For profound Democratic Socialists, and in the prophetic words of Alice Cooper: "Dead babies can't take things from the shelves."

John Valley: Commissioner Richardson and myself proffered that we use what monies that would be needed to enhance schools that already exist, rather than tear down some of those buildings to build a school that is not needed, due to a shrinking student population, to be built on the lowest section of a relatively high tract of property.

Commissioner Hood Richardson wrote an informative and complete analysis on how to govern Beaufort County in a wise and conservative manner, which is what he has always held himself out to be - a Conservative - no more, no less, always consistently so.

Alternately, the liberal commentator "Firebrand," on this thread, is not smart enough to speak to the wide range of issues that Commissioner Richardson succinctly expressed; but instead "Firebrand" chose only to attack the wisdom of the 7 term conservative Republican Commissioner as Mr. Richardson is a bad man. Additionally, "Firebrand" (which I have just discovered) is not only a contextual idiot in the real terms of their effort as announced, but a fake entity with a fake email sneaking onto this platform, slipping through the monitored wall here on encnow.com , in comment form, and will not be allowed back to this august publication.

However, I will leave "Firebrand's" sophistic recently expressed comment up as a relative point, contextually, and as the juxtaposed foil to Commissioner Richardson's well informative words of governing wisdom.

Is the Idiot President this stupid, or just a congenital liar?

Van Zant: The truth of the matter is if one cannot afford an attorney, then one is a slave to the system, and "The System" has a great propensity to be corrupt.

I know that to be true. I see corruption often, with a first hand view at this local level here in Beaufort County, and until the citizens of Beaufort County can find the core values to elect enough wise, intelligent, honest and uncorruptible fellow local leaders, I will be powerless to lead that change to the political light of honest government from top to bottom.

Big Bob: Jessica Jones is a United States citizen, residing in Beaufort County, and as long as I am a county commissioner, she, and others like her, will always have the guaranteed right to petition her local government, or those that try to restrain my constitutional charge to fully represent my constituents will have a fight on their hands.

It is that simple.

Big Bob: I could care less about politics or a judge.

As a rather knowledgeable county commissioner, and thoroughly honest to the point of being completely beyond reproach in these entire parts of Beaufort County, I will always use the US Constitution as my perfect guide to govern.

This is one of my strengths - to know what is real and who speak the truth of what is real.

Steve Rader: You are very much right that Child Protective Services' track record is not all that spectacular here in Beaufort County, and as individuals - you and I, Steve - who have been put in the position to know more than most, we reserve that knowledge to make the better decisions

I have far too much knowledge to ever err exclusively on the side of Child Protective Services, and sadly, over the years, they have done that great disservice of mistrust, levied accurately against them, to themselves.

John Steed: This manager's superiors are the Center /Left Coalition - the caucusing Democratic Socialists (2), and the RINOs (3). The 3 RINOs, enjoying the full protection of the Beaufort County GOP for some years now, even though their actions or purposeful inactions puts the BC GOP well outside the rigors of the Republican Platform inherent within the plan of organization.

Also, I will do a short post regarding the inappropriate closed session agenda item that did not qualify for the closed session because of its content, and did not qualify because it was not readout as a closed session agenda item in open session.
Commented: Thursday, May 9th, 2024 @ 3:20 pm By: Stan Deatherage
I have already been criticized by the administration publicly, but far more caustically privately in a closed session meeting - a closed session meeting where this was not the issue that we heard when we were read out of session.

Plus, there is no closed session allowance for dressing down a 7 term county commissioner by administrative staff; that needs to occur in open session where all can see.

That is where I feel most comfortable answering all allegations.

Washington, DC is a mess of major proportions.

In early 2022, every thinking person new that masks hardly worked in the best circumstances, yet they enforced mask mandates, as well as vaccine mandates stringently, yet Illegals hold free rein over OUR nation's capital.

