It figures. The Democrats and communists are in bed with each other in their jihad on Tesla.

What Austin Garrison supposedly wrote sounds just like what comes out of Jody Forrest's mouth. If he wrote it at all, he was probably taking dictation from her. Jody Forrest is lined up completely with the Cheeeseman groupies on the school board.

Austin Garrison is a protege and tool of Jody Forrest, the vehemently anti-conservative former vice chairman of Beaufort County GOP. First Forrest tried to run him for the position she was retiring from in the county party. That failed. Now she is trying to run him for the school board because she hates its conservative members whom she tries to badmouth every chance she gets.

Austin Garrison would be just another flunky of Cheeseman. Beaufort County schools have too many of those already.

These judges did nothing to stop Biden's rampant abuse of our immigration laws to let Tren de Aragua into our country through his open border or to stop MS13 from bringing in lots of new gangsters, often as "unaccompanied minors" across that lawless open border. Now they want to stop President Trump from using a law duly passed by Congress, used by four presidents in the 20th century, and approved by the US Supreme Court in 1948 to kick them out. That is just unacceptable.

It was telling that neither of the pro-Cheeseman "Republicans" T.W. Allen and Daniel Hudson who were elected a few months ago to the school board even bothered to turn up at the recent Beaufort County Republican conventions. That speaks volumes. In the other two school board races from last year, both primary candidates, the winner and the loser, attended the convention but Allen and Hudson could not be bothered to do so.

When James Boasberg sided with criminal illegal alien terrorists against America, he committed High Treason and should have been arrested and jailed with no bond. He is of the same low character as Benedict Arnold.

Weren't Kelly Cox and Frankie Waters forced to resign from the Executive Committee for openly suporting the Democrat candidate for sheriff in the 2022 general election? Party disloyalty has been dealt with to a point, but one wonders why they have been allowed back in the fold after that?

If I were in your shoes where nominally Republican commissioners form a governing coalition on the county commission with liberal Democrats instead of with fellow Republicans, I would be concerned, too. In fact, all Republican voters should be concerned about that. The election for the current leadership of the commission has already happened, but I hope that the county party will put pressure on all of those who ran as Republicans to actually function as Republicans the next time commissioner officers are elected. Republican voters expect that. Just like he supported the Democrat sheriff candidate in 2022, Frankie Waters has been supporting the Democrats on the county commission. Republican voters expect better.

THese "judges" are far left Democrat political hacks wearing black robes. They have declared war on our democracy and they must be defeated.

We should remember that Biden repeatedly ignored SCOTUS rulings on student loan foregiveness. Lincoln not only ignored court rulings he did not like, but actually issued an order for the arrest of one judge he suspected was about to issue a ruling he would not like. If push comes to shove, Trump needs to stand up for democracy by following Lincoln's path. These partisan Democrat hack judges are playing with fire.

These bills are just common sense. In our "woke" world, it is sad that one has to legislate common sense. It is even sadder that we have fake Republicansa like Phil Berger and Tim Moore who conspire to repeal common sense in our state.

There have only been 81 nationwide injunctions by federal courts in American history. Now, every day another political hack Obama or Biden judge throsw another politically motivted one at Trump. Yes this is a judicial coup and it must be stpoped or deomcracy dies.

More total stupidity by Democrats. Do they have the self awareness to know that they are that out of touch with reality, common sense, and the American people?

Trump's goal is to reduce energy costs, which Biden sent through the roof. That means more conventional energy, not intermittant and high priced wind and solar. Saving the Atlantic Right Whale is just one of the fringe benefits. Wind turbines are also a threat to other marine life life seabirds, crabs, dolphins, etc. Wind turbines alos put the commercial fishermen out of business. Oil drilling does not harm the environment unless there happens to be a very rare spill. Whales have been washing up on beaches repeatedly since they started building wind turbines.

One of the problems for marine life is the power cables. University studies in the UK have found, for example, that migrating crabs get to a power cable and just stop there and don't move, eventually dying. The blades of wind turbines also crew up seabirds. When a wind farm was built in the Irish Sea near the Isle of Man, the annual sea bird cunsus on the Isle of Man fell sharply. Wind turbines are a threat to wildlife and consumers should not be forcefed their overpriced electricity.

This judicial insurrection against the lawfully elected American president needs to be crushed. It is a much bigger threat to democracy than anything that happened on Jaunary 6,2021.

Something needs to be done about these highly politicized Obama and Biden judges who abuse their positions for partisan political reasons. Those who want to see them jailed or even swinging from a lamppost are certainly not going to see that happen. Even those in Congress preparing impeachment proceedings against several of the more blatant partisan hacks are not going to get a 2/3rds vote in the Senate, even if richly deserved, again for partisan political reasons.

What can be done? One big reform would be to not allow one district court judge to issue a nationwide injunction or restriaining order. The Supreme Court, or Congress could shut that down, but again getting that past a senate fillbuster would be problemaic due to partisan politics. A rational restraint on district court judges would be to require Supreme Court approval for one district court judge to issue such an order that had effect beyond their own district.

