Commented on Chocowinity embezzlement scandalThe media is trying to "disappear" this scandal, and they are not the only ones. When Commissioner Richardson tried to get the county commission to look into the county money involved at the last county commission meeting, he ran into a buzzsaw from the Jerry Langley - Frankie Waters coalition which wanted desperately to bury the issue. They actually said the county should not be trying to find out what happened to the county taxpayer dollars involved. Why do we have this political corruption on our county commission? Is it because of the perp's relationship to a former county commissioner? The Langley - Waters group are horrible stewards of the taxpayers money.
This scandal should not be a flash in the pan, with limited information to the public, and then made to disappear. Lots of taxpayer money, as well as other money, is missing.

Phil Berger is a poster boy for term limits. He has been there too long. At first, he WAS a conservative, but since Roy Cooper has come to power, Berger has turned into one of the worst RINOs in the General Assembly. House speaker Tim Moore is about as bad a RINO. Our Republican legislators need to do a better job of picking leaders.

Frankie Waters is Jerry Langley in whiteface. There is not difference whatsoever in their politics, even though one is a Democrat and the other claims to be a Republican. Waters has always been Langley's pathetic little puppet, doing all the ultra-liberal things that Langley tells him to do. Waters is not his own man and never has been.

You name the issue, Frankie Waters is a liberal on it. He is a king RINO. The Democrats recruited him to change parties and almost immediately file as a fake Republican for commissioner. The Democrats have been caught on video tape with their program of "secret sleepers" like Frankie Waters. No wonder he always divides the Republican county commission majority to do deals with the far left Democrats on the board. Frankie Waters is a political fraud and always has been.

Donna, I had the mistaken impression you were a conservative, but your comment opened my eyes. The biggest RINO on the county commission is Frankie Waters, a longtime Democrat who was apparently recruited to switch parties just before his first election and run as a fake Republican in what the Democrats call their "super sleepers". He has voted like a Democrat ever since he has been on the commission. Real Republicans do not vote for a budget that overspends and / or overtaxes whether it is in Washington, DC, Raleigh, or here. Walter Jones was a great conservative in Congress who made it his trademark to vote against bad budgets, even upsetting RINO House leadership to do so.

There is little doubt that Frankie Waters is a secret sleeper recruited by the Democrats. He kept supporting some Democrats even after he started running as an on-paper Republican. He was a false flag candidate in another sense as well, as he claimed to be against wasting taxpayer money on an unneeded big new jail, but it turned out he was really secretly for it, and still is today. Given that the big new jail was always Jerry Langley's wet dream and the close alliance of Waters and Langley on the county commission, it is likely that Langley was the Democrat who recruited Frankie Waters as a secret sleeper.
This article and its local connection needs to get out. We need to put this out on things like Facebook pages. Waters is worse than a RINO. He is a fake Republican, a Democrat secret sleeper.

Liz Cheney should be investigated on how she got rich in Congress. It is not surprising that a corrupt RINO like Cheney did so. Now Liz Cheney has set up a PAC to campaign against conservative Republicans, especially those who want to crack down on election fraud. She openly asked for Democrats to vote for her in a Republican primary, and it seems that is where most of the few votes she got came from. If she had an ounce of integrity, this Pelosi puppet would just switch to Democrat, which is what she has always been, anyway.

Frankie Waters is the RINO problem on the county commission, and he needs to be defeated in November. Frankie is the local equivalent of a Mitt Romney or Mitch McConnell. He was a life long Democrat until just weeks become filing to run for commissioner as a "Republican". Waters has been as phony as a three peso bill since the very beginning. He has always worked with the Democrats on the Commission in preference to the Republicans. Waters "switch" to Republican was just a facade to fool the voters. Deep down he has always remained a Democrat and his power plays on the Commission show it very clearly.
That some GOP officials seem to think they have to bow down to Waters is mystifying. The party needs to recognize what Waters is, a Democrat plant, and treat him accordingly. That allocation of party funds still baffles me. It made no sense whatsoever. I wonder what the real back story is on it.

Beutler is another RINO who needs to go. It is unfortunare that about 47% of the overall vote was split among 3 conservative Republicans while the Democrat is getting 31% and the RINO 22%.
The big scalp will be taken in a little over a week with Liz Cheney going down. It looks like she is positioning to run for president as an independent, however, to further attack the Republican party.

Republicans who cave in or sell out to the extreme left that runs today's Democrat Party are nothing but collaborators. I have seen some conservative writers call them "Vichy Republicans" after the puppet French regime in World War II that collaborated with the Nazis. That is an appropriate name for them. We have too many Vichy Republicans in North Carolina, starting with Thom Tillis and Richard Burr, and moving down to Phil Berger and Tim Moore. Even in Beaufort County, we have Vichy Republican Frankie Waters. These Vichy Republicans are as dangerous to our future as the Democrats.

Tillis is a Biden Republican and needs to be primaried out of office. He is also pushing amnesty for illegal aliens and voted for gun control. Tillis voted for too much Biden spending like the fake "infrastructure" bill that raised taxes on the middle class and whose spending has helped fuel inflation. Tillis has voted to confirm way too many of Biden's radical appointees. Thom Tillis is absolutely unacceptable as a US Senator.

The Mississippi RINO problem has a name and it is Haley Barbour, a former governor and now big time lobbyist in DC. Barbour wants the Mississippi delegation to be his flunkies who will do what his clients ask. Principled conservatives need not apply. It is Haley who coordinated the swamp money from DC with the local RINO operatives to take down conservatives for Congress or US Senate. As they did against Michael Cassidy, getting Democrats to illegal vote in Republican runoffs is one of their longstanding tricks of the trade. Open primaries need to be ended to stamp out that Barbour corruption.