One has to wonder just how many Never-Trumpers and RINOs will remain secure in the RFK, Jr. camp after this Leftist VP pick?

Can anyone tell how, why the Non Patriot Left is soul less, filled with guile, and capable of electing this Idiot President, who has absolutely NO sense of propriety, other than what is corrupt and abjectly ignorant?
Commented: Thursday, April 4th, 2024 @ 1:34 pm By: Stan Deatherage
I still will never fathom why any school board would NOT have the good sense to build a 52 million dollar project, at the insane number of $383.00 per square foot, on the highest point of this sprawling tract of land rather than on the lowest.

This is Beaufort County, in eastern North Carolina, and one who allocates the people's money in such vast quantities must be ever mindful of such pesky details.
Commented: Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024 @ 12:32 am By: Stan Deatherage
This is truly analogous to only one thing: Joe Biden is a full fledged idiot, and at this point, everyone that supports and defends the Non Patriot Fool bears a little of the brunt for how stupid this all has become, and how crucial it is that we save this Republic from those that would destroy us.

At my age, what I have seen and all of what I know, which is a great enough plenty, I make a firm decision each and everyday to either stay away from what is stupid, or to steer the willing far away from this nature of abject ignorance.

This post is analogous to two absolute truths that people of knowledge well understand: 1) Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is one of the greatest jurist in these modern times of our American History; 2) Joe Biden, while being the most corrupt and dishonest president in America's history is also these United States': second Socialist President; second Non Patriot President; but, is in the pole position as America's First Idiot President.

I justify only one thing: Protecting the sovereign borders of the United States, which the Democratic Socialists and some RINOs will not, and have not for decades.
Commented: Wednesday, March 27th, 2024 @ 5:28 pm By: Stan Deatherage
Big Bob: Then one must also must consider who is at fault when people get hurt.

Is it the fault of the individual protecting his safety (the reporting of the Fake News outlets are proven unreliable), or the policy of the Non Patriot Left to throw wide open the Southern Border, and invite Illegal Aliens across it for demographic purposes, and, or yet another avenue to cheat in future elections.

the corrupt Non Patriot Left have their nefarious reasons to act as non patriots, and I give them full credit for all of those that die at or near the Southern Border.
Commented: Wednesday, March 27th, 2024 @ 3:27 pm By: Stan Deatherage
Big Bob: Real Estate or your immortal soul? This Sovereign Republic is what the Non Patriot Left is forfeiting everyday, in that they force our sovereign borders open, is just Real Estate?
Commented: Wednesday, March 27th, 2024 @ 11:31 am By: Stan Deatherage
Taking political prisoners is becoming a right of passage from being a fervent Democratic Socialist to becoming a full-on Non Patriot Leftist.

If a Leftist reporter had been within the walls of the capitol recording the event of January 6th, they would have been hailed as hero. Because this journalist works for a real journalism outlet, this reporter of the record is treated as a political prisoner of the Non Patriot Left.

This is what a corrupt federal government looks like, with the most corrupt president in this nation's history at its head.

Commented on A Cruel Promise

Van Zant: In decades past, all the real Republicans in Beaufort County had was the tiny Republican party guarding our backs, as we fought off the Liberal majority, who made "bipartisan" just another pejorative for "DO IT OUR WAY SUCKERS!"

Now, the Beaufort County GOP is infiltrated by RINOs, who rose to the top of their pathetic ladder leading to the celebration of a coalition with ardent Leftists to share power, and for what?

To stupidly spend tens of millions of the public's money into the waste of an illogical "progress" that could be defined only in terms of, 'we care so much more.'

Commented on A Cruel Promise

Van Zant: The Beaufort County GOP is a total wash-out; however, they do work well for the RINO class, which was no where to be to found when the local party was built, because, at that time, they were then Democrats supporting Democrats - many of whom still are, just wearing the faux Republican cloak as an appropriated luxury of their image of grand fakery.