Another is to change ethics standards to require recusal of a judge in a politically colored case if the judge has a history as a political party contributor or official. An ethics challenge to a judge on political bias should not be heard by the challenged judge but by a panel of judges such as two registered Republican and two registered Democrat.

We badly need to get the politics out of our courts, and sadly, we have too many judges who seem to lack the personal intergrity to do that. The politization of our courts seen in the recent Democrat lawfare against Trump and others has seen public trust in courts as shown in the polls decline dramatically.

There is a very good reason why someone supporting a Democrat should not be sitting in a Republican Executive Committee meeting. He would have access to senstive informatoin to pass on to the Democrat.Anyone with personal integriy would immediate resign from such an obvious conflict of interest whether the rules allowed it or not. Our sheriff should be someone of unquationable personal integrity and someone who willingly engaged in this conflict of interest just does not qualify. The fact that he did not immediately resign on his own when he started to support the Democrat, but waited to be confronted after that was discovered speaks volumes.

Brad Briner IV and Phil Berger are both despicable liberal RINOs who are detrimental to the Republican Party. Both are fake Republicans who support Democrat policy. In Berger's case, he is the one primarily responsible for getting Roy Cooper's liberal policies like Obamacare Medicaid expansion, Green New Deal, and allowing biological males in womens restrooms and locker rooms passed in the General Assembly.

Berger already has a primary for his senate seat in 2026 from his county's conservative sheriff. We need a primary for liberal Briner. Berger also has party disloyalty charges pending against him in front of the state GOP executive committee for endorsing a very liberal Democrat jduge against a conservative Republican challenger. If our cowardly state GOP chairman will quit covering up for Berger, we should get that heard before the state convention. Otherwise the state chairman is useless and needs to be tossed out himself.

It was so absurd when the Democrats said that the way to stop the illegals was to pass Biden's "bi-partisan" open borders bill that legalized a lot of his illegal open borders policies and the MSM parroted that absurdity. Trump has shown that the existing law gave all the tools necessary to stop the flow of illegal aliens and it only took him a month to do it.

Biden was a fraud, and those RINOs who tried to help him erase our borders like that treasonous moron James Lankford need to be bounced out of office in the primaries. Hopefully the Oklahoma GOP will continue its policy of shunning Lankford. Lankford postured as a Tea Party Republican to win his Congressional seat, but quickly became an establishment hack once he got to DC. In his first Senate primary, he was the establishment's candidate against the black conservative Speaker of teh state House who was backed by the national conservative PACs. Lankford has been a phony and a weanie since he got to DC and the sooner he can be sent home the better.

If the documents appointing all of those Democrat political hack leftist judges were signed by autopen, maybe we can get them all yanked off of the bench and replaced with decent judges. That includes Biden's Supreme Court pick.

AMericans are tired of these "entitled" illegal aliens who are parasites off of the taxpayer, and even worse, too often criminal as well. It is great that President Trump is sending them back home.

Girls who have been injured by biological boys being allowed to play on girls sports team should be able to sue the school that let the boys play for their injuries. There is an NC high school girl with a permanent brain injury caused by a biological boy on an opposing "girls" volleyball team spiking the ball into her face. She should be able to sue the school system that allowed that boy to play on the girls team.

Where "Fruit" Loupe got this money to pay an immigration lawyer for illegal aliens needs to be investigated and that funding stopped. If it is the BCCC Foundation, then there needs to be a concerted effort to eliminate its funding if it persists in trying to harbor illegal aliens who should not even be in the country.

People whose lifestyles make them potential blackmail targets should never be allowed to work in intelligence agencies. The Soviets penetrated British intelligence back in the 50s by zeroing in on homosexuals there. And if a journalist got access to that discussion board, how likely is it that the Chinese and Russian intelligence agencies also did?

Here is another absolute absurd payment by USAID. A British LGBTQ+ NGO is having to cut half its staff because its USAID funding got cut off. Why are we giving any "foreign aid" to anyone in a European country like the UK? And why are we funding something like a homosexual organization anywhere? Feeding the poor is one thing but promoting deviant lifestyles is quite another. USAID were corrupt political hacks.

USAID under Biden spent hundreds of millions of dollars, probably over a billion promoting political and ideological censorship in the US and abroad. It would not surprise me if some of that money has helped promote censorship in France and Germany.

If you really want to see where the threat of fascism has come from in America, watch that "Police State" movie trailer in the post above. It was the FBI politicized by the Democrats that was the threat of fascism in America. Thanks to new FBI Director Patel, that threat is now going away.

There are lots of Democrats, including Obama and Biden who have had their arm raised in what some would call a "Nazi salute" in photographs too, but like with Musk actually were not.

When one looks at substantive fascist ideology, the Democrats come closest to the standard fascist exonomic doctrine of the Corporate State, and their operating through NGOs is one aspect of that. It is also the Democrats and globalists who are closest to the fascist concepts of censorship.
