    NEW YORK, NY     With the results of a recent poll indicating 74% of Americans no longer trust the mainstream media, analysts were greatly troubled by the fact that an alarming 26% of people still trust what the media tells them.

    "It really is frightening," said Micah Schmidt, lead research analyst for Gallup. "It beggars belief that one out of four Americans still trust the journalists who have done nothing but tear the country apart with a steady diet of lies and hatred. We are either far dumber - or far crazier - than anyone could have imagined."

    To push the envelope even further, Schmidt said the team also polled a sample of the American public on a variety of other topics. "In addition to 26% of people in this country still believing the media, we subsequently found out that a similar number - 24% - believe that the Easter Bunny is not only real but that he is a lead advisor to President Biden. We also found that 28% of Americans still believe weapons of mass destruction will be found in Iraq, some two decades after the war. Most frighteningly, a whopping 72% of American women find Adam Driver attractive, which chills me to the bone."

    These findings have led Schmidt and other analysts to call for greater urgency in starting World War III with Russia. "If these numbers are any indication," Schmidt said, "it's best to just end the world as we know it."

    At publishing time, Schmidt was conducting one last poll to find out how many Americans actually think The Hangover is funny.

Considering how abjectly corrupt and civilly abusive the Left has become regarding the corrosive effect of their elected leaders; their entrenched and ruling bureaucracy; employing their failed Education Industry as Indoctrinators; their collusive private sector operators, such as the terminally discredited Legacy Media and Big Tech censorship of Free Speech: What will be the best course forward for hardworking Middle Americans, including the Patriot Class?

Withdraw from society, go underground and plan for a resurgence when it is feasible to do so.

Work within the confines of better policy by the People's government, once good sense and sanity is restored in the electorate at large, to achieve such.

I get my information from many sources as well. That is why we provide so much here on Eastern NC NOW.

Including it as an option of three was to be the throw away option, but suggestive in a real sense as well.

I am surprised so many have selected it so far.

There are a lot of good conservative sites out there that I would not consider lame stream media, so I do get my news from a variety of places not just here, so IMO the question in the poll is very limited in the selection putting the BCN as they only source of news.

Even though I find the Babylon Bee mostly hilarious satire, on this post of sideways humor, I have to agree with their fine legitimacy of opinion, and I too am struggling with the poll opinion that there are still 26% of the American people that still trust the Mainstream Media.

Obviously, we still have some restrained educating to do, or maybe 26% of the American people will just remain terminally corrupt, or stupid, or both, which would be tragically sad.