When the real Republicans built the local GOP from nearly nothing in decades past:

Almost three decades ago, the real Republicans worked diligently to initiate the filming of the commissioners' meetings as a real public service, which, in the stark truth of reality, revealed the true nature of how sorry some commissioners performed, including the emerging RINO class. Eventually the chief RINO, Frankie Waters, of this local faux and current GOP did what any good Democrat-who-switched-to-Republican-to-run-for-public-office-who-then-governed-as-a-Liberal-Democrat would do, "Fake Frankie" tried to kill the videography of the Beaufort County Commissioners' meetings ... transparency be damned.

With Stan Deatherage, ME, rejoining Commissioner Hood Richardson back on the board of commissioners, and bolstering the efforts to wrest this shard from the complete power paradigm of RINO Frankie, the all encompassing RINO was unsuccessful in his efforts in the complete destruction of this perfect transparency in Beaufort County's process of the People's government - the continued proper filming of Beaufort County's self-governing process.

Consequently, unbridled insanity is to allow these RINO fools the power to force feed the real Republicans of Beaufort County, those who are far more knowledgeable on so many levels, as to how to elect county commissioners here in OUR long standing home of Beaufort County ... NO!

Not as long as I draw good breath.

Citizen X: Not to worry; as two very different people, The Hood and I will always be solid out of a mutual respect factor, and that foxhole factor of familiarity that goes beyond everything stereotypical; passes all manner of understanding for many folks.

I sometimes like to joke about how The Hood and I followed the Grateful Dead for some years, like a couple of swirling hippies with stars projecting from our eyes.

The truth of the matter is that I never followed the Grateful Dead.

Gary Ceres: Influence others for that at large plan, proposed by Hood, to elect the chairman and vice chairman.

This election plan would kill the Center-Left Coalition, a coalition that is absolutely forbade in the Republican Platform at every level of GOP organization: county, state and national committee.

That is just the real of it.

Commented on A Cruel Promise

John Steed: The only other plan I will endorse to elect commissioners is one that Steve Rader proposed to me which makes sense on every level:

It is simply this: Commissioners run every 2 years, with the electorate having 7 votes each two years, with a total of each citizen having the right to vote 14 times over a four year period, or less if there is a strategic plan afoot to elect Conservatives or RINOs or Democratic Socialists.

I could handle that since I am in the media /journalism /education business as well as many others.

Since I am in the business of knowing stuff, I will never support districts unless those district can be tempered by electing the Chairman and Vice Chairman at large.

We have enough corruption in Beaufort County. Commissioners running myopically in a district would only become a breeding ground to foment more, and compound the existing problem at some great lengths.

Commented on A Cruel Promise

Countrygirl1411: It is a simple mathematical equation as to whether the People of Beaufort County get more representation or less.

The current plan gives the citizens of Beaufort County 2 votes for individual commissioners every 4 years; The current plan gives the citizens of Beaufort County 2 votes for individual commissioners every 4 years; The plan proposed by Hood Richardson, which I endorse, would give the citizens of Beaufort County 3 votes for individual commissioners every 4 years.

Commented on A Cruel Promise

The local GOP is not knowledgeable enough on issues such as the Election of Commissioners to pose any petitions for consideration, not unless they have the capability to properly explain what it is they are doing, and why they are doing it, and how that it is a benefit to Beaufort County's electorate.

When groups come together to undue what already exists without having a cogent replacement, they are not making a positive difference, and therefore are not providing a benefit.

When there is a besmirchment of the Republican brand, a brand built by others here locally, who are certainly not included within this newly minted group of "progressive" activists, you have to wonder: Why all the heavy lifting to achieve the local GOP's backward movement regarding Beaufort County voters' representation on the county commission?

RINO Hunter: When did you start slandering people?

I know far than most what goes on around here, and I well know slander being often the victim of such, and I have never known you to slander anyone.

"Say it ain't so," RINO Hunter.
