Sotomayor if not removed from the Supreme Court should be forced to recuse herself from any cases involving this administration. After a statement like it is very unlikely that she will up hold her oath to the Constitution.

Totally agree, Jann, yes we do. Actually I would like to see them do away with forced "vaccines" to attend schools and leave it up to the parents if the children get any shots including at birth.

Congress and democrats have been a failure on tariffs. They have talked big for decades, Pelosi, Schumer, Obama, Clinton, Biden etc. but have done NOTHING.
The republicans need to rid themselves of all the RINO's. Sadly the people keep voting them back in. Part of the problem is the primaries. If you had only one or 2 strong conservatives instead of a field of 10 or more running there would be a better chance of voting Tillis out in the primaries.

Many of the departments or agencies in the Federal Govt. are not listed as rights of the United States under Article 1 Section 8 and it doesn't seem they should exist. The 10th Amendment states: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Past time to look at these agencies/departments and see what is a right of the US and what should be a States right or simply be a right of we the people.

You might want to look at the facts of why DJT's hand wasn't on the Bible, it wasn't because he didn't want to.
