why is America using money we have to boorow to pay to subsidize these moochers? We need to send them all home.

If someone, a political person or an average citizen, is prosecuted criminally by a government for advocating the position of the majority of citizens against illegal immigration, then that government is authoritarian and anti-democratic. That would be true even if it were not a majority opinion, but it is far more glaring when it is. Much of Europe is no longer democratic, and America is headed the same way.
