Farmer protests sweeping Europe see new fronts broaden in Spain and Poland | Eastern NC Now

Farmers have rejected a partial EU climbdown on its "green agenda" as not sufficient and are continuing massive protests blocking roads as well as some seaports and airports across the continent.  "Their talking about climate protection, but why should it be done at farmers expense," one farmer observed.

Two late starting national protests in Poland and Spain are now rolling strongly.  Polish farmers are engaged in nationwide protests and shutdowns against the policies of the EU and of their own new increasingly authoritarian globalist government under Donald Tusk.  The Polish farmers are being backed by the Solidarity labor union which brought down communism in their country. As Spain's farmers converge on the headquarters of the ruling Socialist Party, they are being threatened with heavy fines.
